• Suzanne (10/5): We have stayed here 3 times. Will stay again - Perfect location to Cajun entertainment, which is why we stay in Eunice. Nice breakfast. Just a personal thing. I don't care for shower curtains.
• Alfreda (10/5): Nice getaway - The room's size and amenities. Clean. Beds were comfortable. I was especially surprised at the breakfast choices--really good. Good variety. Fresh fruits as well. Hot and cold. Although the selections for breakfast were great, the size of the room was small. I do wish it was in a better location--more away from the highway. No elevator if you had to stay on second floor.
• Linda (5/5): - It served the purpose for our visit. Cleaning lady was accommodating and hospitable. Rug was worn and dirty. In the 20 years I’ve visited Eunice, it does not appear the business has made any improvements.
• Michael (5/5): survived it. will stay elsewhere next time. - Didn't try it. Better plumbing. Showers had flat walls, no shelving for toiletries, no grab bars and a narrow width tub with no non slip texture or mat.

• ADAM (8/5): Decent place to get a bed overnight, with very nice staff. - Very nice staff, they were very polite and eager to help. Let’s face it, Eunice Louisiana is not a destination, it’s where you stop for a night on the way to somewhere else. The town itself has little to offer. But that’s not the fault of the local staff nor of the Best Western brand. As a place to get a bed for the night, this hotel is actually quite satisfactory.

The only complaint I have this time and many other times is the net to clean the pool stays locked up and the pool is full of water bugs and dead bugs. I would’ve had no problem cleaning it myself if it was available.

Only complaint would be the towels they were white, but they had a good bit of hair stuck within them. Also they were stained by the metal rack in the bathroom

The plumbing in our room’s bathroom needed attention, and we reported the problem to the staff. I would recommend this Best Western to anyone.

• Chris (1/5): tolal mess.I had to get another hotel 40 miles away. - nothing-they canceled my reservation without telling me until I got there. Manager was out of town. No communication with me or Booking.com about the cancelation.This was very bad management.
• Jessica (1/5): I didn't get to stay because without cause they canceled my prepaid for room. - I booked and prepaid for my room 3 months in advance. On arrival, the manager, Thomas, canceled my reservation without notice or reason. The rooms were all full due to it being Mardi Gras weekend. Even worse, the manager was not on site to answer for his actions. We had no place to stay due to all other rooms being booked for the Holiday. Then, I had to wait 7 to 12 days for my refund. He also canceled several other people's reservations according to the front desk clerk.

• Rhonda (1/5): Bed Bugs - Nothing. Bed bugs. Breakfast was nasty. I woke up to bed bugs crawling on me!! They said they would treat the room, as we had no where else to go for our second night. They told me they would credit back my card for at least one of the nights stay. I called on Monday as I was told to and the manager told me No he would not be giving me any credit back that the only thing he would do is offer a one night stay with them again. Ummm NOPE not going to happen. This is very upsetting as we were very discreet about telling the front desk, when we could have told all the people that were staying there. We will NOT be staying in a Best Western Hotel again. Their corporate office would not help either. They said it was up to the individual hotel managers. Very upset and disappointed.

• Aktolgali (8/5): Mostly good - The room, bathroom, beds were VERY clean. Breakfast is limited but good, and enough to get full. Beds were very comfortable. Nice toiletries in the room. Staff was very nice. The grounds and pool were clean and pretty quiet; with good lighting in the parking lot at night. The only issue was a guy above us, who was outside of his room, on the balcony, ranting, yelling, hollering about his "ho" into his phone, with pretty explicit language. This went on for several hours from about 9pm to midnight. Not the hotel's fault, but I had noticed another review mentioning young men hanging out at night causing ruckus. I dont plan to be in the area again, but if I were and needed a place to stay, I would stay again.
