- David (7/5): Good value for money. Central location. - Nice, friendly & helpful staff. Good value for money. Car parking. Good lighting in the room. Room on the ground floor, so no need to drag bags up any stairs. Firm & comfortable bed. The room had no window.

- Natalia (10/5): - The staff was so welcoming and nice to me, and if I had a problem, they helped me right away. They have a little cute back garden, where you can sit alone or with others. It's super close to the beach (5-7 min walk), And has cheap local restaurants nearby, as well as two 7 elevens. Even though Chaweng is known as a "party place" this is not in the midst of it - and you can still get a good nights sleep without party-music and there's walking distance to the city centre and the night marked etc. Thank you so much for making my stay better ♥️ The traffic can be a bit scary, so be aware where you walk 😀

- Erwin (7/5): - Die Freundlichkeit von Personal und vom Restaurant. Frühstück hat lecker geschmeckt. Die Sauberkeit vom haus. Schuhe mussten im EG ausgezogen werden. Kaffee und Wasser gab es in der kleinen lobby. Fußläufig war alles vorhanden. Zum Strand allerdings gut 600 m... Das Haus liegt an einer stark befahren Straße. Auch die Fenster haben den autolärm kaum abgehalten. Keinen Balkon. Kleine Zimmer

Ont ce sent chez soit Eau fourni et serviette de plage il est très bien situé à 5 m’ de la plage et 10 mn du centre ville à pieds plusieurs restaurants autour boutiques Rien de negatif au top !!!!

DES TRAVAUX IMPOSSIBLE DE DORMIR, les travaux commencent à 7H du matin et termine à 19h le soir ! Il y a des bruits de perceuse insoutenable ! J’ai dû aller au médecin. L’hôtel ne pouvait rien faire même pas me changer de chambre ! Plus jamais de ma vie ! Je me suis fais insulter par les personnes qui fessaient les travaux. J’ai contacté booking aucune mesure a été prise(j’ai les vidéos.)

Auf dem Balkon hatte man Blick zum Berg Hatte das Apartment mit Balkon. Da es zur Straße war, war es sehr laut.Moped, Autos alles schalte nach oben.sehr, sehr laut. Man konnte nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen..Ohne Oropax ging es nicht, auch wenn das Fenster zu war.

The staff were all very kind and helpful. I especially appreciated the little touches like free water, coffee, and fresh beach towels every day. I’d definitely recommend it! The beds were quite hard, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable, but everything else was really great.

It was the songkhran during my stay which makes 2 nights impossible to sleep because of the noise and the concert next to my apartment. No double glass window so you could hear the window vibrate due to heavy music. I asked booking to help me recover at least a night but the hotel did not want to do anything! In that regards they did. It care about the customer and not much help from booking.com

- Ariel (6/5): Pleasant - The rooms were clean and the stay was comfortable. My stay at the hotel was relatively good and I had no complaints, if not for the incident that occurred during check-out. When I asked to check out, the staff asked me to wait while they checked the room. I offered to join the inspection, but they told me to stay in the office since the check was already being conducted by other staff members. I waited for nearly 10 minutes without any update, expecting to be told that everything was fine and that my deposit would be returned. I even started asking if there was a problem, and they simply replied that the room was still being checked. Eventually, someone arrived and informed me that the TV box was missing from the room. Needless to say, I didn’t take the TV box—I never even used the TV during my stay. After insisting that I had nothing to do with it, the staff returned my deposit and the incident was over. Whether this was an intentional scam or a case of negligence and lack of attention from the staff, the event left me with a bad feeling and significantly tainted what was otherwise a mostly positive experience. It’s a functional hotel for budget travelers looking to stay in Chaweng, but I recommend future guests take photos of the room upon arrival and again before leaving, to avoid any similar situations.

- Laura (7/5): Good value for price - Check-In was easy even though we arrived quite late. The room was good value for the price. It didn’t only have a 20cm wide window which didn’t let any proper daylight in but good enough for sleeping there. The closet and storage shelves offered enough space for the luggage. The bathroom had a shower which had great pressure, only problem was that the water didn’t properly go down and second person had to stand in the previous ones shower water. Also the light above the mirror didn’t work. The bedsheets didn’t have covers when we arrived but they brought them the next day. We had a gecko in our room and the personnel was so helpful even though it was already late and they chased it for us for an hour. The location was okay, no nice cafes or restaurants around but a lot of places to rent scooters.

If the hotel requires guests to take off their shoes on the ground floor, it would be good if the cleaners washed not only the hallways but also the dusty and stained stairs. By the time you reach the third floor, your feet can get dirty. The hotel is located on a street with constant traffic—if you are sensitive to noise, you may need earplugs.
