The staff was very forthcoming, suggesting cool activities and helping with everything we needed. Arda was a wonderful guide, showing us pictures of his personal trips and fun activities near Trabzon. The Hamam wasn't running, which we only found out upon arrival

The bathroom ceiling was leaking water, it was very dirty, and the shower area was clogged, causing water to pool. There were also no tissues provided in the room.

- Fimia (8/5): - When i first arrived I couldn’t complete the payment because their card machine couldn’t accept revolut payments. I am glad my friend was still next to me and made the payment. Another thing that I didn’t like was that my room was by the road… i am a light sleeper and the first two nights I couldn’t sleep from the traffic noises. Other than that I am pleased with the cleaning service and the nice breakfast.

- Anonymous (7/5): overall it is a medium noisy clean hotel if you be lucky and have a upstairs room not underground rooms!!😅 - welcoming staffs. clean rooms. the hotel is overalls good but it is a road hotel with very noises and i think better to use noise proof windows! the hotel has -2 and even -3 UNDERGROUND rooms ! we booked the room but when we arrived hotel asked for better rooms with no noises the reception said your rooms is in underground but we are giving you upstairs room!!! overall it is a medium noisy clean hotel if you be lucky and have a upstairs room not underground rooms!!😅 breakfast: omelette has extra fee… choices are very few and maybe you can’t find a choice for your breakfast.for me coffee is very important that it was very poor with bad taste Coffee.

- colonial23 (10/5): Wonderful! - Wonderful people and delicious food! Wow, the son of the owner, Burak was so kind and he spoke perfect English. There was a creepy night effeminate Arab male who I did not like at all-scary but Burak was so handsome and kind and I was so happy to meet someone who spoke perfect English! The hotel is nicely decorated. The rooms are impeccably clean and the staff(excepting the gross effeminate arab) was so wonderful and welcoming including a light haired guy who also spoke beautifully in English(forgot his name) he was so nice and welcoming and Burak. I really felt welcome at this hotel. I LOVED the Marlenka lol! And I loved the food it was great especially the desserts. Turkish food is awesome and the breakfasts at this place were wonderful! The cay was so good I was addicted by the time I left but I cannot drink Turkish coffee I hear the coffee is great there but it is too strong for me I do not even drink regular coffee. The paintings were lovely in the Hallways in front of the rooms and I had a partial sea view. The dolmus stops right in front and can take you to Mayden and the sites and good restaurants. I was tired after travelling so I didn't leave the hotel much except to go to the mall but i really enjoyed my stay and felt very welcomed at all times except for the staff member who spoke Arabic mentioned. He was nasty and unhelpful but I believe he was only hired because they have too many Saudi guests. The housekeeper was such a kind woman and was so great at cleaning I wanted to take her with me so she could clean my house! She was SO welcoming too the Turks in general are very warm loving people. I enjoyed my stay! Thank You!

- Tatiana (10/5): Wonderful little hotel - I really liked my room, it was peaceful. I liked the owner and most of the staff. They served an excellent breakfast and i felt very safe as a solo traveller. The view of the sea from the restaurant was lovely as was being so close to the water. The hotel is very pretty and cosy, i liked living there for three weeks. I did not love the area because it did not have any places like cafes to walk to but i enjoyed taking the bus which comes right to the hotel to the forum mall. :) So you don't need a car. If you have a car it's the perfect place to stay. There is a dolmus which is the local bus that stops right in front of the hotel so it is convenient but i like to walk around either to cafes or shoppes and it's roadside so there aren't any. . There is a small beach close by which is nice. It's down a steep hill. I really liked the little cafe at the hotel which served great desserts and specialties and as i said the breakfast was superb. A wonderful thing about this hotel is that some of the St aff speaks english and that's hard to find in trabzon. I really enjoyed my stay, the staff is so nice:)

