- Fernando (8/5): Muy relajante - Muy lindo para relajarse lo que mas me gusto es la zona del spa lo masajes y el sauna seco y humedo no me gusto la pile si bien es climatizada nosotros fuimos mayo 2026 hacia mucho frio y se sentia tibia el agua no caliente respecto a l9s precios fastamos 400 mil x una noche xq pagamos 100 la cena mas 220 + otras cosas que sacamos bueno en general bien pero por esa plata creo se pueden conseguir opciones mas economicas. La habitacion es 10 puntos unico feo que no hay agua tiene pava electrica y caferera pero el agua la sacas del fregobar y te la cobran sino tenes que bbajar al bar a pedir creo que por lo que cobran la noche podria ser el agua libre fuimos mi pareja y yo nomas. La pile techada no estaba muy caliente el agua

- MIGUEL IGNACIO (10/5): Una experiencia maravillosa en una localización espectacular - De este hotel lo que me gusto es un todo general, para empezar la amabilidad del personal era impresionante, la ubicación era idilica, la comodidad y los servicios que ofrecen, hacen que alojarte alllí sea una experiencia magnífica. El nivel está tan alto, que puedo decir que las mamparas de las duchas me resultaron cortas y se mojan mucho el baño, o sea, algo insignificante.

- Franco (7/5): Hotel ruidoso - La limpieza y las instalaciones Es la 5ta vez que venimos a este hotel y siempre para la misma fechas (fiestas) hicimos la reserva por booking por que el sistema de recepción por WhatsApp demora horas en contestarte . En esta ocasión el hotel me parece que cambió un poco el formato , nosotros siempre nos gustaba por su tranquilidad ya que se encuentra alejado del centro pero nos encontramos con muchas familias con niños , lo cual esa “tranquilidad” o relax que uno quiere ya no se encuentra. Amamos los niños y me parece una muy buena opción si vienen con familia pero no si quieren venir a desconectar. El personal es muy amable sólo sacando la Mucama que toda la mañana estuvo mandando audios de WhatsApp pegada a nuestra puerta . Deberían de ver el uso compartido de las instalaciones tanto de este hotel como de pinares del cerro ya que la pile es de tamaño pequeño y a alborotarse tanta gente en una sola pileta no se puede disfrutar . Buscaremos otra opción.

El desayuno excelente y la comida en el restaurant excelente Solamente no me gustó que en booking me dijeron q pagaría en el alojamiento y q la tarjeta era solo a modo de garantía y cuando quise pagar en efvo ya me habían cobrado con la tarjeta.

In this time I enjoyed the venue and the beautiful view that is has over the city and the lake. - Sony_Baio (10/5): Perfect place to spend a peaceful vacation in Carlos Paz. - The hotel is new and modern. Very minimalist and cozy at the same time. The view from the pool is amazing, with the whole mountains in front of you. Downtown is only 5' by car. The attention of the employees is very friendly and cordial. The restaurant is beautiful and with exquisite menus. You have a Spa and Gym. Rooms are very big. I recommend the one with an internal jacuzzi.
