A little more strict, with warning signs about noise and 2 warnings before eviction. Pet friendly, but absolutely not allowed to leave pets in room at all without someone with them. I understand the request, but a well behaved, crated pet should be allowed in the room while we go to the pool.

Natalie (8/5): - Spacious rooms, hot tub was large, good location, good price. The water in the shower is opposite so the hot is cold and the cold is hot. Which if I was told would have been ok but I tried to get it hot for 20 minutes before o figured it out. The ice machine on our level didn’t have any ice in it when I tried to get some 8:30am. Tv was hard to turn on and took l10-15 tries before it worked.

We had booked a room for 5 people, and the receptionist insisted the room wasn't fit for 5 due to safety regulations. Then she insisted we have to pay for an extra room for the 5th person. After a long, hostile conversation with her and her manager we got an extra room, without a guarantee we wouldn't have to pay for it in the morning. However, the receptionists in the morning were very kind and apologetic, and even told us that the originally booked room was indeed fit for 5 people. In one of the rooms the shower drain was clogged.

Joseph (2/5): - Holiday Inn is usually my #1 choice during my frequent roadtrips but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. When I arrived in the evening for check-in, I found out the elevator was broken — a major issue that no one had the courtesy to mention in advance. I needed a room on the first floor due to this, but the receptionist, Randy, was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of trying to accommodate my needs or offering an explanation, he abruptly said he would cancel my booking without me even requesting it. The receptionist also struggled to answer basic questions, took his time chatting while customers were waiting in line, and lacked basic customer service skills. This is not the level of service I have see on other hotel with the same brand. I ended up having to find another hotel last minute — one that actually knows how to treat its customers. I highly recommend avoiding this location and exploring other options in Price, UT.

She perfectly walked the line between rude and friendly, doing neither. The hotel elevator was broken for which we got a discount I guess because our bill was less than it was supposed to be. I’ve never seen a HIE this run down. The tile grout throughout the building was filthy, especially in our bathroom. The trim and caulk in the bathroom was falling apart. The drawers in the dresser were difficult to open because of something sticky. I didn’t investigate, we were only there for one night. Breakfast was well stocked and delicious. The check out person was very friendly and helpful.

Scott (6/5): - Dislikes - housekeeping twice came into our room before our checkout time while we were resting. Elevator wasn’t working at checkout so required several trips down the stairs. No gluten free options at breakfast which seemed unusual. Likes - nice comfortable room and beds. Good breakfast
