- Verified traveler (6/5): - Вот такой вид был из окна номеров гостиницы с 8 утра до 7 вечера каждый день. Гостиница готовится к сезону при этом обслуживая текущих гостей за обычные цены. Знали бы, выбрали бы другую гостиницу.
- Danil (10/5): - Front sea view не дали, только side. Но в целом очень не плохо. Просторный номер с лежаком на балконе) В номере чисто, вежливый персонал, рекомендую.
- Yaroslav (6/5): - Очень посредственные завтраки, каш всего два вида, одна на воде, другая на молоке и обе невкусные. Сок томатный разбавленный, персонал в ресторане раздражённый.
- Verified traveler (8/5): отдых вдвоем - Отель неплохой, расположение замечательное, но очень плохо, что в отеле 3 звезды в стандартном номере нет холодильника(место для него есть, а самого холодильника нет). также уборка проводится не качественно, просто меняют полотенца и выносится мусор.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Its a beautiful place at the seaside .average age is high though. The bad part was the continuous outage frim the third day during the rest of my stay and starting from the day my girlfriend and daughter joined ruiing some nights
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I hade a early arrival flight and went to hotel to check in early. Receptionist was asleep at the counter. I woke her up and she screamed at me in Russian. I could understand if they couldn't do an early check in. But the least they could have sone is held my bags behind the counter so i could walk around . I left and didn't even stay there. Terrible service that i still got charged for even tho i didn't even stay there.
- Maxim (10/5): На краю берега - Так близко от береговой линии еще не останавливались, когда показывали фото номера, у друзей расширялись глаза :) Номер просто огромен, с потрясающем видом на море. Кондиционер не дует на кровати, позволяя случайно уснуть и не проснуться простывшим. В следующие поездки в Сочи будем ориентироваться на Санремо как эталонный отель. Спасибо!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Супер отель,супер вид - К выбору подошли очень щепетильно,но отель превзошёл все ожидания!Конечно,кто за чем едет/но вид и сам номер((его размеры)у нас была студия)заставил на все нюансы закрыть глаза(душ подвёл)в остальном все круто!центр города,все доступно,все достопримечательности под носом,воздух,шум моря-который тебя будит тебя с утра!все,все,все понравилось!Спасибо!!!вернемся!и друзей всех туда отправлять будем))))
- Vadim (8/5): Great roomy apartment ruined by nightclub music - We chose the San Remo and the apartment we were given was definitely fantastic value for money and actually "too big" for our needs with an adjoining room with twin beds. Balcony was spacious and offered great views of the Black Sea and promenade. Breakfast was at the San Remo restaurant on the ground floor which we also used for wine glasses which were missing from our apartment. One very bad point is that the nightclub "Platforma" located some 300 meters from the hotel blazes out loud dance music until 07:00 am and closing the doors / windows did not help drown out the noise!!! We stayed on a weekend so the club was working both Friday + Saturday nights and if it's open every night in the summer then expect sleepless nights!
- Alexey (2/5): Отвратительный сервис в отеле - Душ в номере не работал. Т.е. из него просто не текла вода. Вместо большой двухспальной кровати предложили поспать на отдельных с поломанными ножками. Так называемый балкон - это общий балкон на много-много номеров. При этом войти в любой номер со стороны балкона легко, так как ручка-защелка находится снаружи. Если вам доставляет удовольствие веселая южная компания, которая в любой момент может ворваться к вам в номер, то обязательно заказывайте этот отель. Если вы немного скромнее, то выбирайте другой отель. А сюда можете прийти в ресторан)
- Natalia (10/5): Неделька чудесного отдыха весной. - В восторге от Сочи. Горда за Россию. По поводу отеля: чудесное расположение, внимательный и доброжелательный персонал, особая благодарность горничной. Отдыхала по специальному предложению в ценовой категории. Если руководство отеля не будет задирать цены, с удовольствием поселюсь в этом отеле в след. приезд. Море плещется практически почти в стены отеля. Многократно выезжала за границу, а теперь задумалась... Отдыхом в Сочи осталась очень довольна.
- ALEKSANDRA (10/5): Семейный отдых - Прекрасный отель. Отдыхали в январе. Большие светлые номера. Вид потрясающий. Есть ресторан, вкусные завтраки. Каждый вечер ужинали в ресторане, живая музыка, единственное, меню рекомендую доработать более традиционными европейскими блюдами. А так все очень понравилось, спасибо. Александра К.

- Mikhail (10/5): Семейный отдых с друзьями - Останавливались большой компанией. Отель очень понравился. Один нюанс: стандартный номер имеет площадь более 40 кв. м, при этом всего одна комната. Это при размещении с детьми неудобно. На наш взгляд, имеет смысл разделить номер перегородкой - недорого и очень удобно. Спасибо.
