- Julia (10/5): - Kanales Hotel was one of the best places we stayed during our trip to Greece. Perfectly located just on the edge of Naousa, it’s peaceful and quiet, yet only a short 5-minute walk to all the town’s charm, restaurants, and nightlife. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning—from the beautiful pool area and breathtaking views to the stylish, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was by far one of the best we had in Greece, with fresh, high-quality selections that set the tone for each day. Service was excellent, and everything was spotless thanks to the attentive cleaning staff. Staying at Kanales was truly a highlight of our trip, and we would return here in a heartbeat the next time we visit Paros. A perfect combination of relaxation, convenience, and luxury.

Beautiful view and the restaurant had very good food The only thing that was a bit unexpected was in the room we got which says it sleeps 3. Which is true, but there is no AC in the "living room" which makes it very difficult for the person sleeping there to sleep given the heat of the summer. Luckily, the staff was able to provide us with a fan which helped blow the AC from the room
- Ekaterini (6/5): - The walk into the center of town is 10-12 minutes. Pool is smaller than iy appeared in the pictures and there is no shallow end. It goes straight to deep waters once you get in. Seating by the pool is limited. The restaurant at the hotel served delicious food! Staff was polite but not very helpful in terms of arranging or suggesting services.

Great restaurant with Great greek food at good price, we had dinner there one evening. Walking distance to town with lovely restaurants and a maze of shops, bars and lots of people. Also walking distance to a beach, absolutely lovely stay!

Would recommend a room away from pool as kids sometimes could get loud. But you definitely want to go in the pool at some point. It’s great. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very short walk into town where there are beautiful stores and more restaurants to eat at! It is a gorgeous island Paros! Please feed the stray cats I loved feeding them they are so beautiful and love attention.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the staff made sure we had everything we needed!! The hotel helped us rent an ATV for our stay! They called a local place and had it dropped off at our hotel and they even came to pick it up our last day! They arranged transfers to and from the ferry ports for us! The breakfast that is included in the stay had a wide variety of food and was amazing. We will definitely be back! I would 100% recommend this hotel!

The breakfast is great - served on a sunny patio with a view. The pool had to close after a rain and the pillows are not feather/down - a little hard. But the room is otherwise comfortable and clean. I recommend this spot.

Breakfast was delicious and included, and we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and tasty snacks at the restaurant. I highly recommend Kaneles Resort and would return for another stay.

No elevator so if yo book a high room be prepared to climb up. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Bar and restaurant open till 11PM. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The property is beautiful and a 2 minute walk the beach and 5 minute walk to Naousa, our favourite off all the island villages we visited. The service in Greece is mediocre at best but at Kanale it was 5-star. The room we had (junior suite) was just lovely, and the bed super comfy. We made use of the balconies and patio. The pool area was lovely and relaxing. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with many options for any kind of diet, and eating it on the rooftop deck was a bonus, as it offered spectacular views. We often came back at 5pm for a drink and appetizer, then rest before watching the sunset and dinner in the village. We stayed 5 nights and would definitely come back. Absolutely fabulous value for money.

The food was great but the staff in the restaurant were rude and the staff at the front reception had a hard time communicating in English. It was difficult to get information on excursions. The location of the property was very convenient to shops and restaurants. The hotel transfers from the port were very expensive and not complimentary.

- Wazhma (6/5): - this hotel is among several within walking distance of Naousa harbor where one finds a string of restaurants and bars along the water. The walk takes about 6-10 minutes depending on your level of fitness. It is mildly strenuous. There is a very nice beach within 5 minutes of the hotel by foot. The sand is fairly soft and there are many trees for shade in the area. Beware: there is no elevator on the property so you do have to trek up the stairs multiple times a day. The food at the restaurant on site is fair. The rooms are just average and the bed was not very comfortable. The bathroom is quite small. The staff were kind and helpful.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had including restaurant reservations and help with car rental for the day which was super convenient with car drop off and pick up at the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable with nice view but only complaint I would have is that the washroom shower was small and didn’t have enclosure causing water to spray onto floor and constantly wet floormat but was minor issue. The breakfast buffet offered on the rooftop was nice with good selection plus made to order options. Location of the hotel was great, about 10 minute walk in main part of Naoussa harbour and town with many restaurants and shops. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again in Paros!

