• Elizabeth (10/5): - My family really enjoyed this hotel during our visit to Branson. The room was clean and peaceful, it fit 5 adults and two dogs comfortably. We stayed in the classic 2queen unit and we brought our own twin air mattress that fit fine without it being in anyone’s way. I really enjoyed the checkin process, they do not have a lobby so about 2-3hrs before your room is available you will receive a text message from the hotel with your room number and the code to your room’s door handle keypad which will be your room key the entire time you stay. I alway dread checkin into any hotel, usually you have to pull up to the lobby get out of your car and then wait in line until it’s your turn to check in. The way the property eliminated that dreadful part of checkin & checkout is truly appreciated. During your stay any issue or concern day or night all you have to do is text or call that number that sent you the door code and they reply back almost instantly. My family and I look forward to staying again here during our next visit to Branson.

The beds were SUPER comfy, probably the best sleep I've had in a hotel! We booked the double Queen room for 4 people but ended up having a 5th person join us last minute. We called the front desk and they provided us with a roll-out single bed and sheets so it worked perfectly! The pool is very cozy and a great temperature. It's on the road right next to Silver Dollar City but you don't hear the hustle and bustle of the traffic due to the huge privacy wall in front of the property. Overall, I would stay here again! The maintenance guy was so kind and friendly too! Also, can't forget the free bus shuttle to Silver Dollar City which came in handy! 4.5/5 Stars for us!

• Thea (10/5): Mini vaca - This place was amazing!! The room was spacious, the water pressure was perfect, and the pool was very clean and fun. They even had kids pool toys to use even tho we didnt use them, they were an added bonus for those who go there, do. We had no issues with anything. The only thing that I would have changed is to have a better light in front where you turn into the parking lot because i felt that was a little scary not being able to see well in the dark for turning.

They didnt have a breakfast room. The air conditioner work great. It was a nice and quite place. The pool look nice didn't go in it.

• Kara (8/5): - We got really lucky. The room we had included a little bar table, two chairs, cooking utensils, paper towels, an extra wooden table to put our stuff on and an extra corner chair. My parent's room, however, did not so different owners include different amenities. Both of our rooms were very clean. The person that helps on the afterhours number was very helpful and kind. The pool was very nice and there is a grill by it that other people were enjoying the use of. This is an older establishment, but they have really done a good job of remodeling it, keeping it clean, and offering people a place to stay without having to spend a ton of money to enjoy Branson. It is RIGHT down the road from Silver Dollar City and away from the busy main strip in Branson, but right down the road if you need to go there. There is a small grocery type store right by it that you can walk up the hill to get to that was super convenient to use for grabbing snacks and drinks.

• Christopher (8/5): Last mintue 4th of July trip - Last minute trip for the 4th of July. Was nicely priced compared to some places. The propery was clean. Room was well kept and comfy. Parking was only issue, if you own a good sized truck kind of hard to get in spots and one end of propery not much lighting. Never felt unsafe and was quiet even during festivities. Would stay again.

We were also on the third floor which was really difficult because of all the stairs. Because we weren't given any room information ahead of time I didn't know that we were all the way upstairs so because of a disability that did prove very difficult, there was very very limited parking and no grassy areas to speak of but it was clean and in good repair. The area was very convenient especially if you were going to silver Dollar City.

• Jeremy (10/5): - It was a great place for the money for a short stay! Very close to SDC if your family plans on going there during your Branson stay. About 15 minutes from the main strip so it was nice being out of the way with a few food places under 10 minutes away. The walls are fairly thin we could hear our next door neighbors toddler running back and fourth in their room and kids running outside on the balcony which wasn’t a problem for us but something to consider for others! The bathroom is pretty cramped and wasn’t as clean as it could have been but the rest of the room was clean. Try to request the lower level if needed because it is only stairs to the upper floors. You can pay to do laundry on site and the outdoor pool was a nice touch!

