- Stephen (10/5): Lovely place to stay - Very clean, good breakfast, comfy bed. Location slightly out of Niagara on the lake, but was peaceful and backed onto a vineyard. We walked through the vines to the Two Sisters Vineyard and had a wonderful lunch on the terrace.

- Sally (9/5): Great short stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake - Fabulous location - a short stroll through the vines to Peller Estate & Two Sisters Wineries. We were also able to walk into the centre of Niagara-on-the-Lake via the heritage trail.
Edita was a charming host & made a great breakfast. Room was quite small.

- Shelley (10/5): Vineyard Villa in Niagara on the Lake - This BnB, situated in the middle of wine country, has the most varied breakfast menu I’ve yet come across! A variety of fruits and breads was presented with coffee and tea in addition to menu selections that are chosen each day.
Edita is friendly, personable and always concerned with your comfort and whether or not you’ve had enough to eat.
Safe and secure on nice grounds that are great for relaxing after attending theatre, shopping along the Main Street in Niagara on the Lake or visiting any of the wine tasting venues.
Oh! And one level!!! So no pesky stairways to manage!
- Laura (9/5): -
- Dawne (9/5): Met our expectations - Breakfast was excellent. Friendly owners kept asking if we needed anything. Location was wonderful. 2 popular wineries in walking distance. Grape vines all around us. We would definitely stay there on our next visit to Niagara on the Lake. Maybe a more comfortable chair.
- Sabrina (10/5): - Location, breakfast and peaceful !! Amazing stay
- Kevin (10/5): - Check-in process was super easy. Edita was a fantastic host - very friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast and nice clean room. Super close to the Main Street and several of the wineries.
- Trevor (5/5): We enjoy Niagara on the lake and have been many times .We enjoy the Shaw product productions - The breakfast was very basic .
The location was nice The bedroom decor just OK ,bedroom linens and towels just OK.The bathroom needs shelves to put toiletries on and hooks to hang hand towels .
A shelf if the shower would be helpful and didn’t feel safe bending over to pick up shampoo and body wash
The shower floor was slippy .
We would have liked the host to be around to great us and when we leave say goodbye after breakfast to ask how our stay was.
Didn’t feel a very friendly atmosphere .
We enjoy meeting other guests but no effort to encourage conversation.
We forgot our USB plug so had to go and buy our own there wasn’t any provided
- Nathanael (10/5): - I’m a nature lover, so I found Vineyard Villa to be the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors, as it’s surrounded by beautiful vineyards. If you appreciate a quiet and peaceful environment, this place is ideal. The property is also very clean, and the breakfast is excellent. I look forward to returning again.
- Tatiana (10/5): Comfortable stay - Located 5 minutes drive from downtown Niagara on the Lake, this is a very quiet b&b. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The bed, very comfortable. The internet worked. Breakfast was simple and tastey.
- John (7/5): If your plans change read the policy - Location was excellent and so was breakfast Found the room underwhelming for the money
- Alyson (10/5): - The Vineyard Villas B&B was wonderful! It is in such a great location. Close to restaurants & wineries. The hostess was lovely, and breakfast was delicious. Very clean also. Highly recommend.
- Margaret (10/5): Beautiful, relaxing, lovely - The communication was almost instant and welcoming. The location can’t be beat. The hosts were lovely. Conditioner in the shower. There was shampoo and body wash but no conditioner.
- Andrea (10/5): Lovely quiet getaway - Beautiful quiet setting.
Perfect location, surrounded by vineyards, but close to town.
- Anne (10/5): Definitely recommend to stay here - Very beautiful place next to vineyards. Very friendly and inspiring owners.
- Volf (8/5): - A/C is a little bit noisy in a night time
- Ethan (10/5): AMAZING!!! - We stayed on our graduation road trip. The location was breathtaking, and it does a very good job of being welcoming to exploration but also a cozy place to come back to after a day in NOL.
- John (9/5): We had an enjoyable and restful stay. - Scenic vineyard adjacent to property. Room was modern , bathroom was very nice and immaculate. Breakfast was really nice out on the patio and our host was very efficient and friendly. Our room was a bit smaller than we thought it would be. The tv (Netflix) was not working well.
