- EmSpan (10/5): Very relaxing after a long day at VA Hospital - The front desk staff were amazing! They were so friendly, and very knowledgeable on great places to see and in OKC. The restaurant was overpriced and did not have a good selection of food. We were going to do room service, but after looking at the menu, we decided it would be cheaper to have something delivered. I also think they need door stops in every room. It was extremely difficult being disabled to get into the room.

The handicapped rooms should be closest to the elevator not so far away. Had I know ahead of time they charge for parking I would not have stayed here. Will never stay at this location again.

The check in process is easy and the hotel is modern and clean. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are comfortable. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something near the medical center or downtown OKC.

- TheVVJ (10/5): Great stay - Stayed here for one night only. So glad we picked this one. It is near the medical center, good area, and quiet. No problems. Room was clean, was on top floor with good view. Bed was okay, slept like a log had a couch and table, microwave, mini refrigerator. The breakfast was super! So many choices! Will definitely stay here again. You do have to pay for parking, and they do give you a hang tag for your car. Not sure why they charge for parking, it’s just a regular open hotel lot.

- Dionne (10/5): - The front desk staff with absolutely amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was beyond my expectations! Definitely would stay again if coming back to Oklahoma city. The hotel was near a lot of fun activities downtown as well as walking distance to ou.

- guynorthport (8/5): Good place to stay - Convenient location right off the interstate, great breakfast buffet, friendly staff, room was big and spacious. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall it was a good place to stay. I would recommend it if you are passing through the area.

- Emspan (10/5): Beautiful, Clean, and Friendly hotel experience. - When you first walk in it takes your breath away. It is so fancy. It was exceptionally clean, and the room was huge for a hotel. The bed was so soft, and the bathroom was huge, and had bottles of soap shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. The staff were so friendly and kind, and they even let us stay till after one o'clock to check out and did not charge a fee. It was so close to the OU physician building, and the VA Hospital so we didn't have to travel too far and deal with traffic. It was a really great experience. We will be back. The only thing I didn't like was the view from our living room windows. It was the top of the building and that is all you could see, but that is the only thing I can say I didn't like.

- Makayla (10/5): - Our stay was relaxing. Check in and check out were incredibly easy. I even received a text message asking about our stay that we could text any of our needs to the staff.
- Susan (8/5): Overpriced "chic" - The couch was very creaky when getting up and sitting down and uncomfortable - possibly needs to be replaced. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean. No vending machines available so had to go to lobby for severely overpriced soda and snack - $9, really?!?!? And having to pay $20 for parking but not being informed of that when booking online and room was already paid for. As much as room costs, 1st vehicle should be free!
