- mathew (7/5): Nice stay - Lovely staff and breakfast was really nice. The room felt homely and was comfortable and clean. Due to the location of our room we experienced noise from the road and also the curtains were paper thin meaning the sunlight shone through very early in the morning.

- JUSTYNA (5/5): Es könnte besser sein. - Das Frühstück war schmackhaft und ausreichend. Die Betten waren bequem und es war schön warm im Zimmer. Die Lage des Hotels perfekt. Im Bad war es sehr kalt und ganz unangenehm eine Dusche zu nehmen. Außerdem hat es nicht schön im Bad gerochen. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns keine Gästekarten - Mobilitätscard gegeben, obwohl wir die automatisch nach der Ankunft bekommen sollten. Ich musste extra danach fragen und mich darum kümmern.

- Jen (8/5): Perfect for a short break while skiing - Angelica on the front desk was lovely and very helpful. Very good location near town, bus stop and cable cars. The parking was also very easy and the sauna was great. Limited breakfast options but what was there was good. No lift so some people might struggle with bags up the stairs.

- j. (7/5): - 3 min lopen van de skilift. Midden in het centrum en veel keuze aan restaurants. Het hotel is erg gehorig. Muren lijken van karton.
- Matt (9/5): A great stay for a short ski trip - thank you! - The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from Zell am See train station, Zell am See Postplatz bus station (for getting to Kaprun), and the CityXpress gondola. Comfortable rooms and beds, and very friendly staff The rooms are a little dated, but they are very clean and comfortable.

- Gillian (10/5): Lovely little hotel in a perfect location - The location was perfect, a short walk to ski hire & the City Express lift, very central, just beside the pedestrian area of restaurants, pubs & shops too. Lovely clean & comfortable rooms with a very nice breakfast. Plenty of spaces for parking. Perfect for a ski holiday. -

- Ana (5/5): All in all, it was not really worth the money. - The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The location was good, but the nearby gondola was out of order for two days, so we had to take the bus. Since the building had no elevator, we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs ourselves. There was also a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. While the sauna is quite small and gets crowded easily, it does get very hot, which was nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast was below average

- Svitlana (9/5): Дуже чудові власники готелю. Обов'язково повернемось сюди - Сніданок був дуже чудовим. Великий асортимент страв:йогурти, свіжі та консервовані Овочі,і,Нарізка, Сири, салати, фрукти. Розташування прекрасне, центр Целль ам зее, поруч багато ресторанів. Ми отримали від готелю Gästekarte та мали знижки в ресторанах та басейні. Можно на рецепшені взяти еоектрочайник. Неспрдлбались подушки та старі рушники.

Minusų daugiau nei pliusų, deja. Viešbutis, kuris labiau tinka bad & breakfast kategorijai, reikalauja remonto. Slidžių saugojimo patalpoje neveikia batų džiovinimo įrenginys, dėl kurio kreipiausi į personalą, bet šis nesureagavo. Viešbutis yra šalia pagrindinės gatvės, todėl visą naktį tenka girdėti automobilių triukšmą. Pirties zona labai nejauki. Tik pirtis ir 5 gultai, šalia kurių, viešbutis sandėliuoja patalynę. Viešbučio savininkas arogantiškas, niekada nepaklausė kaip jums čia patinka ar viskas patogu.

- Savio (6/5): Voldoende, maar prijs/ kwalitatief gezien vond ik dit een tegenvaller. - De ligging van het hotel tot aan de skilift was fijn. Aanslag bij de douches en in de kamers stond het schimmel op de plinten. Daarbij was er aanzienlijk veel verkeer in de drukke straten waardoor er tot 02:00 veel lawaai was om te kunnen slapen.

- Szabolcs (9/5): Városközpontban van a szállás, mindent el lehet érni azonnal. - Nagyon jó és választékos volt a reggeli. Tejérzékenyként is tudtam választani. Személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Az ágy nagyon kényelmetlen volt. Ezen szerintem kellene majd változtatni vagy cserélni.

- Tessy (9/5): Mega zufrieden! - Das Hotel war noch besser als erwartet. Die Lage ist prima, das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, Frühstück war auch sehr gut, die Sauna war top! Wir haben viele Erklärungen erhalten zu allen Events und Aktivitäten rum um Zell am See. Ich habe auch Rabatte erhalten für die Ski-Ausleihung im Shop neben an. Es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Es hätte eventuell mehr Obst zum Frühstück sein können und alternative Milch, aber ansonsten nichts zu sagen.