- Kathleen (10/5): - Beautiful relaxing stay. Surrounded by vineyards, the owner texted a menu choice for breakfast options which had lots of choices including omelette or eggs & bacon or sausages. Walking Trail just next to property takes you right into Niagara on the lake only a 2km walk so no need to drive there which was great also. Very clean and quiet. Just what we were looking for. We stayed in the walnut room which was very nice lots of windows to see outside.
- Danielle (8/5): Would stay again. - Located on a beautiful piece of property surrounded by vineyards. Very quaint. Room had a private ensuite. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included with stay. Staff was very friendly. Thermostat in room did not work. Room was quite warm, even with windows open and fan going.
- Iryna (10/5): Lovely stay - Location is great and Edita is amazing !
- Pardis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jane (8/5): Very good - Slippery shower, no handrails
- Anthony (10/5): Very comfortable, quiet but close to the Shaw and the old town. - Beautiful surroundings. Loved sotting in one of the Muskoka chairs overlooking the vineyards. The chickens add a touch of country living.
- Annette (9/5): Would definitely stay again. Lovely spot nestled between two vineyards. - Lots of choices for breakfast, which was a plus. Cooked breakfast was accompanied by fresh fruit, toast and pastries. Lovely breakfast room. Host was very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. Would have been nice to have a shelf in the bathroom to lay out personal items.
- amir (10/5): - Great location, very quite and friendly.
- Katherine (10/5): - The location was close to town and right in the middle of the vineyards. Such a beautiful location. Also a beautiful time of the year with all the fruit trees and tulips in bloom.
- Casey (9/5): Tranquil escape from the city - Breakfast was great, room and accommodations were very clean and spacious, kitchen had all the essentially we needed. Host was thoughtful and accommodating. Location was beautiful and nice walking distance to town and the vineyards. The bed was a bit too soft, we found ourselves sinking in a bit. Other than that it was all lovely!
- Ed (10/5): - Property was spotlessly clean. Quiet and relaxing just the way we liked it. Conveniently located close to Niagara Falls and the very pretty town of Niagara on the Lake. Breakfast was great too!
- Stein (10/5): - Lovely spot with vineyard in backyard.
- Andrea (8/5): - It was a nice stay. Room was clean and tidy.
There was no air conditioning or air movement but we found a fan in the closet. Windows were left open.
There was sound barrier between owners area and our room (we could hear their tv through our headboard wall as well as dishes clanking).
We didnt participate in the breakfast provided. Note- you sit at one dinning room table with all of the other guests which i found to be strange.
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - The breakfast was delicious! Everything was made with the farm fresh eggs that we even bought and took back home with us. Our host was extremely communicative and generous and it was a lovely, clean and quiet property with access to a beautiful walking trail and vineyard. The bed was also super comfy. Definitely will be staying here again
- Hannah are you (10/5): - Our experience was amazing! The place was beautifully decorated, our room was spotless, breakfast options were great, and our host was as welcoming as can be! We’d love to come back!
- Jim (9/5): Superb - It could use better signage as we were not expecting to just see a small street address.
- Rev. Dr. Douglas E. (8/5): - TV is not connected. Bringing my laptop to use the TV was unreasonable.
Could have a shelf in the shower for soaps.
- Mesenzew (9/5): Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this BnB to others. - Breakfast was excellent -- an omelet with fresh eggs from the henhouse. Location was good, since we were only staying one night and had reservations at the Peller Estate restaurant, which is in close proximity. Room was bright, attractive and extremely clean. Bed was comfortable. Parking was easily accessible, Room could have been slightly bigger to accommodate our belongings. But then we tend to travel with too much stuff.
- Leslie (8/5): Great location and host was lovely. - Walkable Location to two great wineries was great. Lovely backyard to enjoy the vineyard views. Sitting area was not great for joining our friends.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at the Vineyard Villa B&B. Room was lovely and very clean. Would have liked a coffee maker available for use in our room. Breakfast was excellent! Cable TV would have been preferred, Netflix was only option available. Other than that it was a great stay, would definitely return in the future!
