• Cyr-Hornick (6/5): I like the hotel location and the facilities are good but I can’t stay here anymore because of some terrible allergies. - Location I woke up with very very swollen eyes and this is the second time at the same hotel. Either old pillows or something in the laundering process. And honestly the breakfast isn’t great.

• Brittany (1/5): never again - the fact that my safety was risked ..someone came into my room at 4am the front desk staff gave a person I did not know keys to my room when called to ask what was going on after getting pulled out of my sleep the deat clearly informed me they had not id the person just have keys because they said my name 😡

• Cherie (10/5): Fantastic place to stay with friends and families. - The indoor swimming pool was great. It's safe for our kids to have fun. Breakfast is great and yummy. The staff are friendly too.
• James (8/5): - My stay was very enjoyable. I strongly recommend using glass plates and metal cutlery for the breakfast. Paper plates and plastic silverware are a huge waste. Most hotels of this status have glass plates and silverware. I do not think hotels take the environment seriously when paper and plastic are used for serving food.

• Aidan (8/5): - We had just been in a Hampton's in Red Deer the previous night so expected the same. However even though it was the same brand it wasn't as good. The rooms just seemed a little worn. - the bedspread had a couple of holes in it that you don't like to see. Red Deer had a much better shower, amenities, bedding and breakfast. This hotel's breakfast was ok. Think we will look for somewhere else next time.

• Anndrea (10/5): - I stayed with my 2 year old pup, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was wonderful. Hotel was very quiet and clean. I usually stay at another cheaper hotel, however it was sold out and I’m glad it was! I will be staying here going forward, for only a few extra dollars the service and room were great.
• Andy (4/5): Moldy Smell - The hotel was old and has a musky room smell like mold. They breakfast was the only saving grace.

• Everett (8/5): - It was right off the yellow head highway made for easy stay and not much hassle with traffic. Close to everything. There is a liquor and cannabis store nearby, huge shopping and restaurant district. Kind of pricey but relatively cheap with an expedia membership. Definitely a nice hotel. Good beds, AC is good and room temperature stays perfect. Modern decor, nice television and channels.

We waited at least 40 minutes to get checked in, my child is disabled and the elevator wasn’t working so we had to carry her up to the third floor. We were finally able to get our keys to our room at 9:40 pm. Other then that the stay was good.

• Michelle (8/5): - Liked the property very much. However when checking in the staff member asked me my reason for staying as my address was a local address. In my opinion it was none of her business and breached my privacy. I paid $200.00 for the room. My home sold and I needed a place to stay but she made me feel u comfortable. I still need a couple nights of rooms but won’t be staying here if I’m getting questioned like that.
• Maria (8/5): - The walls are paper thin. I could hear the person in the next room repeatedly cough as if in my ear. I had a rough sleep. The pull handle came off on the blind. The coffee pots need an upgrade. Otherwise, it’s a nice place and very environmentally friendly.
