- Angela (9/5): As a family from age 6 to 90 we had a fantastic stay. - The space and comfort of the accommodation is great. The location next to the beautiful scenery was fantastic. It would be good if they have a cafe that was open early so you could go for breakfast or a coffee/tea and enjoy the morning view.
- Tim (8/5): Great base for the local hills - Great location and very comfortable
- Emily (6/5): Lovely time! - Great location! Bit tired!
- alan (10/5): - The view and the people
- Lorna (9/5): Chilled couple of days, nice scenery, nice walks. - Facilities in accommodation were great. Warm, cosy. Great having iro, ironing board and washing machine. Pool etc could do with update, still a great facility.
Bed mattresses kept parting.
- Jose Luis (10/5): - The place is breathtaking! The zone is really peaceful and full of nature. The rooms were pristine and really comfortable.

- Vicky (5/5): Ok, great view of scottish landscape - Stunning scenery, very quiet
Sauna and pool were nice but you need to book in advance, take your own towel you are charged £2 to use one Reception staff were not helpful and abit abrupt, not friendly at all on check in and over the weekend.
The lodge needs a makeover, beds were comfy but needs a lick of paint in areas, like the front door.
Baths didn’t have a plug, had to put all the covers on the sofa bed duvet.
As the Kenmoore club is in the middle of nowhere it would have been nice to know in advance there was nowhere to buy food and the restaurant was full.

- Helen (10/5): Really enjoyed my staff, it's a great location for exploring the area. - Perfect location for me, the apartment was spotless and very well equipped. I loved the fact that the kitchen had everything you might need and everything work, even sharp knives which is very rare in my experience! The staff at The Kenmore Club were really welcoming and helpful. Nothing, everything was perfect!
- Nay M (7/5): - I got a great deal out of season so had a whole apartment to myself. It had a fully functioning kitchen, laundry facilities and two bathrooms. Right next to the loch and the village. Had a drying cupboard for muddy boots and wet waterproofs. Some of the furnishings were a wee bit worn, but I had no major complaints.
- Audrey (10/5): Lovely, relaxing, chilled! - Beautiful environment, next to Loch Tay. Village is lovely and quaint.
Cottages well maintained and everything you need.
- Andrea (8/5): -
- aurore (10/5): - Tout était parfait 😄 l emplacement de l hébergement est magnifique. Petit plus pour l accès à la piscine 👌
- Rosalind (10/5): Amazing value and super cute 1 bedroom hideaway - Fantastic wee hideaway for 2 for the night!
- Kay (10/5): Fantastic stay - Beautiful cottages set over the loch.
Exceptional staff and restaurant overlooking the loch. Nothing
- William (10/5): - Location
- karina (8/5): - Lovely loch, reception staff were lovely and helpful. I had one issue with a fellow guest in the next door apartment smoking weed on their balcony, I complained to the receptionist and she was receptive. Restaurant staff were unfriendly and when I asked if I could come for just drinks with my teenage children in the evening she said only if my kids didn't run around.

- Alison (9/5): Very spacious and lovely setting. - Perfect location and very well presented. Very spacious. Parking was close by and the staff were very friendly. The carpet upstairs hadn’t been hoovered very well in places and what I think was a tea towel was under the sink and looked like a floor cloth. Maybe it was a floor cloth and a tea towel wasn’t provided?