Easy breakfast buffet in the mornings. Staff arranged all taxis for us in advance. Would recommend staying.

I’m part of the VIP access and they went above and beyond, loved the room update and amenity waiting for me at my arrival. It was really a nice gesture. The property is very nice and amazing views. Room was very spacious, clean and really appreciate the in-room amenities. I want to call out the hair dryer with diffuser- I have curly hair and I always have to bring my own… this felt very inclusive. Overall highly recommended.

- Donna (8/5): - Good location as we had not originally planned on renting a car. You can easily walk to the main area for shopping, restaurants, etc and a public beach. Pool is small but nice. Great daily breakfast and restaurant employees! Bathroom was very small in our one bed queen suite. Check in was a little disorganized but our room was available on time at check in so we were happy. Note: The road in front of the hotel is very dark at night and the front desk is not staffed 24 hours. All restaurants and shops stay open way past midnight but the hotel lobby locks at midnight so you have to use an alternate entrance. We did not have any issues but it just felt a little unsafe on the walk back with few lights.
- Cara (10/5): Excellent choice in Noussa - Hotel was excellent. Helpful friendly staff who gave excellent suggestions on places to see and restaurants to eat at. Hotel is a short 5 minute walk to Noussa center which made it easy to walk to. Buffet breakfast was delicious and in abundance. I highly recommend this hotel for your next vacation.

Comfortable rooms, pillows and beds. Extremely clean and looking like new. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice pool, restaurant/bar, and chilling areas in the property. Would stay here again anytime.

- Nikhita (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE. HOTEL WILL ROB YOU - Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to check in to my hotel. Despite this, the hotel made NO contact on my check in and check out date. I was unable to contact the hotel until 6/12/23. By then, my card was already charged a full amount of $809.75. When I asked for a refund as I never physically stayed at this hotel, I was immediately denied this request. This hotel will ROB you and STEAL your money irrespective of extenuating circumstances that prevent you from making your reservation. DO NOT STAY HERE. There is a complete disregard of your wellness and safety. Customer service is absolutely horrendous. This hotel DOES NOT deserve the reputation of a four star service.

Turn down service not provided unless asked, no elevators, not much of noise cancellation/not much privacy between rooms. Not for us.

- Safina (8/5): - Pros : lovely staff, very nice and welcoming and help you for directions and everything. Bathrooms are spacious, good hot water. Towels are great, and cleaning service is great. Great location close to town. Nice views. Great breakfast. Cons: very noisy, walls are thin, could hear many things scraping all the time (like chairs moving). When you’re paying 250 euro a night and can’t get good sleep then that’s a problem. Also the mattress wasn’t good quality. I’ve been staying at some lower star hotels and they’ve had better quality mattresses. Overall I probably wouldn’t return given the noise and being a sensitive sleeper. If this doesn’t matter to you then definitely choose it! I would just request a room away from the pool.

Room/shower were a little small and thin curtains letting in plenty of sunshine but I would highly recommend. I loved everything about this place, this town and this island!!

- kristy (10/5): - All the staff were very welcoming, helpful and attentive! Perfect place slightly off the beaten path of Naoussa center but a very easy walk. No noise, beautiful view and small beach nearby. Wish there were more chairs available around pool but other than that quite perfect!

You can quad around the whole island in a day, the staff at the hotel assist with booking this also. I could not fault them. Rooms are beautiful, clean and modern. The only thing I would say that is slightly negative, is that the curtains let complete sunshine in. So you can't sleep past 7am.

The views are lovely, the breakfast is wonderful, and it’s easy to walk into the port to enjoy a bustling night life and to go shopping. The family suite was perfect for our family of five—and would be even more perfect for four. We wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was incredible and made us all feel welcome. I hope to return!
