• Demetrios (7/5): All in all it was a good stay - Front desk lady was really nice , I had forgot something and she took the time to call me after I left to tell me I think rates are a bit high for what they offer , it’s really outdated, I’ve payed the same price for nicer hotels

• Chandrea (10/5): - Very clean..this is a simple basic motel..if you need a one or 2 nite stay Good to go..tv..fridge..desk 2 chairs sheets..bathroom..fridge. the owner was awesome..i forgot my toothpaste..she gave me a whole one free! Not a travel size! Accessible to restaurants etc..right near westfield state univ Bed was a tad uncomfortable..however my daughter was fine Could have been me!

• Jeanne (4/5): The owner should invest in repairs and upkeep that could go a long way to encourage repeat stays. - The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked fine. The hired staff was accommodating. I asked for an early check-in via Booking.com; confirmed by phone 2 days B4 check-in (with the owner, I later found out) who Never relayed that info to the manager on duty. Janelle was very nice and stopped the room she was working on, to get mine done. The place is old and very tired- I expected that at the price point. However, duct taped bathroom door, facet extremely hard to turn off, molded shower curtain liner, no bath mat- - I slipped in the porcelain tub - - NO ice machine.

• Lidia (9/5): Great value, highly recommend for short stay in Westfield. - Excellent value. Old but remodeled nicely. It had everything we needed for a basic short stay. Staff was friendly. Refrigerator was too cold, even at lowest setting. It froze my apple.
• Amanda (9/5): - Rooms were meticulously clean! It was wonderful to walk in and feel safe and cozy. We had two rooms, one was updated while the other was not. I enjoyed both rooms! The older one for its charm and my teenagers loved being in newer, "fancy" one. I think a microwave on top of the fridge would've made it the perfect room. We will be staying here more often and will bring a toaster oven for longer stays. If you have more than two people in the room, ask for more towels up front.

• Alwyn (5/5): OK, But Not Great - Owner and staff were very friendly and accomodating.. The main room and bathroom were very small/ very tight quarters. It is an older property that would benefit from some upgrades.

It's a small motel with limited options, so wasn't expecting much, but the bathroom was pretty old, the floor had obviously not been cleaned in a while.

• Dunlap (8/5): Clean, friendly staff, and very reasonable price in this economy. - Room was adequate for what we needed. Clean. Not far from the venue we were attending an event at. Another guest looked questionable for illicit activities sitting outside the door to her room. Definitely a downer. No soap in the bathroom - good thing I brought my own. This motel is a bit off the beaten path - felt like an odd location, but it worked out fine.

• Edward (8/5): Elm motel was very nice. Quiet, clean and peaceful. - Clean, friendly The Booking.com site said the motel was .8 miles from Northampton MA when in fact it was 22 miles away. That is a big difference, especially late at night.

• Cordero (8/5): Aims for basic and easily hits the mark. - The motel is easy to find and on a road that has commerce and is very accessible. It is not a five star hotel but it provides the basics of a clean and comfortable room. No complaints at all.
• Danielle (5/5): No frills place to lay your head and take a shower if you need something in a pinch - The location is fairly close to the Mass Pike/I-90 and downtown Westfield. It’s a no-frills motel and was clean and comfortable enough. The staff was very nice, even though we had to wake them up to check in at a later time. The mini fridge and freezer were clean and cold. Check out is 11am, and you just leave your key in the room. The motel is very old and outdated.there was a weird smell in the room that I cannot describe. The shower sprayed in multiple directions, soaking the bathroom. The bath mat was stained but clean. The mattress and boxspring had covers on them, but those covers were stained. The floor was so dirty that my feet turned black from walking in the room.

• Hector E. (1/5): Don't do it, Not good - Location was quiet and that's about it! The clerk at the front office was an elderly lady in her nightgown and the room was tiny. Smelled unpleasant and was outdated. I had a double door in the room with a chain and padlock...???? WHAT THE actual F?!!! I booked this just to sleep and because of reviews claiming how nice the remodeled rooms were but I guess my room didn't get the memo. After about 20 minutes I decided not to stay even if I couldn't get my money back. I just went elsewhere and spend a little more for a nicer room.

• john (7/5): - This is a pretty old motel, so don't expect too much. It's clean, comfortable, good hot water/shower pressure comfortable bed, and just fine for a night and very affordable. Shower head had small leak that sprayed water around the tub, but still gave you a good shower. Staff were notified.

• National Park NR (8/5): Nice quiet motel with private entrance! - This is a nice, quiet, no frills motel, with a helpful, pleasant manager. Loved that I could park right outside the door to my room. Appreciated mini fridge, just wished there was a microwave. I needed a quiet place to recuperate from surgery, with visits from nearby family. Would definitely stay here again. No microwave, but I understood why. Didn't seem to have adequate outlets for this. Other plusses outweighed this minus.

• Bryan (8/5): Nice well kept motel. - Nothing fancy, but a neat and well maintained room at a reasonable price. Rooms have been updated recently. It was very quiet and I had a good night both times I stayed there. Rooms were very clean, they went a little heavier on products and air freshener than I like. They weren't trying to mask anything, it was like that the second night I was there too.

• Clare (8/5): Easy Peasy at a great price. - The room was fresh and clean. The money saved by this low priced room went to a delicious breakfast at the nearby The Good Table. It was convenient enough to the Big E. You park right outside your room, easy in and out. For my needs, this small business was very good. I thought the nearby road might be too loud, but by late evening the traffic sounds were gone on a Friday night. I needed to check out very early and I just left my card key in the room and drove away to have breakfast and go to the Big E.

• Edward (7/5): Other than the toilet situation everything was fine - We stayed at the motel because of its location Met the new owners back in 2017 and knew that renovations were needed. What was disappointing was the toilet as it was so low as if it was made for children and not adults. My wife suffers from a severe case of rheumatoid arthritis and I had two knee surgeries getting up and down was difficult.
