Michael (10/5): The best motor lodge in town! - The room was exceptional! Bed was very comfortable and bath was very clean and kitchen very modern and the room was well appointed. Highly recommend this motor lodge to anyone wanting a super clean stay.
Neil (4/5): Dishonest scammers who tried to overcharge me claiming taxes weren't paid through booking.com - The location is good, the room was clean and the grounds (landscaping, pool etc. ) were nice. WHAT A SCAM!!! I found the Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge on booking.com and then called the motel directly to see if they would match the price. The staff tried to dissuade me from using booking.com stating that people have problems when reserving a room with them and then quoted a much higher rate. I have been using booking.com for over a decade for both domestic and international reservations and have NEVER had a problem. I reserved a room with booking.com and upon arrival I was told that I needed to pay additional monies for taxes which were not charged to me. I was sure booking.com charged taxes, but they insisted. I was tired and needed the room, so they charged me approx. $56 in additional fees to my charge card. The next morning, I complained to another woman there that I was charged additional fees and again she stated booking.com doesn't charge taxes. With receipt in hand I showed her where taxes were charged already. She then stated that "booking.com doesn't give them the money they're supposed to". I said that was between them and booking.com. At that point, she agreed to refund the charge to my credit card. WHAT DISHONEST SCAMMERS!! Also, the room was disappointing. It was the size of a postage stamp (long and narrow) with a inadequately small TV. Being off-season and with cool and rainy weather, size does matter. I will NEVER go back and I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Great location: walking distance to beach, access to cruise ships and convenient to grocery, coffee shops and restaurants. We had the pleasure of being upgraded to the suite (Harbor House), it was everything the manager stated it was. The room was newly remodeled with a coastal vibe. King size bed, kitchenette, table and a beautiful deck with outdoor furniture to boot! Wonderful for having morning coffee. Recommend this charming Motor Lodge if your visiting Falmouth, MA now or in the near future.

Fred (10/5): Absolutely stunning!!! - We found this little place on the internet as we were driving North from Salem. We called them and they were so accommodating and helpful! They were actually closing and checked us in over the phone and told us how to access the room keys. When we arrived, we (all 6 of us) fell in love with this little quaint place to stay! It was absolutely the cutest place and very clean and nicely decorated! I wish we could have stayed a little longer! If we are ever back in this area, we will definitely stay again! N/A

Pros & Cons - Mom & Pop place, not a chain - so lots of pros and cons with that - very friendly desk personnel - Room was good - we opted for main lodge (cheapest room) and it was fine —- room had some extra space in it so we didn’t feel too cramped - bed was good -flannel sheets to make it warm and cozy - tv could have been bigger (but that’s nitpicking) - our only 2 complaints would be the Wi-Fi leaving something to be desired and the ather being the bathroom - be prepared for cruise ship cabin sized bathroom with the lowest toilet I’ve seen since second grade (and although that might sound funny, if you have mobility issues, it could be a concern). …. Otherwise quiet, safe and clean which is usually the most important qualities

lynnhA3023SM (10/5): Hidden Gem in Falmouth! - Over a year ago, I booked The Wharf for our son and now daughter-in-law’s Rehearsal Dinner ( which is within walking distance to the Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge). After restaurant booking and by chance, I came across this beautiful property that has been in business for over 50 years. I immediately booked rooms & cottages for our immediate and entire extended family, then along the way added a few more reservations for friends. At the time, it seemed a little crazy to book so far in advance. However, I’m so glad that I did. A big thank you to Debbie and Maureen! Their organizational skills, patience and kindness is above and beyond! All combined: the staff, accommodations and spacious grounds, helped create the perfect family gathering and wedding week!

It was close to Island Queen ferry service and we ended up switching to that for visit to Martha's Vineyard and that was a marvelous experience and that service more than exceeded expectations and we could walk to and from and avoided parking car issues. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Weather not warm

Tina (10/5): We loved our stay at the Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge! - We loved our stay here! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and the rooms are super clean! We stayed in the Harbor House which was quant and charming. The grounds are lovely and the location was perfect. They offer free coffee in the office which was an added bonus. It’s a short walk to the beach and basketball courts as well, which our kids loved. We would definitely recommend this place to stay! Nothing!

