• Nick (8/5): Great overnight stay prior to catching the Eurostar. Thank you. - A comfy night's stay in a great location very near Midi rail station, thank you. Room was far too warm - we switched the radiator off - not required! Otherwise, a lovely stay & an excellent breakfast. Thanks!

• Bartosz (1/5): I’m warning about choosing this hotel. Worst Experience ever. Pay few more euros for better one - Nothing. Not worth it at all. Lots of things. Firstly - room was dirty with bad smell, even open window couldn’t help it. Broken doors to bathroom and to the apartment. If we talk about bathroom - was it cleaned ever?! Doubt it. Broken doors to shower and dirt in every corner. Tragedy. Personel also very rude. Guy with black hair and glasses on reception treats clients with no respect. No words for this man. Location - lots of homeless people in dangerous area.

• Sahnoune (1/5): - Séjour très décevant à Hotel Aviation à Bruxelles. La propreté de la chambre était vraiment insuffisante, avec une impression générale de manque d’entretien. Le quartier autour de l’hôtel est bruyant et peu agréable. Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement, surtout à ce niveau de prix. Il existe de bien meilleures options plus propres et plus calmes à Bruxelles.

• Konan (10/5): Très beau séjour. Je recommande - Lieu propre, proche des transports et commerce. Facile d'accès et très convivial. En plus, le Personnel est très accueillant. La femme de menage passent tous les matins pour mettre de la propreté. Je recommande. Le robinet de la douche était un peu abîmé mais ce n'était pas grand chose car cela n'empêche pas de prendre sa douche. Mais il faut noter que c'est quand même un tout petit peu gênant.

La cama estaba dañada y las sábanas parecían sucias. El baño también estaba en malas condiciones y no cumplía un nivel aceptable de higiene. Además, el trato del personal fue poco profesional y se negaron a facilitarme la factura. La experiencia fue muy decepcionante y no corresponde con lo anunciado en Booking.com. Recomiendo revisar seriamente las opiniones de otros clientes antes de reservar.

• tommy (9/5): Nice hotel, good for budget travellers - Room spacious, pretty clean, huge bed, modern, lovely balcony window The location isn’t great but that’s not the hotels fault. Good for a budget trip. Did smell of cigarretes on the corridors and these could also do with a bit of a refurb

• Lydienne (3/5): - L emplacement bien ,à côté des transports. Trop de bruit dans cet établissement et à toute heure . Vraiment très bruyant ( on traine les meubles à toute heure, les voisins parlent trop fort et les portes ont du mal à se fermer donc il faut les claquer.

J'ai dû partir tôt et n'ai pas pris le temps de déjeuner, j'ai vu en quittant l'hôtel que les personnes qui déjeunaient avaient un choix très vaste de denrées. Ce qui m'a déçue c'est la télévision, il n'y avait que quatre chaines et une seule était en français. Elles parlaient anglais ou espagnol, comme le temps n'était pas formidable j'aurais aimé regardé d'autres programmes, j'en ai 20 chez moi en région parisienne

Początkowo było zimno w pokoju, natomiast problem został rozwiązany następnego dnia i dostałam rekompensatę za niedogodności. Brak w pokoju szafy żeby można było rozpakować rzeczy

• Jake (7/5): Could do alot worse. - Decent rooms, friendly staff, very good location wise and pretty decent for the price. No fan or AC, which wasn't a major issue as it wasn't too hot but during the summer that might be a deal breaker.

• Majuwana (1/5): - Location is close to the train station I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The room itself was not up to the expected standard, but that was not my main concern. What stood out the most was the poor customer service. The staff were rude and unhelpful when I tried to address issues during my stay, which made the situation even more frustrating. Hospitality should be a priority, and this was clearly lacking. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works on improving both cleanliness and customer service.