- Dissanee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rich (10/5): - On our 5-week holiday our 2-night stay at Vineyard Villa was our favourite experience! It was such a relaxing and enjoyable stay! Our room was a home away from home, location was gorgeous and peaceful, and hosts were so friendly and helpful. We can't wait to visit again.
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hanan (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect for us to be at our daughter's wedding at Kurtz's orchards.
The pleasant and friendly hosts.
The generous and great breakfast. The narrow and small bathroom.
- Tim (10/5): - Fantastic stay. Loved everything about our stay. Owner very accommodating and friendly
- Barbara (10/5): - Situated in a peaceful, shaded spot with vineyards all around- very peaceful & unique.
- Sal (10/5): - the hostess was very personable and made us welcome
- Amanda (10/5): A very lovely stay, delicious breakfast! - We had such an amazing time at this B&B. Edita is very nice and communicative about staying here. The property is gorgeous and backs up to multiple vineyards. It is well located near a Hike and Bike trail that leads to the downtown area as well as multiple nearby wineries (both walking and biking distance). The breakfast was amazing, we had three mornings there and included two patios breakfasts and one chillier morning we ate inside. Fresh eggs made for delicious omelets!
- Turner (10/5): Lovely getaway - The host was lovely and provided a delicious breakfast every day during our stay. She also provided early coffee since I get up early in the morning. The grounds are picturesque. The cottage is located between two vineyards with rows of grapes surrounding the property. Both wineries are easy walks from the cottage, and historic Niagara-on-the-Lake is just a mile away. Relaxing and lovely. No complaints
- Hilary (10/5): - So picturesque!
- Douglas (7/5): Read above! - We enjoyed our stay- but on the whole it is an average facility. The hostess was very nice, and breakfast was enjoyable. But other than the location (out of town - quiet and peaceful) very little was wonderful.
My BIGGEST complaint- the TV only had one channel - Netflix, NOTHING ELSE????? Read above!
- Cami (10/5): - Loved Edita she was very kind and service was amazing
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast was great. Loved location. Close to everything
- Dawn (9/5): Superb - Well appointed Nothing
- Jennifer (10/5): - Perfect through and through. Clean, organized and Edita is the nicest host! The place is super clean and spotless!
- Boulay (9/5): Superb - Great location, great backyard view, room was clean and spacious.
- Alice (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vivian (9/5): Enjoyable and memorable. - The place is clean and well maintained. The villa has a view of the vineyard. This is the perfect place if you want peace and quiet, homey and cozy. Edita was very pleasant and hospitable. We loved the breakfast, simple yet tasty. It was served at the deck which we really enjoyed especially with the perfect weather.
- John (10/5): Vineyard visit - Stay was great. Rural setting was wonderful though close to town. Love to go back.
- Wayne (10/5): On our next trip to NOTH we would definitely stay here again. - The vineyards were beautiful with Adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings. Along with delicious coffee, the hearty breakfast was a perfect start to the day. Fresh eggs from hens right on the property.
The heritage walking trail is right next door which allows you to walk directly into the town centre.
- Lynn (10/5): We will return during our next trip. - Friendly host. Clean and beautiful location.
- Murray (9/5): Very good experience - Location, setting next to vineyards, atmosphere, breakfast on the patio Smallness of sink in bathroom, only Netflix on TV,
- Cynthia (10/5): - The property is surrounded by vineyards; it's completely serene. Breakfast on the deck overlooking one of the vineyards was a wonderful start to the day. Edita and her husband are gracious and so hospitable! We will certainly return in the future.
- Jessica (10/5): A homely stay in a beautiful spot - I loved how peaceful and homely our stay was here - I don’t remember the last time I slept so well! The location was so quiet, we had everything we needed, the breakfast was beautiful and the staff were so lovely. I couldn’t fault our stay here. There was about a half hour walk to the town centre, so not as central as we’d originally thought, though this was on a lovely little trail so didn’t bother us.
- Justin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vladislav (10/5): Exceptional - Everything met expectations Only dated towels