• Teresa (4/5): - Beds are nothing more than a flimsy metal frame and old mattresses and fold out couch was laying on metal bars. Bed linen is poor quality and no blankets. Had to go to Walmart and buy a blanket for fold out couch. Water was Luke warm. Walls are very thin and noise from walkway and dogs barking over an hour at 11pm was very annoying. Would not recommend. Only positive was close to SDC but honestly better accommodation is worth driving 10 to 15 min for.

Rooms were okay but need blinds on windows that are visible to people walking by. Would also suggest a ventilation system in the bathrooms. However, if you're traveling on a budget and main focus is shows and SDC and not staying in your room this wasn't that bad. No bugs and beds were clean. One last thing is we booked for 5 people in the 2 bedroom unit really only room for 4 total and no extra bedding or linens.

The contactless check in/out was unexpected and super nice. We didn’t get checked in until after 10 and didn’t have any issues. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. I also didn’t expect it to be as close to SDC as it was. We spent the day at SDC and went into the main strip only to realize the hotel was within half a mile of the park! Will definitely be back

• Matthew (10/5): Cozy spot near Silver Dollar City - Super close to silver dollar city, not far from Branson city and extremely comfortable. It was a cozy spot nestled away from the hustle and bustle of busy downtown Branson. The staff was friendly, as well as the other people around. They have a laundry room on site as well. All in all, it will be the only place I’d like to stay when I go out that way!
• Amanda (10/5): - My only critique was coming in at night I could not read the numbers on the door. Could use better lighting on the doors. Beds were comfortable, shower had plenty of hot water and clean towels. Room had microwave, toaster, mini fridge, coffee pot, real coffee cups, plates, silverware, dish soap. It was quiet even though it was close to a road. Our TV did not work but they tried to fix it immediately and offered a new room. TV was not important and we could watch Amazon video on the TV so I did not change rooms and told them not to worry about it. I am very pleased with my stay and will definitely keep this on my list to stay while visiting Branson. Especially since it is less than a mile from the Gate at Silver Dollar city. About 20 minutes drive to historic downtown or Dollys Stampede!
• Roger (8/5): Low cost, good value, great location - Nice, quiet and easy. They helped us old folks by moving us to the second floor and even though it doesn’t have a elevator, it has street access for first and second floors.

• Alan (10/5): Clean rooms and semi quiet. - The stay was nice, no manager on site, no free breakfast like other hotels have. Seems the maid lives on site as some others do as well. Other than that the rooms were clean. The twenty five dollar fee for property use was kind of strange never heard of that before on a motel. Could hear people next door and upstairs. Motels should rent every other room and not ones next to each other as there wasn't many people staying here. Other than that the stay was nice.
• Mary (4/5): last minute room change - I requested a first floor room because my husband does not do well on stairs. At my booking I was told that was not problem. Upon arrival at 10 pm, I looked at my text to see what room we were given and it was on the third floor. I called and was told that we had been switched and there was nothing they could do about it that night. We were switched the next day. We were not happy about this situation. If we had been told ahead of time, we would have cancelled and gotten another motel. We expected a refund for the first night, but all we got was a promise of one fourth off our next stay. Not acceptable for our inconvenience!!!!

