- Chang (1/5): 다음에는 절대로 가고 싶지 않을꺼 같으며 추천또한 하고 싶지 않다 - 교통과 상냥한 프론트 여직원 너무 더럽다 화장실과 싱크대 옆에 곰팡이가 심하고 벽에 더러운 것이 너무 많이 묻어 있었으며 커튼과 방석 또한 너무 더러웠다 청소 상태가 너무 엉망이다 밤음이 안되어 있어서 윗층에서 소리가 많이 나며 곳곳에서 담배및 방에서도 쾌쾌한 냄새가 많아 매일 방향제를 뿌리며 있었다

- RINA (4/5): - ラブホテル街にあり、元ラブホのようです。2泊しましたが、清掃やタオルの交換はなかったです。2名の部屋に1人で宿泊したのでタオルは足りましたが、連泊の際の案内はどこかにほしかったです。気になったのは部屋中のタバコの臭い、スリッパの足の臭い、ベッドシーツの汚れです。また、玄関扉のオートロックの施錠が閉まりにくく何度も試して苦戦しました。室内の玄関とベッドルームを分ける扉も閉まりにくく、たまに異音がするのも怖かったです。 冷たいお水が1日2本もらえるのと、ヨンドンポ駅から8分くらいなのはありがたかったです。新吉駅からはあまりにも遠すぎるので気をつけてください。

- Lucie (10/5): Excellent hôtel ! - La chambre était spacieuse et très agréable. Le propreté est excellente ! Le personnel (surtout la dame) était très gentil et serviable ! Attention, ils parlent peu anglais donc préparez vos traducteurs ;) Le quartier est très bien situé et peu touristique. Vous y trouverez votre bonheur en restaurants et magasins. La station de métro est à 10 minutes à pied ce qui est tout à fait satisfaisant. Nous sommes très contentes d'avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel ! Nous vous le recommandons :)

- Smajo (6/5): - Die Lage ist gut, viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe sowie Haltestellen des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs, Das Hotel ist solide für diejenigen, die ein kleineres Budget haben, das Zimmer ist so groß wie das Badezimmer, das Bett ist bequem und groß und hat einen Aufzug, Reinigung und Wechsel der Bettwäsche erfolgt auf Anfrage an der Rezeption und alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und dem Personal sowie der Stadt Seoul, die wunderschön ist und deren Menschen gastfreundlich sind.
- George (6/5): - It is definitely a love motel with hourly rates listed on a sign at the counter. They give you small hand towels to use for drying after your shower. The woman working the front desk was as helpful as the hotel's policies allowed her to be. Very dark room. The toilet was in a space separated from the shower and sink forcing you to walk out into the room and to cross over to the sink/shower room to wash your hands.

- hirohisa (8/5): - 繁華街にあるので食べのもに困りません。焼き肉、冷麺、ソルロンタンとなんでもあります。1号線の電車が走っているので移動にも便利です。すごく新しく綺麗なホテルではないですが、特に問題なく利用できました。
- Mic (1/5): Not good, as in really bad - Nothing much really, there was 1 friendly staff member. That was about it Where to start? The plastic bed I had to sleep on; the lack of natural light (1 window the size of a jail window); everything in the room that started to deteriorate and peel off; ...? Yeah just to say that the overal experience wasn't comfortable at all and the moment that I arrived I tried to cancel my booking or atleast shorten it, to which booking.com also never replied to..
- Emre (8/5): Good - Good location, near metro and big shopping malls. Big rooms. The woman at the front desk is so kind and helpful! I asked a scale to weight my luggages, they didn’t have one but they provided a scale before my check out. It was a bit hard to communicate but we figured it out. The men at the front desk can be more friendly. Other than that, this hotel is okay if you look for a place just for staying. We usually don’t use hotel’s services so that’s a good price/performance hotel for us.

- SHINOBU (10/5): - 早く着いたので荷物を預かって頂こうと思ってたら、そのままチェックイン出来ました。 部屋にも2本の水が冷蔵庫に入っていましたが、毎日、水かジュースを2本ずつ取って行ってねと声がけしてくれました。 また、お部屋も大きいスーツケース広げても余裕の広さでした。 少し部屋の照明が暗く感じましたが、駅からも近く、とても快適に過ごせました。 きっとまた泊まると思います！

Pour le linge c’est pas blanc blanc mais bon ça reste correct au vu des prix du quartier. Enfin le personnel est très sympathique

- MIHO (4/5): - 部屋にコンセントがなく、TVのコンセントを抜いて使用した。掃除は行き届いておらず、ゴミが出てくる。2泊したけど、掃除やベッドメイキングはなく、タオルも変えてくれなかった。ドアの締まりが悪く、部屋を出る時に押さえておかないと鍵が掛からなかった。

However, condition of the hotel puts me off - it is very old, I had to change the room due to a broken and smelly fridge. the room sandals are uncomfortable, what i did not expect was there was no shower cap provided. bathroom has no shower curtain to stop wetting the floor. if i ever go back reason is the location and the airport bus to the airport is around the corner. I am grateful to the helpful lady staff though.

