• Geunta (1/5): - So we were there for one night. Upon arrival I was lil leary about the facility, but I went with it I was only there for a couple of hours. Upon getting up Sunday morning there was a big cock roaches that cam from underneath the chaise lounge. I went down stairs and spoke with the lady at the front desk it seems as if she wasn’t shock at all she said I’ll let housekeeping know. They need to take care of the roach problem

• Mette (8/5): - Our room faced the parking lot with very bright street lamps, we could not pull the curtains all the way to black it out, so that was annoying when trying to sleep. Other than that this is the same Hampton Inn - level quality that we expected.

• Scott (6/5): - The AC in the room didn’t work very well. Very humid in the room and AC cycled a lot. When texted how my stay was going and if there was anything i needed, there was no reply when asking to check out the unit.
• Christi (8/5): Nice Family Stay - We had a double queen bed room and was very spacious and clean. Our room was right above the front desk/lobby and we could hear the music playing 24/7 through the floor/walls. Breakfast was good. I know most hotels don’t have daily room cleaning anymore, but this is one thing that I really don’t like…we only had beds made and fresh towels every other day, We had to got to the front desk to ask for towels and then had to wait several minutes every time, because there was no one at the desk.

Curtains to close all the way so we couldn't see the headlights of the cars on the Hwy. Umbrella's on the table weren't set up for sitting around the pool.

• Tiffany (5/5): Maybe I need to look outside Hilton own hotels for a great stay - The location was good. And the bed was very comfortable. The staff was a bit ruder than the normal hotels we stay in. From the breakfast door being shut in my daughter’s face. The fridge NOT staying cold and ruining 160.00 in food. The lack of communication and/or care about the fridge not working, or the need of towels being that we came in on Friday late afternoon and checked on Sunday morning. But the fridge and the Spanish speaking employees saying rude and/or inappropriate things about my multi-race daughter who is also of Hispanic descent and understood exactly what was being said. Of the older A/A front desk clerk that deliberately ignored me while asking for assistance or made the African male overnight front desk agent that suggested I put my food in the hotels fridge or on ice in the sick when the issue was reported. So maybe it was just me or the stay was a waste of money because of the mistreatment and lack of customer service.

• Lisa (8/5): - Overall was a good stay! Comfortable beds and bathrooms. However the night attendant had zero customer service skills. It was 1 am and we had been driving all day from our cross country trip from Florida to California and now back home. We simply needed a place to rest our heads at night. We had done this many nights so it has become routine. I even called before 11 pm to let them know we would be arriving after midnight so they could check us in. I rented two rooms for our family of five. I got there and he seemed annoyed from the very start. He didn’t communicate much at all and then handed me one key. I explained I had two rooms in the reservation. I ended up getting the two rooms not adjourned, instead one was on the fourth floor and the other on the second floor. Friendly attendants are a key for success. I will likely rent a room somewhere else in the future.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Scam - Hotels / Hampton Inn obviously running scam. After booking more expensive larger room, only to receive a smaller room for the higher price on check in. Called Hotels.com almost unpublished cust svc, and got no help even though Hotels.com sold the larger room - I got the smaller room at a higher price. Don't use Hotels.com, it's a scam.

• Jessica (10/5): - First, being greeted by Ms. Robin at 2:00 am was exactly what we needed. After a long drive, we were ready to just get to bed. She got us settled right in including setting up a text message customer service option that we didn’t need because everything was great. Our room was already cooled down upon our arrival along with being extremely clean. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The lobby was hosting a few individuals, but our room on the first floor remained quiet. I appreciated the mini store being stocked with various drinks, snacks, ice cream, and toiletries. They even has cases of bottled water if you needed to fill a cooler. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and again appreciate Ms. Robin getting us all checked in for our weekend stay.

The manager Jeremy noticed there were a lot of ball teams staying, so he took it upon himself to alter the breakfast times so that the kids with early morning games wouldn’t miss out on a nutritious breakfast. That goes above what is asked of him and it is greatly appreciated!

She happily provided us with lots of information. She was very helpful. The Wifi connectivity in the room was not the best. In the lobby area it worked perfectly.
• Carissa (8/5): Sufficient Overnight - We stayed overnight while we were in town for a wedding, and it took a while for us to check-in due to their change in computer system. This almost made me late to the wedding. The staff was very apologetic, however I contacted the front desk the night prior to arrival and was told that I could check-in an hour early. Otherwise the room and breakfast was sufficient for our overnight stay.

• TimC25 (10/5): Best Hampton in Louisisana! - I stay here any time I am in the Lafayette area, even if it is a longer drive. Clean and super comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. Very little noise, even though it is located conveniently near the center of Broussard. Great restuarants very close. The maid service is perfect, every other day for me. The front desk staff is very helpful and courteous. I even screwed up a reservation, and Nicholas, one of the managers, fixed my issue immediately.

The guy at front desk said they are old units and will be replaced next year. It made for a very unpleasant nights rest after a long day.
