- Teagan (5/5): Nice place, quite dated and wouldn’t recommend staying for the money paid. We splurged for our anniversary and were quit - Nice pool area. Clean hotel. Bed was quite hard and not very comfortable. The room is in need of some renovations, we stayed in the Monte Carlo I room which is the fanciest in the hotel and it was quite dated and old. We had no hot water for 2 days and the found out there was a switch in our room to turn the hot water on and off. It was hard to locate all the different light switches throughout. The bathroom is quite dated, the shower head pressure and water flow was not ideal it was hard to get wet and the hand held hose kinks when lifted too high. I can see it used to be a fancy place it’s just getting old and needs to be updated. However it was very clean so that was a great bonus.

You can hear people outside your window talking clearly down below (ie no double glazing), you can hear absolutely everything everywhere. - Guido (1/5): Evitare Evitare Evitare - - Incredibilmente costoso per una struttura vecchia, con bassissima manutenzione, vasca da bagno sotto il livello di calpestio convertita in doccia. Struttura lontanissima e non collegata con Sentosa; la colazione in autogrill è decisamente migliore di quella proposta. La permanenza era prevista per festeggiare un compleanno e si è trasformata in un'esperienza estremamente negativa.

Pool was great with views of the marina. Latitude restaurant had a wide variety of food and happy hour drinks. Easily walk to lots of restaurants around the Marina Free shuttle bus nearby to take you to the other end of the island. View of the Marina from our room. I found the airconditioning sometimes made a strange noise.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Got checked in past midnight and finding our rooms was very confusing due to numbering system and receptionist didn't make effort to show us to our rooms as was hot and sweaty by that time looking for our rooms going up and down lift ,then ask security guy who told us where our rooms were . Rooms were nice and clean . Bed was comfortable paid for hill view so wasn't much of hill just road . Santosa is very clean island and had a free shuttle to station but only found out after 2nd day as no1 told us about it .shuttle service is quiet good schedule. Make.sure u have bar code with you everytime you enter santosa otherwise charge u ,luckily next day nice man told us at reception about shuttle, bar code entry . If u like peace and quite then nice hotel in marina

Great location by the marina if you like boat spotting. The hotel felt disjointed. You have to walk past restaurants or through the foyer to get to the pool. Pool can be seen by public footpath. Better for those without families. Venue for weddings so can be noises in the evenings. No hotel or local information in rooms. Not enough USB points in room. Not as warm and luxurious feeling as other Sentosa hotels.

The first and second times I stay was good but not this time (third time), was good at night noisy outside of the window like people working and dropping of things. Around 2230hrs. Pillow smelly on the first day. I got the pillow went I go to bed. Bathtub the discharge water hole leaking and it take a long time to fill in the water at the end I didn’t used the bathtub. There a housefly inside the room and I told the housekeeper she told me to open the sliding door and the main door but the housefly remained in the room for the next day and lucky my wife managed to kill the housefly.
