- 佐保 (6/5): リピートしたいとは思いません。 - 全体的にスタッフの方の接客は良かったと思います。 トイレ、浴室から出る時に段差が高くバリアフリーの点では配慮に欠けていると思いました。転倒防止のためにも手すりをつけるなどの配慮があってもいいのではないでしょうか？又、朝食に関しては美味しいとは思いませんでした。

- Florian (4/5): - Hotel is well located close to the city center and within walking distance of the castle. View from the room was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry room available. The room was absolutely tiny, with barely enough space to move around. There was certainly no space to open a check-in size suitcase, let alone two, making unpacking and packing, finding clothes etc. extremely tedious. The bed was dirty when we arrived, with stains on the duvet and hairs under the covers. We complained and were moved to another room, which initially seemed better but upon closer inspection still had an old food stain on the duvet. We assume they simply do not wash the duvets here, which is rather disgusting.

- OH (9/5): - The room was decent and the breakfast was good. The hotel is within walking distance to shopping areas. Parking was unavailable on the day of my stay, and the staff suggested a nearby parking building. I chos a lot closer to the shopping area, which cost 1,500 yen.

- Felix (10/5): Kleines aber komfortables Zimmer - Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, aber das war kein Problem. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, alles ist sauber. Das Internet war ausreichend schnell. Alles ist in gutem Zustand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Trockner im zweiten Stock sind nicht besonders effizient.

- Shiomi (8/5): - ロケーション、朝食、連泊だったので清掃はなしそしてタオル等は希望すれば部屋に届けてくれるというエコシステムがすごく良かった。部屋もとても清潔で、ファミリールームだったので部屋の1/3が畳でお布団もしいてあって、広くてとても滞在しやすかった。 2階のファミリールームに泊まりましたが、フロアには会議室みたいなのとラウンジがあり、酔っ払ったグループ客が会議室から出てきてラウンジで大声でたむろっていたのが良くなかった。一階の朝食ビュッフェの横に喫煙室があって、2階にも臭いが充満していて、部屋を出るとタバコの匂いがすごかった点も気になった。 ランドリーを使うのに100円玉が必要で、夫がフロントに両替をお願いしました。ファミリーなので2回洗濯・乾燥が必要でしたので、2000円を崩してもらうようお願いしたら、2000円分はないですねと一度断られた。崩してもらえないならどうやってランドリーを使えるかと問うと、しぶしぶ100円玉を出してきた。それなら両替機を設置したら良いと思う。 駐車場のシステムも改善の余地あり。