- June (9/5): - The accommodation was very comfortable and clean with beautiful views. Kitchen units and dining table a bit shabby looking, could do with a bit tlc.
- KitKat4589 (3/5): Poor Maintenance and No Response to Complaints - Fell Well Below Expectations This Time - The location (Kenmore) is beautiful and peaceful, and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed here the year prior and had a really positive experience with the accommodation, which is why we chose to return again this year. Unfortunately, this stay was a significant decline from our previous visit and did not meet the standard expected for the price paid.
There were multiple maintenance, cleanliness, and safety issues throughout the lodge, including:
Shower temperature not being controllable (only tepid or cold)
Heated towel rail upstairs exposing the heating element and wiring (a clear health and safety concern)
Carpets not fitted correctly, exposing gripper rods and nails
Holes in the kitchen worktop and bedroom doors
General wear and tear including a marked/damaged table and peeling paint on the front door
Windows and balcony area not clean
Sticky handrail on arrival and an unpleasant odour from the downstairs cupboard
Items left uncleaned, including a Pyrex dish on top of the kitchen units and coffee stains on the wall
We also requested additional coffee filters during our stay which were not provided.
In addition, we were allocated a lodge directly beside the children’s play park. As a couple travelling without children, this significantly impacted our ability to relax due to constant noise.
Perhaps most disappointing has been the lack of communication following our stay. We have made multiple attempts to raise these concerns, including being provided with alternative contact details, but have received no response.
Overall, the accommodation felt poorly maintained and did not reflect the price paid or the standard we experienced previously.
- Natasha (8/5): Fantastic stay! We’ll be back! - Great space and well presented. Getting a touch out dated, but it didn’t matter
- Maureen (10/5): -
- Alex (7/5): A lovely spot - but no swimming - First time staying here and the location was fantastic, and the set up of the apartments are good as they are spaced out with good privacy. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and the food at the restaurant was very good (note: make sure you book a table as we couldn't get in the first evening and there are limited other options in Kenmore itself) The biggest disappointment was the fact that the pool and hottub/sauna were out of action - these being one of the main reasons we booked this property over others in the area. Despite messaging ahead of our stay to check that we could use the facilities, we were only told that these were out of action on arrival.
The only other slight criticism is how noisy/creaky the stairs and flooring in the apartment itself is - worth knowing if you have people sleeping in the living room as any movement during the night is very loud.
- Peter (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- Claire (9/5): - 12 of us staying over a 3bd & 2bd lodge - great location and view. Lodge was ready for early check in. Clean, spacious and tidy. Definitely recommend 4pm late check in- felt this was tad too late especially when you need to be out for 10am next day.
- Paul (9/5): - heerlijk huisje
- Kirsty (10/5): -
- markandu (5/5): - Hot water not sufficient
- Helena (6/5): -
- adrian84481 (8/5): Great base for exploring Loch Taye and surroundings, all hikes and viewpoint are within 1/2h by car. - Friendly staff, nice outdoor terrace with lake views. Everything was clean. Kitchen and appliances were a bit dated, not looking their best but functional.
- Richard (10/5): Super as always. We will be back! - Fabulous as always Swimming pool could do with a freshen up - hot tub and changing areas.
- James (2/5): Unfortunately not what I had hoped - Due to the cost (similar level for one night as some very established and high quality hotels in Scotland) Felt like I was visiting a holiday camp for butlins. Very run down, the pool was a health risk due to how dirty it was. Staff perform like a holiday camp, and I found that Hilton actually own the property and I wasn’t aware of this - and because we have two small very behaved dogs, and not knowing about Hilton (who are completely against pets) I was charged and additional £70 for one night. The restaurant was also closed and there was no breakfast options. Overall, a really disheartening experience.
- Rachel (10/5): - The location was stunning but the facilities made it so comfortable!
- Leeanne (10/5): -
- DENISE (6/5): Beautiful Location - The location was good It’s a bit run down and not very clean. Very old bathrooms and kitchen.
- Amy (8/5): Lovely accommodation , nice access to swimming facilities. Bar staff rude but this is a separate company so not a reflec - Beautifully presented Young admin staff was visibly distressed in our arrival so much so that she came across as rude as there was a mix up with another customer room. This incident wasn’t even directly effecting us, but her manner was off putting we needn’t ask her for anything.
- Sintija (10/5): - Beautiful house, immaculate design and attention to details
- Kareen (10/5): Highly recommended for a truly Scottish experience! - Super comfortable, spacious and clean - I booked for a family of 4 and we got the 6 bedroom apartment. It’s very easily accessible from Aberfeldy, quiet, good nice rest! Nothing - all good. We had a small hiccup with the heating but the staff quickly sort out for us.
- Eszter (10/5): -
- Alex (8/5): Just go! You'll love it. - Stunning setting and excellent staff. A LOT of paperwork to check in.
- Gary (10/5): -
- Christine (7/5): -
- Lorna (9/5): - Very nice accommodation ....very clean & tidy. Kenmore was very chilled and relaxing. Would book this again in the future 😊 Mon & Tues the restaurant closes which the only down side but found somewhere else to dine 🍽
- William (10/5): -
- Fionam599 (10/5): Kenmore Club, an ideal location - Beautiful location, right on loch Tay.
Accommodation was perfect as usual, roomy rooms, well equipped, very cosy, with very comfy beds. Ideal for a family break. 14 of us were away for a family weekend together.
Swimming pool on site was warm, with a cosy jacuzzi and a steamy sauna too.
Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Will be returning again next year. ,......... nothing
- Katrina (10/5): -
- Deirdre (9/5): A very comfortable visit - we would love to return in drier warmer weather! - The location was lovely down by Loch Tay.
The landscaping was lovely with the old walls and arches
The houses were very comfortable and though it was cold and wet outside we were very cosy.
The beds were very large and the mattresses incredibly comfortable .
The houses were well equipped
The pool was great and we booked it every day.
We visited the Crannog Centre nearby which was brilliant ! There was nothing we didn’t like
Perhaps the wee soft play could have been a little better organised but really not a complaint / everything else was so good !
- Fiona (7/5): Beautiful place to stay. - Beautiful cottage /location Carpet not hoovered properly under sofa
- Willie (6/5): -
- Albert (8/5): -
- Ed (8/5): - Gorgeous location, stunning views and pleasant accommodation. Nice pool. Our upstairs bathroom was out of order and the bedroom ceiling had a big lump out of it
- Emma (10/5): -
- Elaine (7/5): Great location but needs a bit updating - Great location, nice restaurant, comfy beds Sofas uncomfortable and a bit shabby, kitchen tap was broken in arrival, table was dirty
- Artur (9/5): - Miejsce jest piękne ,fajny komplex . Imprezy wesela Brak sklepów wieczorem i pozamykane restauracje . No ale byłem poza sezonem i rozumiem że może to być nie opłacalne
- Matthew (10/5): -
- Lenka (9/5): -
- Ashleigh (10/5): -
- Kathryn (9/5): Great stay, great value for money, great location - Great location, very helpful staff, good facilities, great value for money. I would recommend to friends ans revisit. The decor in the cottages and pool area is a little dated but perfectly functional.
- Amanda (9/5): Most beautiful spot. Lovely place. Go. - Lovely place. Spacious clean accommodation. Good facilities and places to eat. Pool needs updating. Early check out at 10am.
