- Rajesh (5/5): The staff made up for the old not well maintained building. - The location is OK. Staff is very friendly. Rooms: Very small. Lobby: expected something better. Very old building, not value for money. Wouldnt stay here again as can get much better hotel in same area at same or better prc. I chose this hotel bcos said "FOUR POINTS SHERATON" and expected a Sheraton (Obviously) ,but it didnt meet the expectations. Breakfast: The pancakes were Ice-cold, asked the attendant if can get fresh hot pancakes. She suggested I put them in the toaster and heat them! 😂

- Rivera (9/5): Great Place and it's Location - The staff cannot be better, helping you in all possible needs. The air conditioning is locked to 17 degrees Celsius, Bogotá's temperatura is nice, but in certain moments you need it lower.

Solo hay 7 pisos, pagamos mas para estar mas alto y al final a la mitad del grupo les toco en el segundo piso, la vista es a un edificio medio terminar. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally comfortable, and kept spotless thanks to the attentive housekeeping team. The restaurant and front office staff deliver the same high standard of service, making the entire stay feel effortless and welcoming. I booked my stay using Marriott points gifted by my brother, and it was an excellent choice. I’ll definitely be returning soon. Bravo, Four Points by Sheraton Bogotá!

- TomJohnston (6/5): Avoid if looking to use Lounge or Restaurant - It pains me to write negatively about this hotel that has become my regular ok Bogota but I’d avoid it right now. I stay here because the rooms are fine, staff are great and, as a platinum member ,I get to use the lounge after work meaning I don’t need to walk around outside when it’s dark. This area is fine daytime but it’s off the main roads and I wouldn’t feel safe walking alone after dark. There was also a good bar / restaurant menu if you didn’t want the lounge food. Sadly they have closed to lounge for renovation - and don’t tell you when you book - and have made no arrangement for lounge services to be provided in the bar. They’ve also slashed the bar / restaurant menu leaving very limited choices. I’m here for 4 nights and tried to change to another Marriot but none are available. If coming for work and relying on being able to relax or work in the hotel in the evening, I would book elsewhere until they finish the reconstruction and bring back proper menu.

- Carlos (2/5): Not coming back - I ask for early check in and it was not ready, the room was booked just for my hisband and me,. My daughters came to visit us and the process to let them in was suuper slow. Our room had a LOUD music the whole afternoon. Next day my styler came to do my hair, ai advice the hotel before she got here and regardless she had to wait 30 minutes, I even went downstairs to meet her bc she had to come with a security guard that never showed up. Never staying here again.

- 380adamd (10/5): Awesome hotel for a business visit to Bogota - This is a great business hotel in a good area. The staff were excellent and the morning breakfast offered a range of diverse options. The pool was closed on our visit and the executive lounge was relatively simple. Ie no fancy foods or things, just coffee and tea. The hotel was attentive and willing to organize activities and support us with our trip. I would choose this hotel for a business trip. I would recommend staying around 63-73 as a zone with more restaurants if you are on a vacation. This is entirely a location thing, business trip - perfect, leisure trip, it is not in the top location.

- Shelton (5/5): - The breakfast on Friday and Saturday has been terrific. Communication to the customer was deeply disappointed. There was an F1 happening in the restaurant and weren't informed. We had to take the breakfast in the mezzanine, nothing wrong with that but the breakfast weren't served as normally, it was awful. We informed the reception about a parcel who will be delivered meanwhile we were to the drugstore to get some medicine. In the time we left the parcel company came to deliver and the reception informed the parcel company there was nobody with our name staying there. I had to make more cost to get the parcel company to return to the hotel for the delivery. The worst thing experienced is the reservation I booked with booking.com was $347 my bank account has been charged for $374. It's not my first time staying there but this was my last time.

Have been interacting with Ariel Buitrago, customer service. He is efficient and very courteous in his approach in handling our requests. Had a minor issue while checking in, though he stays in another office he came to this immediately and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. He helps keep the standard of Marriott reputation.

Bed was very confortable and everything was at Marriott standards. Breakfast was also good with many (vegan) options, the service of egg station cooks and servers made all the difference they were eager to see me enjoy my meal.

