House keeping was a bit hit and miss with bathroom supplies inconsistent. We stayed for 12 nights. Sometimes we got too many bottles of shampoo and no bath gels.

Very convenient to get food around the area by walking distance, variable choices, Nasi Kandar, Chinese Restaurant & Coffee Shops. there is GSC cinema at the mall too. The hotel's room equipped with 2 Queen size bed and space is big enough with reasonable price.

Called the reception & they told me they will take care of it and they did. On the night of August 30. I request to be moved to other room. They moved me to room 1615. & it was fine.

• koolguy163 (8/5): Training trip - Stayed for 4 nights as training was held in hotel. Overall an ok stay. Hotel food is good. Had all my breakfast and lunch in the hotel which was above average in taste and variety. My only complaint is that the sink in the bathroom does not have hot water so you need to do your morning stuff with cold water unless if you are standing under the wonderful high pressure rain shower which thankfully has hot water. Not impressed with housekeeping but passable. Will return if necessary as very few options in Seremban.
• 457gwt (4/5): Dated Hotel.. - Went for a business trip as there is no much choices of Hotel in this area. Stay in a 2 Room Suite. The suite come with 2 Bedroom with 2 double bed each as well as a living room with sofa, tv, microwave etc. Cons: The suite is very spacious however the furniture are dated and dusty. Cleanliness in toilet and room were also not very clean. Breakfast have limited choices like Nasi Lemak and egg. Pros: Hotel is connected to a mall. Bed and Aircon were good. Tips: if you are looking for nice chinese food, you can walk or take a rm5 grab to near by restaurant. Don't eat at the mall. There are many nice Chinese food shops nearby.

Next time, after validating your parking ticket at the reception, you need to get it validated again at parking machine at level 5 or ground level before exiting. Otherwise you will get stucked at exit.

• ezhonda (8/5): Very good and reasonable hotel - Im happy w this hotel... for rm245 u get a reasonably big room, 2 queen size beds, acceptable taste breakfast, v good aircon, good hot n cold water pressure.... please maintain the hotel.... some parts of the hotel not well looked after... if hotel room price can drop a bit to rm200 im sure more people will stay here....

• Chua (8/5): - Room is quite dirty, lack of housekeeping. Table top, tray for cups and coffee container ... Can see it was not clean for a long time.
• PTCC (6/5): Spacious and Clean - The room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is quite modern. However the colour coordination is quite awful. Food is really bad. One day the vegetables were simply fried and not cooked at all. Some of the food quite tasteless - either too bland, sweet or salty. The hotel is located in the mall and nearby there is 7-11, a porridge restaurant straifgr down the road, till late 4.00 am. Inside the mall, there is KFC, Guardian Pharmacy, Kluang Coffee Station etc.
• Cykocyn (6/5): Not so great service - Stayed here for 12 nights. The entire time the floor was not cleaned. There was something that looked like a coco crunch under the chair, and it was there all 12 days! There were also clumps of dust in the corners. Although I highlighted to management, it was still not cleaned. Bathroom has no hand-held shower, which was terribly inconvenient. Sink had no stopper as well, so I couldn't do self laundry. Breakfast was almost the same everyday. Staff were impolite and unhelpful. The ladies washroom had no hand soap. I informed the staff 4x but still no refill. I had to inform reception 2x, then only there were some. And this was towards the end of my stay. The only good thing was the location within the mall. There were some food choices but not plenty. There's a cinema for some entertainment, cos the hotel tv had only local channels. Also the halls are very echo-y... so you can hear people talking or kids screaming.

• MMPilus (8/5): Convenient! - It's a hotel within a shopping complex so if you need to buy anything at all in a hurry, no fret! No complaints about anything. My only issue was the thin walls so noises could be heard when people walk along the corridor and from the next room. But I had a good nights' sleep, nevertheless. Would stay here again! Didn't try the breakfast although it was provided as I overslept.

• andrewhng (8/5): Hotel within a Shopping Mall - Hotel located within the shopping mall. The rooms are slightly expensive for a town like Seremban. The rooms rates comes with breakfast and breakfast is horrible. We can't refuse the payment for breakfast. Rooms are located at the quiet floors and good view of the town.
• Mel (10/5): - I love the comfy pillow and comfy bed. However, the hotel should maintain the bathroom. The smell not really nice, plus there was also leaking from the pipe, causing the floor quite watery. The breakfast buffet quiet superb, very variety and delicious.
• typ1226 (10/5): Spacious and cozy room - The room is very spacious and enough to fit 4 persons. The location of the hotel is strategic. You can get your shopping done, movie and food under 1 building. There plenty mamak stall, nasi kandar and chinese "Dai Chao" next to the mall/hotel.