Claire (9/5): Peaceful, well- located and nice room. - Loved the room and enjoyed the swimming pool. It seemed better than expected from pictures online. Liked the individual parking places. Really liked the fact it wasn’t standard motel layout but had separate little houses and instructions that were very clear to find them. Good range of TV channels. Need access to coffee in room so don’t have to get dressed to fetch from office. Would have liked swimming pool code to be in welcome pack.

Amanda (10/5): Great place central to Falmouth and Woods Hole - The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. They really went above and beyond to meet our needs. Room was generally a bit outdated and small for the price, but we didn't spend a ton of time inside and it suited our needs!
Carolyn (10/5): - This was our best accommodation of the summer! Our cottage was absolutely adorable, with a tiny kitchenette and a porch out front. It was an easy walk to the beach and to restaurants. It was quiet, with lots of mature trees and picnic tables in a park-like setting.

Isabel (8/5): Wonderful stay - We had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and efficient. The housekeeper was wonderful. The room was conscientiously cleaned and made up the same way every day. The grounds were beautiful with a gate to access the short walk to the beach. It was also a short walk to The Black Dog for breakfast or lunch. We were in a king room on the second floor of Grand House. The room was ample and comfortable for 2 people. Only complaint was that the new pillows were very high and that the new bed was also high for a 5 ft grandma.

Argelia (10/5): - Very much enjoyed my stay here, first time visiting cape cod and this was the perfect place to stay. The staff were very friendly and informative. I had came late to check in for my flight had delayed, they were very on top of it to ensure I had a smooth check in when I arrived close to 1 am lol. Highly recommend if you like to have a warm welcoming for your first trip to cape cod :) also love the building it was so beautiful!

The suite we stayed in was so comfortable and immaculate. The women at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating. I have stayed there the last two years, and hope to stay there in the future. One of the best places to stay in Falmouth, and the location is close to beach, ferry and restaurants.

The room was very clean, the bed was super comfy along with the pillows, clean bathroom and a private little terrace with chairs & a table (rm 31 ) Minutes walk to the beach. The only thing we missed was a coffee maker in the room, I understand they have it in the office but who wants to get dressed immediately after waking, to walk to get coffee. Other than that our stay was wonderful!

The rooms are clean and beautiful with refrigerators, microwaves and air conditioning. Some have mini kitchenettes, which is really great when we want to eat in. The ferry is a short walk away and Falmouth beach beach is a 15 minute walk away. The location is central to many businesses and restaurants. I will definately be back again.

Michael (10/5): Perfect location to explore Falmouth and the Cape! - We had a great stay at Falmouth Motor Lodge. It was a last-minute trip to Falmouth for July 4th weekend and they had a last-minute cancellation. First of all, the location of the motel is perfect - we were a 5 minute walk to Falmouth Beach and a 5 minute walk to the Ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Parking in Falmouth is challenging (especially on 4th of July weekend!) but having our spot at the motel and being able to walk (or Uber sometimes) made it very convenient. There is a bike rental place steps from the motel where you can rent a bike for $25/day and go anywhere. The staff at the motel are exceptional - friendly, accommodating and all super-helpful. The grounds of the motel are immaculate and the rooms are super clean. There is a refrigerator in each room that provides ample space for food and ice pack storage. There is a also a microwave in each room. We will definitely stay here again - can't wait to come back! Nothing - all was great.

Rooms are impeccable : huge closet , white furniture - not a rug in sight. A large porch with oversized comfy chairs, flowers and quiet pool make this a relaxing gem in a bustling area of the Cape Every woman I met at the front desk was helpful, friendly and enthusiastic to be of assistance. We had to cancel original reservation due to hospitalization of my wife. When we rebooked they hit us with cancellation charge and up charge for room.