- Verified traveler (8/5): OK für kurzen Aufenthalt - Zimmer war ok, schön etwas abgenutzt und hätte etwas mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden können. Ansonsten alles vorhanden, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kosmetik Utensilien... Zimmer völlig überheizt. Team spricht kaum Englisch.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Smells like crap - This hotel reeks of sewer smell that gave me a headache. bathroom drain has no p-trap so the rooms are full of sewer gas. Every room is different with different decor, looks very different than photos. Unfortunately I booked 5 nights and was non refundable. I asked hotel.com if I could cancel, hotel.com said it's up to the hotel to decide. Then I spoke to the hotel, and hotel says it's up to Hotel.com to decide. Both sides are playing pingpong. Been using hotel.com for more than a decade and this was the worst experience dealing with customer service playing pingpong avoiding responsibility. Lesson learned: this hotel sucks and hotel.com also suck.
- Verified traveler (2/5): VIP룸에 모기가 많음. - 11월 숙박하였습니다. 모기가 엄청 많네요. 살다살다 숙박하면서 모기 4마리를 잡은적은 처음이네요. 외국에서도 이런적은 없었음. 11층인데도 모기가 이렇게 많다는 것은 주변에 모기가 증식할 수 있는 환경이 무조건 있다는 뜻인데, 호텔측에서는 주기적인 방역을 실시할 필요성이 있어보입니다.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Mid Oct stay - It was an ok stay. Price is reasonable and location is what I needed that’s why I chose Hotel Leaders for my 5 nights stay. The toilet was not scrubbed well to remove stains. Worst is there were open packs of condoms and thick dust behind the lamp shade table. I was looking for my stuff that’s why I pulled the table away from the corner. But good thing I didn’t expect much from the hotel as it only has 6 for review rating. But I hope the hotel will exert a little more effort on cleanliness.

- Jérôme (8/5): - Leaders is a convenient hotel for people who need a cheap room close to the city center. Subway 1 and 5 are nearby. Plenty of simple Korean dining options nearby. They have a system I had to understand - when you leave the room you should let the key a the reception and they give you a ghost key to exchange for the key when you are back. Room has all facilities - big screen you can use with your computer if you took HDMI cable.

- eunyoung (6/5): 대체적으로 나쁘지는 않았음 - 금연실 요청을 했는데 화장실쪽에서 담배냄새가 좀 올라와서 아쉬웠어요. 대체적으로 실내 환경은 청결한 편이었지만 주변 환경이 술집들이 밀집되어 있어서 해가 진 이후에는 여자 혼자 다니긴 좀 무서웠네요.
- Fabiola (6/5): Overall good but cleaning can improve - The hotel is close to Seoul downtown and at a walkable distance to 2 metro stations. The room has good space and the bed was confortable. It was not completely clean however let me explain this point: I arrived at Seoul at 1pm and the cleaning time was from 5pm-6pm, since i was tired of the trip, i requested the room with an extra of 20.000 wons but once on the room there was hair on the floor and the shower was not clean. I understand the room needed time to be ready but i paid extra to enter so there should be either one ready or some fast cleaning before i got in. Finally the day receptionist was always nice and willing to help.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - 급하게 예약해서 여러 조건을 따져보지 못했지만....좀 별로입니다. 일단 담배냄새가 많이 납니다. 그리고 첫날 묵은 방은 창문이 고장나서 아예 열리지 않았어요...다음날 방을 바꿔 주시긴 했지만 담배 냄새에 온도도 안맞는데 창문도 못열어 좀 힘들었어요. 온도 조절을 에어컨으로했어요. 그리고 따로 사용할 수 있는 콘센트도 없습니다. 직원분들이 친절하게 응대해 주셨지만 힘들었습니다.

- Paul (6/5): Cheap room but not great - The hotel is in a good location close to a main subway station. There were restaurants and bars in the area. The staff were very friendly and check-in was easy and quick. However, the actually room was disappointing. It was dated, the room looked very different to the room we booked and it was dirty (stained bedclothes, dirty counter tops, hairs in the bathroom and bedding)