- PepalaPow23 (6/5): Alright but expected more - We found the place by simply driving past. It looks quite nice from the outside & the staff were lovely. The room too was great. They only had rooms set up as doubles but quickly changed it to twin while we drank tea. The breakfast spread was quite good & tasted great. The problem was for the money we've had a lot more. The wifi crapped out at about 21h 30 & didn't work again until morning. The hot water wasn't so much hot but warm but the basin was cold only. I got to say, unfinished wiring is really not what you expect for the money. If it was about $50 cheaper id be really happy but not so much at the full tariff
- Nevada117 (4/5): Nothing like the photos - Poorly run, took 12 hours to get a roll of toilet paper still missing even after the cleaning lady had done the room and the bracket was broken and laying on the counter. The food was not very good and We would never go back. Saw other hotels in the area that looked nice, this wasn't one of them. Parking is very limited and cars have to be moved to get to yours.
- ferhat (4/5): Kötü Bir Gece - İlk bakışta nezih bir mekan,içerisinin dizaynı ve oda içerisi konforu beklediğim 3 yıldız düzeyindeydi.Kötü tarafı havalandırma çok kötü ve otel de sıcak su yoktu.çok komik bir durumdu.Yıldızı olmayan otellerde bile 7/24 sıcak su akarken burda yoktu.Isı ve ses yalıtımı çok kötüydü. Bunların acil giderilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

- swirlwind (8/5): Lovely Sunset on Black Sea - This lovely little hotel didn't disappoint. One can feel that they are trying their best. My 5 nights stay was very pleasant. Had a double room on 4th floor with big windows and a tiny cute balcony facing the west, where you get to enjoy truly beautiful sunset on the Black Sea in a clear day. It takes 6 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to the city centre. Taxi is about 10/15 lira. There are local and mini buses go pass the front of the hotel. A small shopping centre just a few minutes drive down the road, might take 10 minutes to walk. Rooms facing the main road could be a bit noisy for some. They told me that they are going to replace all of their windows soon. My room was very clean with bathroom, TV, Fridge, slippers, towels and toiletry. Breakfast is included. The very friendly Turkish lady in the kitchen (spoke little English, always with beautiful smile) taught me how to make a proper Turkish coffee. The fairly new young gentlemen in charge of the front desk Mustafa Yenigun with impeccable professional and gentle manner, speaks very good English and, was extremely helpful. He help me with my queries of my 4 days tour routine in Trabzon.And even fixed my mobile phone queries. Dinning in the hotel, the price is very reasonable and their Koften/meat balls was very, very yummy. There are always someone offer you tea if you sit out the front. Totally recommended. The best room are those ones on the 5th floor facing the Black Sea with large balcony(with tables and chairs). Magnificent sunset from there. Wi-Fi was always very good.
- Janaina_Bogota (4/5): Not that bad - Staff does not speak English but they do their best to help (google translator did a great job) it is quite far from de city center but with domus-mini van (1 USD) was a 15 minutes ride. For what u have seen around is still a good option!
- RaymondR857 (2/5): Warning: absolutely disgusting! Do not stay here!!! - Do NOT consider staying here. It's filthy, and extremely far from everything so you will end up spending way more money and time on taxis. They gave us a room with a broken shower. There was no door to the shower-- when we kindly asked for a resolution, they kept saying it would be fixed, but they never did. They even yelled at us for asking about it, and told us to use the broken shower! It was the most insane hotel experience of my life. Water was everywhere in the bathroom, and it was completely unsanitary and unsafe. We obviously could not stay there another night, but they refused to cancel our reservation and still charged us full price! Don't try to save a few dollars and stay here. Staff is terrible, rooms are very dirty with cockroach holes, and you will regret even considering this hotel.
- SalmanKindi (2/5): Bad experience - 1.not clean at all. 2.its not really a sea view..the hotel s far from sea and all windows vew is the petrol station. 3.bed sheets are not clean. 4.window is not sound proof..you will keep hearing cars on the highway infront even if you room at the backside. 5.walls are not soundproof (like 5% sound proof only) ..the kid from next room finally stopped crying. 6.when the guys in the room above use the toilt or bath, we hear it just it is like in our room. (Thats is even ceiling s not sound proof :) 7.asked for room cleaning around 11am when back by 4pm, the said they forgot!!! 8. Not easy to deal with staff as thier english is not good. 9.breakfast is very poor. 10 the electric kattle is old plastic thing thats looks like a toy+there are no cups. 11. Wifi is poor in speed and keep disconnecting. 12 car parking is just the area in front..2 raws with 3 cars each n Its full. 13. Ordered food from room service and was totaly not well prepared: Spaghetti without souce or toppings/chicken sandwitch with a almost row piece of chicken.
