• Hans-Joachim (10/5): Überrascht über die so sympathische Einfachheit des Hotels. Preis Leisung in midtown Osaka unschlagbar. - Super zentral und an einem kleinen Park gelegen. Auto kann sicher und sorgenfrei in einer Garage( 100 m ) geparkt werden. Personal super freundlich. Das Hotel ist einfach aber sauber und sympathisch. Alles ok keine negativen Situationen.

Pero lo que más me gustó fue el trato dispensado por el personal de recepción, que nos facilitó y nos hizo gestiones muy difíciles para conseguir transporte y alojamiento en Ciudad de Méjico tras nuestra estancia en Oaxaca. Las dos señoritas que tenían turno de tarde- noche, lo siento, no recuerdo sus nombres, tuvieron un trato exquisito y se armaron de paciencia para solucionar nuestro problemas de transporte y alojamiento en días posteriores. Nunca en mi vida me habían tratado tan bien en la recepción de un hotel. Nada

• Lauren (10/5): Great location for a visit! Lots of things nearby - Great location. Staff was very helpful. Water fill ups available and carafes in the rooms. Room was big and clean. The beds were a little stiff. Maybe could have used a fan but we didn't ask if they had one.

• Floricel (10/5): Came for a quick trip in the city, all staff were so friendly and helpful. - Staff were all extremely helpful and great customers service. My mother and I needed help with transportation and guidance around town and they excelled our needs. This will be my go to spot when I visit again.

• GABRIELA VIAJERA (9/5): Excelente opción - Lo que mas aprecio en un hotel es el silencio durante la noche, y este hotel lo tiene, las noches son quietas y silenciosas. Está bien ubicado, a unas cuadras del centro caminando, pero lejos del ruido y el bullicio excesivo. La habitación es bonita, aunque un poco oscura. El restaurante es bueno y dan buen servicio. Eramos 2 personas en la habitación y solo hay espacio para 1 maleta. Dejamos el resto del equipaje en el piso. El agua de la regadera se salía porque la cortina estaba muy alta. Los colchones tienen unos protectores muy incómodos y que hacen mucho ruido cuando alguien se gira en la cama.

La comida es muy buena, tanto en el restaurante como en servicio a la habitación. La limpieza inmejorable y el servicio es excelente, todos son muy amables. Está muy cerca del centro, puedes llegar caminando. Muchas gracias por todo!
• Claudia (9/5): Superb - Central location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff knew very well the amenities in the surroundings. There is not parking at the hotel, nor the hotel have an agreements with any of the public parking around. Fortunately around the hotel there are plenty of places to park, if you are lucky you find one without the need to pay.

• Keeley (9/5): Fabulous!!!! - The location was great for walking everywhere. It was very clean and quiet. One of the beds wasn’t as comfortable as the other and it had a rubber mattress cover that made a lot of noise.

The restaurant is excellent and Iparticularly enjjoytheir vocade/tuna appetizer. Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable and I don't know why, but I had trouble sleeping for the four nights I was there.

• Mary (4/5): Cramped room in a hotel that’s seen its better days - The location The room was dark & cramped and the AC had only 2 settings: on & off. This made the room very cold in the night and because of the hot weather turning it off wasn’t an option. Front desk staff weren’t very friendly.

• Steve (10/5): Excellent choice for a Oaxaca visit. - Casa Conzatti is a charming hotel just far enough from the centro to be quiet, but within easy walking distance of every important site in Oaxaca. You will still need transportation and/or a guide for the villages and the ruins. Some plans do not include breakfast, but there are alternatives just across the park.

I needed a hotel room close to where I had stayed with a friend, so that it was easy to move and I could have the hotel call a cab at 4 am. It was right in el centro, but it was so QUIET! A lovely place. All was wonderful!

The hotel service was great, they helped us set up several tours around Oaxaca and get our taxi to the airport. The rooms close by the restaurant tend to feel noisy so just ask for different rooms if you are a light sleeper. Overall it was a good experience.

The women on the front counter couldn’t have been more lively and helpful.the waiter just introduced me to chipotle chili which took the soup to a whole new level. The Cultural area is a few short blocks away. It’s pretty convenient to almost everything and the area is quaint and beautiful.

• Ann (5/5): This hotel has potential, but they need to up their game. they could improve their customer care. try being friendly, an - location. nice art work in public spaces. coffee in the room is nice, but how about offering real milk when asked at the restaurant? the rooms are not special, and could use some special touches. felt like a cheap motel. how about some art and textiles in the rooms? remind us we are in Oaxaca, a place full of artisans. rooms are very dark!
• Jorene (8/5): Oaxaca experience - Nice hotel located across from a park and a few blocks from El Centro. Double room has full-size beds (not queen), a coffee maker, AC, and a jar of water refilled each day. Also our room was on the second floor so it had a balcony. Hot water with good pressure. Restaurant, located in the courtyard, has good breakfast (only meal we ate there)and drinks. Other restaurants and bars within walking distance. My bed was extremely hard however my son's had a little more give. (I should have tested the beds before choosing 🙄) You get noise from people in the courtyard restaurant which isn't good if you go to bed early. Only stairs to second floor.
