Stefan (5/5): Tolles Umfeld, spartanische Zimmer - Das Gelände war wirklich sehr schön gepflegt und ein Traum an der Küste. Kurze Wege bis in die Stadt. Bis auf das schöne Umfeld den Pool war der Rest ehr etwas spartanisch und einfach. Für den Preis hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet.

Daphne (10/5): La dolce vita à Imperia - J'ai adoré la villa Marina, bien située, calme, agréable. Le studio que j'avais était parfait. Il y a une piscine avec des transates avec parasols. J'ai pu y aller et me relaxer car les gens sont calmes et respectueux. Mes échanges avec le personnels étaient au top. Ils sont à l'écoute et trouvent rapidement des solutions. Les clients qui parlent dans le hall car le son raisonne. Et une personne qui téléphonait devant ma fenêtre.

Tetiana (5/5): Хороший бассейн с отличным видом. Не один раз приходилось вылавливать ящериц в комнате, сеток на окна не предусмотрено. - Бассейн с отличным видом на море. Запах сырости в шкафах. При бронировании нет гарантии, что вам попадается комната с балконом, что было в нашем случае.

Tanja (9/5): Top Lage in alter Villa mit Garten und Pool. - Sehr gute Lage, man kann sich in Imperia ohne Auto bewegen. Nach Porto Maurizio 10min zu Fuss. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Es gibt kein Frühstück, man kann dieses aber im nahe gelegenen Hafen geniessen.

Tussen de villa en de haven/het centrum moet je te voet even een paar ongemakkelijke oversteken maken. Daarna loop je echter over de fiets/wandelroute en die is erg prettig.

Le système de check in appréciable pour avoir le logement même si l'accueil fermé grace à un système de pièces jointes à fournir, un plan B appréciable si gros imprévus, pas utilisé mais à Milan retard à cause des travaux sur l'autoroute et nous avons dû dormir dans la voiture. Aucun arrangement a été possible malgré les différents contacts. Je recommande vraiment cette Villa en face du port d'Imperia. RAS

Oscar (8/5): We hebben lekkere dagen gehad. - De locatie was goed, iets van het centrum, maar je kon er zo heenlopen. Je zat ook niet ver van de fietsverhuur af, waar je op het fietspad langs de kust kan fietsen. Verder karaktervol gebouw met zeer mooie mediterrane tuin en uitzicht over haven. Lekker zwembad. Auto kon je bij appartement parkeren. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. In tegenstelling tot de grandeur van het gebouw en de tuin, waren de appartementen zeer zakelijk/koel opgezet. Dit zorgt waarschijnlijk wel voor de goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Sergio (9/5): molto gradevole e rilassante con buone iniziative serali al porto - La piscina era in un'ottima posizione soleggiata di buone dimensioni con un buon solarium e una vista a raso sul porto e lo skyline;anche i camminamenti nel parco erano gradevoli e il parcheggio e' stato molto comodo il bagno la posizione dei sanitari era un po' scomoda e la scala che accedeva al soggiorno era un po' scomoda

Pascale CUCHET (6/5): Maison à raffraichir - Les plus, la proximité du centre, la propreté du logement, la piscine Les moins, les photos sont flatteuses, la réalité est moins belle, des équipements assez anciens, escaliers détériorés, chemins dégradés et bosselés, à l’intérieur du logement le strict minimum, certains articles sont rouillés, porte de placard cassées beaucoup de proximité avec les autres locataires, nous avons été placés entre 2 couple amis… Je doute de la surface 42m2 ! Plutôt 32/35m2. La sortie de la résidence en voiture en plein virage est dangereuse.

Poolområdet, udsigten udover havet og havnen var ganske fantastisk, lejligheden var fin, personalet var søde og hjælpsomme, charmerende bygning, ikke overfyldt ved poolen på noget område, solsengen til alle. Dejligt sted! Lille altan til 5 mennesker, skulle selv bede om toiletpapir hver anden dag, i stedet for at det blev leveret automatisk, lå lidt langt væk fra området med mange, gode restauranter.

Marc (10/5): Schönes Hotel Angenehm und freundlich. - Die Anlage ist sehr schön. In unserem Apartment war Alles in Ordnung. Es gab einen Ventilator und eine Klimaanlage so das es gut temperiert war. Der Pool ist echt schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden regelmäßig gewechselt. Wir hatten ein gute Zeit dort. Danke an das ganze Team der Villa Marina. ❤️ Der Pool könnte vielleicht eine Stunde länger geöffnet sein, aber das ist kein echtes Problem.

We stayed two nights longer because we loved it so much. - The view from the pool, the locatotion near to the beautiful city of Imperia (Porto Maurizo) and its beaches. If you rent the maisonette in the annex (which is great, large enough for four people), be aware that you share a terrace with the other to maisonettes.

Ronald (8/5): Wunderbar gelegen mit schöner Aussicht auf das Meer und den Garten - Das Apt. befindet sich in einer grossen Villa in einem wunderbaren Park.Ein grosser Schwimmbad steht zur Verfügung. Der Weg ins Zentrum und zu den Stränden lässt sich gut zu Fuss zurücklegen. Das zur Verfügung gestellte Wlan ist katastrophal schlecht und nicht zu gebrauchen.