• Curious24666394176 (2/5): There's a reason why White Wing Lodge looked 75% vacant during one of the busiest times of the year at Silver Dollar Cit - Let's start with the good. Comfortable beds and close to Silver Dollar City. Now the bad. No breakfast as advertised. No staff. 2 bags of decaf for a 4 night stay. And no refund within last week of booking. Ripped me off for $250+. And I don't feel too good about staying in a place where your check-out instructions tell you to clean the dishes! We have stayed here in the past, probably over 100 nights during the past 2-3 decades. It was run by the nicest people. Clean rooms and hot breakfast and they actually were there on site. Not with the new owners. They don't belong in the hospitality business. There was indication that they may be renting out to transients as I saw two children get off the school bus and head straight to the motel. Plus every day we were there we saw a guy out back working on his car! I have to admit it seemed relatively quiet but I'm thinking that the reason is it appeared to be 75% vacant. This was at a time when Silver Dollar City was right in the middle of their Fall Festival. Just a few years ago you would have really had a hard time getting a room there at that time of year! I pleaded my case with them to provide a refund for one of the two rooms I booked since something came up and my girlfriend couldn't make the trip. After requesting at least a refund for the $100 fee for a pet, they did offer that. If I had known that nobody, and I mean NOBODY, who worked there was even around that I saw. So if you want a cheap motel with zero service and you trust the guest who stayed in your room before you did their due diligence and cleaned the dishes but also want to get several emails and even an offer for a discount if you stay there in the future, then this is your place. As for me, I'll be taking my several nights a year in Branson elsewhere. If it was free, I wouldn't stay there now.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Okay for the price - Room itself was clean and all kinds of extra kitchen things. There was no top sheet was on one of the beds, just the comforter. The ac pulls in the smell of the weed being smoked outside. Not very insulated and can hear all the noises from the rooms next door, people walking by and rolling suitcases on the wooden walk way. We like the contactless check in and out and for the price its not a horrible place to stay.
• Teresa (8/5): - The staff I encountered via telephone and in person were exceptionally pleasant and attentive! The room could have been cleaner but wasn’t horrible. The one main complaint I have is the noise level of those above, more than likely the walkway travel and stairs outside my room but at all hours of the night the noise level was insanely loud! I would stay here again due the location and pricing for sure.

There was a problem at check in that required us to find another hotel room the first night, but we were immediately contacted and credited for the night we missed. Just make sure if you book through a third party you receive a link to get your room number and pin code to the door before arriving as no one is staffing the office. I still gave the property five stars and the customer service to correct the problem was excellent. We will absolutely stay here again in November when we come down.
• Carrie (10/5): - This place has been our go to place way before it was White Wing when we are going to Silver Dollar City.. The updates are nice, rooms are clean, check-in was different with the keypad on door(but it was easy). Did not like this time that there was not breakfast. We usually like to fill up to save money on food while in the park. I did not catch that when I was booking. Overall, it was nice.
• Crystal (10/5): Great weekend stay!!! - Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Bed was super comfy. Came with a full kitchenette with a hot plate, toaster and dishes. It is the closest place to stay near SDC. They also offer shuttle services to SDC. There is no breakfast but that is advertised. Our only con is that we arrived late and the area is so dark the driveway is not easily visable at all. Parking spots in the front are narrow.
• Drake (10/5): - I liked the no contact check in it was effortless and very timely
• Dale (8/5): - It’s close to silver dollar city. It’s affordable in the off season. Hotel is old and has thin walls.
• iwillb294evr (6/5): Sleepy in Branson - If you stay here ask for the top floor because if not then you will NOT sleep or have peace due to hearing every footstep above you at all hours of the night! The people above us had no respect at all and it caused sleepless nights for my 6 night stay at the lodge! Definitely not fun when you’re here to tour Branson and be out and about but can’t enjoy it due to no sleep! It’s day 4 and we haven’t been brought clean towels, washcloths or toilet paper, we went out and purchased some on our own. A sign in the room states it will be brought if you stay is longer than 3 days but we haven’t seen anyone. The hot water takes forever to reach a warm temperature. Staff was very pleasant on the phone and accommodated us needing handicap accessible room. The day before we arrived we were told the bottom floor was sold to another party and they had to change our room which was not a big deal. Lodge is nice in appearance, it’s a little dated and could use a good cleaning but in a great area. Would be nice for the money paid if only I could get some sleep!
• Elmer (4/5): - The Internet would not connect to the Roku TV therefore no TV. Several of the outlets didn’t work so charging was limited. Also, used washcloth and a towel or left in the bathroom from the previous tenant. Not my most pleasurable stay in a hotel.
• Jeffrey (10/5): - Stayed here many times. Always clean and comfy.
• Lois (8/5): - There isn't any front desk person, if you have problems. It was sufficient for the money.