- thatchangthang (6/5): Okay Hotel Near Parque de la 93 - I went on a friends trip to Bogota over the Thanksgiving weekend in 2024, and we stayed for about a five days in the Four Points Sheraton near Parque de la 93 in Bogota. Whenever I visit Bogota I always stay near Parque de la 93 because I have friends that live/work nearby and it's a nice place with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. There's an OXXO half a block away, and some restaurants too. Parque de la 93 is about five to ten minutes walking and it's about half an hour to El Dorado airport. The lobby is nice, if not a bit small. Everything was tidy and there is a daily beverage available. The front desk staff were polite. The decor seemed modern. I got a standard room which was spacious. The bed was comfortable and the climate controls worked well. There was a functioning safe and mini bar. When I got there the TV wasn't working but I let the front desk staff know the morning after I arrived and when I returned it was working just fine. Water pressure was good and the toiletries smelled nice. The one thing that I didn't like was that the room was carpeted and I saw lint my entire stay that didn't move at all. The room definitely needed to be vacuumed at least every other day. The breakfast was fine, if a little uninspired. My first morning at the hotel was a Saturday and the breakfast room was slammed at 9:00 am. The staff were very nice, but everything in the chafing dishes were cold, the eggs, the proteins, and so on. The following days were much better, so I would say that the breakfast is good if there is an average amount of people eating, but less so if it is crowded. There are other hotels I'd like to try in the area before I go back to the Four Points, just to see if price point will deliver a higher quality stay.

I especially would like to acknowledge Senor John. He always had a great smile and was very attentive. He even brought me coffee before I even had a chance to sit down. What a wonderful human being.

- gohtrojans (6/5): Friendly Staff But Cleanliness and Hygiene Is An Issue - I was in Bogota for an event and chose this hotel as the reviews were good. It was also convenient to get to my event and also to the main shopping and entertainment area. The issue started at breakfast on Day 2 when I saw a staff at the restaurant looking at a paper napkin used by a previous guest and decided it was "untouched" and could be folded up for the next guest. I didn't say anything, but on Day 3, I found that the paper napkin at my table was used when it was unfolded. I lodged a complaint with the Quality Assurance Manager when I checked out. Please check the paper napkins and utensils when you are dining at the restaurant!

- Daryn (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at the Four Points. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also wonderful. I looked forward to waking up to a delicious meal in a daily basis. The neighbourhood was great to walk around too. Felt like home. Will be staying here again for sure.
- CDubChina (10/5): Great Location and Friendly Staff - I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Bogota for seven nights in July, 2024. As this was my first trip to Colombia, I was unsure what to expect of Bogota and the area where the hotel is located. We loved Bogota, and the location of the Four Points. It's within walking distance to many nice restaurants and bars in the Parc 93 area and we feel that the area where the hotel is located is very safe and one of the nicest areas of Bogota. If you book this hotel, you will not regret the location! I wanted to commend Camelo of the front desk. He's a very helpful and friendly guy. He also recommended a restaurant to us (and helped us to book a table) at Cumbia House Gaira. The Cumbia House features a stage with a live band and performers. The food is great at this place, and we were impressed with the quality of the musical performance. Camelo is a very helpful and nice guy! The breakfast at the hotel is basic, but tasty, and the waitstaff are very friendly. The rooms are small at this hotel, and as other mentioned, don't expect an upgrade if you are Titanium. I am Titanium and the hotel assigned us to a tiny "accessible" room. There was a bar literally over the toilet so that we couldn't use the bathroom without the bar touching our shoulder. The shower was huge to accommodate handicapped people, which took away floor space in the bedroom. We couldn't even open all of our luggage because there was insufficient floor space in this room. I requested to be moved to another room on the second night, and the new room had more floor space. One issue that I really hope the hotel can fix are the curtains. No matter how you adjust the curtains, the edges allow lots of light to come into the room in the morning. The sun rises at 5:50AM, and the light woke me up early every day. I heard other guests complaining about this issue as well. I didn't sleep very well in the mornings due to the curtains not blocking out light. In summary, the Four Points Sheraton Bogota is located in a nice area, and the staff are amazing. The rooms are small and basic, but clean and well maintained. I would stay here again when I visit Bogota.

- mrmarutiak (8/5): Nice Basic Hotel Near Good Restaurants / Bars - Parque 93 Area - I would suggest this hotel if you want a nice basic service hotel with nice rooms within walking distance of plenty restaurants and bars (Parque 93 area). I like to go there and just enjoy a nice cup of coffee and people watch. Hotel is very reasonably priced too. Good service. AC works well. English TV channels are very limited. Not too many amenities (no pool and no operating executive lounge - hasn't been operating every-time I go to the hotel). IF you are a Marriott Bonvoy Elite - do not expect to receive any upgrades. No matter what type of room or rate you book you are not upgraded. At least that is my experience all the times I have stayed (even though hotel isn't full and several rooms show available on their website). Hotel is not close to the airport. It is at least half an hour to an hour away depending on traffic.
