The environment itself was amazing, easy access to the freeway, and all the eats and shopping you want is literally in walking distance!!! The breakfast was exceptional 😋 and I would like that to thank the omelette lady that makes the most meaty and vegetable omelette I've ever eaten!!!! Thank you Best Western Ashton for an amazing stay. Looking forward to staying with you guys again!!!

- Brent (9/5): Overall, the stay was good. The hotel was a good value. - The breakfast was good, there were several hot items to choose from, as well as other options. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and courteous. The only problem we encountered was the people in the room next to us were extremely noisy, to the point where we could not sleep. We did report this to the front desk, and they did address the situation. We were given a later check out time so we could get some rest. We really appreciated that.

- Marc (10/5): - Strip club right across the street and all the ghetto people were coming in the lobby. We were there for a softball tournament and had a bunch of 16 year old girls. And on top of that, they mess with my credit card and I had multiple charges. Got resolved a week later, but tied up my line of credit.

- Kelley (1/5): - The pool was clean and it had a ramp into for my wheelchair to get into. The staff was beyond rude. My room had cockroaches, and we cut our reservation early because of this! Breakfast was suppose to be served until 9am. At 830 there was nothing left and they weren't making any more. I had a guest come visit and was yelled at by staff about only have three people on my reservation. Mind you my friend didnt stay they were just there to help because im in a wheelchair. Their were 3 on pur reservation but they would only allow us 2 towels at a time. There were no towels for the pool. The pull out couch had no bedding at all we had to go get some from the front desk they wouldn't bring it up for us. You could definitely tell they are cost conscious because you weren't even allowed to take your breakfast upstairs so they can assure who is eating it. It was crazy stuff like this.

- Khadijah (4/5): - I was not pleased with my stay for multiple reasons…. They charge you extra for having guest in a space that you have paid for; regardless of their length of stay. Only “registered” guest are allowed to get in the pool; although he claims that wasn’t why he was charging me... The front desk clerk didn’t know the difference between a face towel and a hand towel; when I asked for more after being charged for my guests.. ones that my king suite room could accommodate… I asked him was the hand towel the smallest towel he saw… he lied and said yes… I literally had to go to the room and get an example to show him what I was referring too.. The welcome text also had multiple typos in my name; even after being given my license; not a very warm, welcoming feeling at all.

- Jason (4/5): - We are still here and not very happy. First of all, there is a charge for any child over 12. We have two young teens and had to pay extra for each of them. I’m not sure what costs more, as they know we won’t even be here for breakfast. Then, housekeeping must not have finished our room. There was trash in the bathroom cubby and no toiletries at all. There was little toilet paper and no tissue at all. I called to tell them about it and he was only concerned with whether or not we had a luggage cart in our room. We had to walk down and get all towels, toiletries, toilet paper, and tissue. Then half of our keys didn’t work. The workout room smells moldy, which also can’t be good. There were no towels at the pool,

- crystal (2/5): - I paid for hotel and they told me I get was holding my card 100 for accidentally fee it will be release then I check with my bank and they charge me 97 for my room for no reason there was no damage or nothing I left the room clean they told me my 100 will be release but it wasn’t I had to dispute it my bank I will never use this hotel again

Ive stayed here 4 times and everytime I am treated with respect, the room is clean, and the breakfast is great( different options to choose from). The manager is understanding and leads his team well because they are all amazing. They are kind, willing to help and answer any questions you might have! I love that the hotel is a little ducked off but you have a variety of options from restaurants, movies, shopping mall, kid indoor playgrounds, grocery store, adult entertainment( clubs and shops) within a mile. If you are coming to Houston and want a spacious and clean room... Don't miss out.. reserve your room already! There is nothing not to like about this place!!!

I love the spacious rooms.. my only complaint is that you couldn’t take your breakfast to your room, I had my 76 year old mom with me in another room and she didn’t want to come down and eat breakfast down is the lobby.. And that should be a choice of a paying customer…

- Jasmine (10/5): Exceptional - Rooms were clean. I had no issues with the cleanliness of the facility. Staff were friendly. I used the workout room while I was there as well and enjoyed the space. Rooms were cleaned and towels replaced daily and they even made up our beds with my toddlers stuffed animals. We'd stay again. Only annoyance was the no breakfast food in the room.

- Janie (6/5): - The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained; however the clerk was anything but accommodating. He was downright rude and argumentative. When asked for extra pillows, he said there were none. He managed to find one and told us that guests brought their own pillowcases when extras were needed. (Due to a medical condition, it is necessary to almost sit up to sleep & not always possible to travel with extras). The water was lukewarm at best - his response was the water is hot. The clock radio had a USB port but the radio did not work - his response was there is nothing wrong with the radio. We were not complaining but thought management would want to address the problems for the next guest.