The main reason I decided to stay in Palm Hotel was the supermarket. There was to be a Giant supermarket in the hotel mall but apparently it has been closed down? We had to travel away from the hotel to get our need-fuls.

• DianaCheong (8/5): SUPER PALM HOTEL - We had a lovely stay at Palm Seremban Hotel. Not a 5star one but it is so comfortable, clean and so very spacious!!! We had a great view of the town and mountains! We also had a great deal! There is a shopping centre for the whole family - great shops, restaurants and cinemas. The hotel stay came with breakfast which was good. We were expecting prata being served, unfortunately, there was none for both mornings. Don't forget to bring your toothbrushes as hotel does not supply. If you are driving, be familiar with the carpark system. There is free carpark at the Hotel. No swimming pool!

Security of lift is Not safety, everybody simply can enter the Hotel Level without the Room Card, very dangerous !
• Diana (8/5): - Convenient location. Spacious and very clean room. Do bring your own toiletries as hotel does not provide toothbrushes. One can shop, dine and even watch movies there. Breakfast was sufficient. But I did not like how the waitresses clean up the tables.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Best place in Seremban - Great place to stay in. Second time I’m staying here. Has become my favourite place to stay at. Affordable. Comfortable. Easy parking. At a shopping mall so just have to go down to get food or some basic things.
• Adeline (6/5): - Hotel room is clean and pleasant. However, lack of security as the hotel is sharing the car park with the shopping mall. From the car park lift, any one can access to the hotel rooms. If level 5 and 6 car park is allocated to hotel staff, then at there should be a gantry for guest to tap their room cards. We saw outsiders lurking around the car park at level 5. This is our main concern and hope the hotel can look into this before our next stay at your hotel.

• YvonneJLim (10/5): Convenient with Comfort - Clean, convenient and comfortable. Not mentioning spacious for the whole family. It is situated within the mall itself so shopping is not a problem. However, it is quite difficult at first to find your way to the parking are and from the parking area to the hotel as you may get lost and find yourself into the mall instead. Overall, I will definite stay again in this hotel if I were to visit Seremban again.

• RICARDO JR (6/5): Palm Seramban - 14-17NOV2018 - The hotel location is good! Towels are too old. Need to change with new ones. Toiletries need to request. Make sure to provide complete toiletries especially toothbrush. Housekeeping just leave the things on the chair. Keep it inside the drawer or cabinet rather than putting it on the chair.
• wahwah (8/5): - A convenient hotel with shopping mall and cinema. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby as well. Breakfast is just OK. My room is clean and OK. I think it is quite value for money.
• 50billyl (10/5): Comfort and convenience - We stayed for three nights over the busy Christmas period and were pleasantly surprised by the large spacious rooms with modern amenities. For our family of four, we were allocated two adjacent rooms with a connecting door. In room wifi service was excellent and buffet breakfast was satisfying with a wide array of Malaysian and western offerings. Parking was provided at the shopping mall carpark but needs validation before you exit each time. However, the drive up and down the winding ramp at least 5 storeys can get a little dizzy. We needed to be patient at reception as the existing front desk staff numbers could not cope with the busier than normal clientele.

Overall stay was very comfortable and convenient. Pros 1. Comfortable Room 2. Friendly Staff (Sales and Receptionist staff was very helpful and assist to our needs) 3. Hotel just next to Mall which is very convenient for any guest here.
• 746leenaht (8/5): Reasonable hotel - This hotel is directly next to the Palm Mall. Relatively new hotel. It doesn't have much facilities at the hotel except for the coffee house and lobby lounge. Good location and there is food at the mall or just outside the mall. Reasonable room rates except that the room towels can be improved.
• sherredenk (6/5): Great Little Suprise - When my husband said he’d picked the hotel for our one night stay over in Seremban, I was apprehensive (he’s picked shocker in the past). When we pulled up to it, I was still apprehensive. From the outside it doesn’t look much at all. Nothing fancy and tacked onto a small shopping mall. But there is valet parking out side (10rm for 1 day). Then we went in and it was lovely and clean and vibrant. The check in was easy and had staff to take bags up for us. The elevators were nice and new which may not seem like much but it makes a difference. There is an odd smell when we exited lift, into corridor. Not sure what is but it made me catch my breath every time. It lingers though the corridor of our floor (16th). The room itself was two queens and good size for a short stay. Very clean and well maintained. Small supply of tea and coffee. A couple of pairs of house slippers. Beds were comfortable for the stay. The view over Seremban was kind of pretty in the evening. The bathroom shower needs a scrub, a bit of mild and soap scum but the rest of it was ok and clean and good water flow in shower. Supply of usual toiletries and a good hairdryer. Breakfast included and it was decent. Basic quality but there was enough to eat and a good selection in the buffet. From traditional Nasi Lemak to cereals and pastries, beef bacon, eggs and baked Berns etc. Coffee was rubbish and the Teh Terik from the machine, also rubbish. Good news is there is a coffee shop in the mall so I could fuel up there after breakfast. But if there was a barista in the morning in the hotel I’d pay extra at breakfast for that. Being attached to a mall made it easy for finding an meal in the evening. Though the room service menus looked adequate also. Overall it was a nice little surprise of a hotel and I’d stay there again for a night or two as a stop over or if attending an event in Seremban over a weekend.

