It was an easy off and on i75, so I didn't loose time getting back and forth. The people here were very friendly and the other customers (and dogs) were awesome as well. It was great having a kichenette with full size fridge, 2 stovetops and full size microvave for my extended stay. Free full breakfast was amazing, varied, and well stocked everyday. Quiet location and just 1 mile to anything your heart desires! A mall, movie theater, restaurants galore, Walmart, Target, Ross, Marshall's, Burlington and so much more! Nice lounge area with tv's. Laundry room with 4 washers & 4 dryers. Fitness room with machines and free weights. Only 16 miles to University of Tennessee, Food City Arena and Stadium. A Home away from Home!

- jabb2016 (6/5): Some good, some bad - I picked "yes," but that doesn't mean that I would necessarily come back to this hotel. It is right on the interstate, and the soundproofing is very poor. So I heard cars and trucks roaring by all night. The sound even came through the vents in the kitchen and bathroom. The breakfast buffet was also skimpy. And we really hate it that both Staybridge hotels that we stayed in on this trip didn't have Netflix. But the room itself was adequate. The rooms are clean but the common area by the elevator the floors were dirty and also at breakfast it was 8:45 AM and breakfast was served until 9:30 AM and there weren’t even napkins let alone food available. Food containers were empty.

Clean spacious room, ask for the pond side to avoid noise from road, we were lucky to have that. BEST part besides free breakfast was the M-W social hour, we were able to get a light dinner with beer which was all we needed after traveling all day and having had a larger late lunch. Plus saved us spending time in a restaurant, there were many nearby. Glad to be on the edge of town and get out of 'dodge' easier the next morning.

A safe looking area. The AC worked perfectly, the expected Hilton bed & bedding was great, and nice water pressure. Cons: the door lock is broken, microwave is broken, most of the dishes were dirty in the dishwasher, the ice maker is broken and there are some questionable looking, and loose, outlets in random places. While we would probably stay here again, some maintenance is definitely needed.

- Kirsten (1/5): Just a stark reminder as to why I’m not coming back to Knoxville for any reason - The two front desk workers that I interacted with were wonderful When I checked into my room, I walked into a room that was set to have the AC set from auto and set to 60°. It was freezing in my room after being in a 90° car all day that was very dissatisfying. Nice hot bath was disturbed by the roaring echoes of the highway because I was put on the backside of the hotel and the bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab so I slept on the couch for my day with no blanket because there was no spare blanket for the couch in the room

Sofa bed was only half size so that was weird. Minor things, but when you're really tired it was hard to ignore. Breakfast was excellent. Very clean. Friendly staff. Overall an excellent stay. We reserved just an hour and a half before we arrived so all could be forgiven.

If I had to find something negative, the hotel is beside the interstate and we’ve only stayed on one he interstate side. We always sleep with a fan so it wasn’t a problem for my husband. I sleep with ear plugs because of his snoring so it wasn’t a problem for me! Also, we are used to ice right outside our room. They only have ice in specific locations. I guess they got tired of people filling up their coolers. Not a big deal, we had ice in our rooms in the refrigerators for our cups. They let you check out at 12:00 so thats pretty awesome if you want to sleep late and take your time! They also give a government rate. This was our third time and we’ll be back!

My fiancè and I have been trying to get in touch with someone in sales since July of last year to reserve rooms for our wedding guest who will be traveling to attend our wedding in June. We have called, we have emailed, and we have gone by there many times. Finally a week ago someone emailed us back. However, we have requested to speak with the sales person personally but have not received a call back and every time we go by the hotel they are either not there or unavailable to speak with us. This is not the only hotel we have had this problem with. When did it become so hard to reserve a block of rooms? You would think these places would welcome the business but the attitudes we get are as if we are being a bother just for making the request.

This hotel is in a great location near lots of restaurants, with easy access to the highway. My room was clean and spacious, and I enjoyed the great breakfast options. The customer service was wonderful! Check in and check out were both easy and smooth, and I had no trouble reaching the front desk for assistance during my stay.

The Staybridge Suites in Knoxville-West was by far, the best hotel of the 3. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and nice, and the room was better than we anticipated. It was very clean and large and had everything we could ask for in a suite. It was also $100 cheaper than the hotel we had just stayed at in Memphis and so much better. Convenient and free parking and close to all of the restaurants and shopping. We were very happy with the experience and will stay there again when we visit our son again this summer.

And House keeping always has my favorite room ready to go. Clean fresh and inviting.
