• Andrew (9/5): Stunning countryside with plenty to see and do if the weather is kind. - The cabin was always warm, despite temperatures well below zero at night. The sitting room area was spacious and there was seating outside. The kitchen was functional with enough to cook a meal and eat in the cabin and the bedrooms were large enough to be comfortable. The town of Jasper has plenty of places for coffee and meals. The Folding Mountain Brewery is right next to the cabins, food and drink from 12.00 until 21.00 and no driving necessary. Jasper is a centre for visiting the Rockies - mountains, lakes and waterfalls - seeing wildlife and enjoying the outdoors. We were lucky to be able to explore and see plenty of wildlife but activities are always weather dependent and widlife sightings are unpredictable. Jasper suffered a catastrophic fire in 2024 and parts of the town are being rebuilt and many residents are still in temporary Portakabin homes. We visited at the end of April and the main tourist season starts on 1 May so some activities weren't available to us.

• Sharon (10/5): If you don’t mind the drive, Jasper East Cabins is a lovely place to stay - We loved our stay at Jasper East Cabins, the little log cabin was very cute and perfect for our stay. It had everything we required and the Brewery next door was a bonus. Quite a drive out of Jasper - about 50kms

We checked out 4 days later and still haven't met the staff 😃 The cabins are very comfortable and warm. All the facilities are there for a comfortable stay. Nothing. Everything was great

When booking this was not the case. Our issue is not that there was no TV. Our issue is the condescending behavior by staff.

Las cabañas son amplias y muy cómodas, con utensilios suficientes para cocinar, chimenea y calefacción, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera muy acogedora y sin pasar frío. El entorno es hermoso, rodeado de montañas y con una vista espectacular. La ubicación es muy conveniente, cerca de mercados, zonas de comida y con fácil acceso al Parque Nacional. El personal fue muy atento y amable desde nuestra llegada. Viajamos con nuestro perro de servicio y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendado.
• Matthew (10/5): Lovely picturesque getaway with a fantastic location. - Fantastic location close to Hinton and right by the edge of the national park. The fact that there's a brewery/restaurant within walking distance was an unexpected bonus. Not much! It might have been nice to have a broader selection in the store or another restaurant option but that's purely bonus over the great setup they already have.

Brewery on sight served great choice of food and drink. Does not take reservations however are very accommodating. Also recommend overlander mountain lodge restaurant. We stopped there for breakfast and the views were amazing.

Chalet idéal pour 2 personnes, cuisine avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour une cuisine de base, la cheminée était très agréable. Nous avons pu voir des biches en ouvrant nos rideaux. La brasserie juste à côté est vraiment sympathique et les prix y sont abordables. Environ 40 minutes de route jusque Jasper, mais ce n'est pas une surprise, c'est indiqué dans l'annonce et la route est agréable. - très peu de pression dans la douche - un rideau occultant sur la fenêtre de la porte d'entrée serait nécessaire, mais ce sont des détails.

• Evghenia (7/5): New Year's get away - We had a good stay at this cabin. It was a great size for a family of four. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and the atmosphere was quiet and very relaxing. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The cabin was well-equipped, making our stay easy and enjoyable. Overall, it was a good value for money and a nice place for a peaceful family getaway. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The cabin was not well maintained, and we had to wait about an hour and a half past our scheduled check-in time due to maintenance problems—first with the shower and then with the fireplace. Cleanliness was also a major concern. The cabin did not appear properly cleaned before our arrival: there was a lot of dust, hair in the bathroom, dirty floors, and appliances that had not been wiped down. Even the bed sheets had noticeable hair on them, which was very disappointing. Additionally, the cabin did not include a pull-out sofa as advertised in the listing, which was inconvenient for our family and did not match what we had booked.

• pearl (7/5): Love the cabins but not enough staff to clean - The front desk was friendly but there was not enough staff to clean the rooms in time for check by 4 pm. We had to wait until 5 pm. I noticed our friends and other customers had to wait also. It is unfortunate since they called me 2 weeks ago and the same day to see when we were arriving. Do not arrive early. Even if they say they will try to check us in by 3-4 pm.
• Jeanny (10/5): - We had some trouble with the hot water not working well in the shower. I went to the front desk and mentioned it. It was fixed before we returned from our day trip. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to anything we needed. The facilities were clean and the Folding Mountain Brewery that was on site was an excellent, inviting place to sit and eat or have drinks at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back again.

Two burner cooktop, that had to be installed backwards, and all of the finishes like furniture, dinnerware, cookware, and small appliances were very low quality. As advertised, there are no TV’s despite have a place for them over the fireplace.