• kamaruddina (10/5): Short get away - Very pleasant stay without issues.Staff were pleasant and check in was quick.Like to mention Benyamin at the reception for his great service upon our arrival,the room is clean with standard ammenities and the breakfast was great combination in a great atmosphere. This would definitely be our first choice the next time round. Thumbs up for Palm Seremban Hotel.

• Noriah (4/5): - The reception messed up the hotel room. They thought I was part of a group and so they want to put me in a room with a stranger. I was upset by their incompetent.
• Sarita (6/5): - Great location being next to the mall and eateries all around. Morganfields, just outside the main doors is another venue that is great, superb cocktails. The hotel staff need a lot of training and basic lessons in English. Supervisory and Managerial levels were great as my comments were looked into and actioned on (Housekeeping Sup and Rooms Div Manager). Once we got over the initial problems, overall the stay was relaxing. On the day of check-out, the Manager was very gracious and accorded us a late check-out, thank you.
• dinesh321123 (6/5): Affordable but nothing fancy - Stayed for 2 nights on a business trip. Room was decent size, 2 queen beds and the normal amenities. Air-Cond wasn't the best, Wifi was available, writing desk had a banquet chair as a seat (?), cleanliness could be upgraded. Room has a view overlooking shops and traffic on the street below, fortunately I was on a higher floor and had little traffic noise. Shower cubicle is really dated for a 4 year old hotel, and can do with some maintenance, leaks and wets the floor everytime you shower. Hotel is adjoining a mall, plenty of fast food options and restaurants. More food stalls just across the street as well. Ther's a 7 Eleven within walking distance to take care of your needs. Shops in the mall are pretty generic, but there is a cinema (GSC) as well. Breakfast was normal for a 3star hotel, nothing outstanding, but fairly decent. Except for the coffee. Staff, other than the front desk, seem to have little interest in their paying guests needs. Oh! not to forget, knocks on the door by housekeeping asking if you have any laundry...isn't the norm for the guess to call if they had laundry? Parking was provided, but as the hotel seems pretty busy with functions etc (not to mention the "Gentlemen's Spa" at the parking level, you may have to park a distance away when you arrive from work in the evening, but find an almost empty parking area as you walk to your car in the early morning. *Footnote: For families travelling, yes, there are 2 queen beds in the room, yes, it can fit 4 pax easily, but breakfast is only for 2 per room. The other 2 pax will need to pay.

• Monte (10/5): GREAT HOTEL! - WE LOVE THIS HOTEL, IT IS A VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION FOR US. EVERYTHING IS AVAILABLE THAT YOU NEED CLOSE AT HAND AS THERE ARE 2 MALLS WITH IN WALKING. ONE CONNECTED TO THE HOTEL AND THE OTHER A BLOCK AWAY.
• frankolino4711 (2/5): No one cares - Was there for three nights. When checking my non smoking room smelled like cigarettes and cigarettes lying around in the bathroom and toilet. The toilet was filthy with urine everywhere. With 20 years of travelling in never ever experienced this before. I highlighted to staff. Next day my room was hardly cleaned again. Cigarette butts and toilet remained as filthy as ever. Towels stained. I went a third time to now talk to the manager and got finally resolved, however the flow remained full of urine stain. Breakfast: coffee completely diluted and not drinkable, one machine only had hot water in them. When highlighted, no one seemed to care. I then left. No apologies , no effort to make it right. Unfortunately not many alternatives in the region, however if u find one, take it.

• Hamid (8/5): One night stay - The room is a good size and it’s clean. It’s conveniently located next to a shopping mall. However, the anchor tenant has left. Assessing solely on the room, my family and I liked it.

Sofa had fresh stains which may indicate that housekeeping wasn’t as thorough. Also can spot one obvious price tag left behind by previous user on the bed headboard. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. We went around 9:30am and most of the items were not replenished. Probably had to go a bit earlier if you want to have a complete breakfast.
