• Dilan Fernando (10/5): A nice comfy stay in Venice with the canal view. - The manager (Thiwanka) was a fantastic person. He really helped us to find places to eat and buy boat tickets. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. Really loved the Canal View.

• James (10/5): A truly canal-side, off-season find - Super spacious and comfortable room and modern, well appointed bathroom. Literally canal-side with spectacular views, easy walking distance (with two bridges) from the train station (<10 minutes). With a day pass, the Vaporetto Line 1 can be your personal water taxi literally to your front door. One stop to the train station, and a spectacular ride up the Grand Canal to and from Rialto and San Marco. Excellent communication throughout from the host who met us at the door with the keys. I have stayed in and around Venice several times, one of my best stays and by far the best value. Only that we couldn't stay longer ;)

• KAREN NOGUERA (9/5): Experiencia veneciana completa - El sitio es increíblemente bonito. Tuvimos vistas al canal y nos satisifizo las ganas de ver un edificio veneciano auténtico en su interior. El kettle no estaba en las mejores condiciones, la tv era muy pequeña para el tamaño tan grande de la habitación y faltaban enchufes. Todo hechos menores

• Sefaj (1/5): - La posizione era ottima, in 2 minuti si arriva alla stazione del treno e nelle vie principali della città. Diffidate dalle foto che vedete qui sul sito, dal vivo non é affatto così. Solo i mobili sono rimasti come si vedono nelle foto ma la camera non é per niente curata. I muri della stanza ,dove ho soggiornato solo una notte, erano tutti macchiati, sporchi di non si sa che cosa (forse ci hanno spiaccicato le zanzare). I materassi del letto matrimoniale era tutto ingialliti (dal quel che si poteva vedere sotto), il copri materasso sotto era sporco. Per quanto riguarda il letto singolo, avevano messo un materasso sottilissimo, ma questo é il male minore. La coperta era macchiata, il copri federa non era perfettamente pulito, così come non eravamo puliti gli asciugamani pagati. Spoiler non li abbiamo utilizzati, in 3 ci siamo asciugate il viso con un unico asciugamano (per fortuna portato da casa). Dietro il comodino c’era una macchia di thé versato, precedentemente da altre persone, addosso al muro. La macchia ovviamente non é stata pulita. Dietro al letto matrimoniale c’era una spaccatura del muro tutta lunga, segno di degrado e di poca cura dell’ambiente. Una, delle due finestre era rotta con un cartello davanti con scritto di non toccare. Le tende erano presenti solo sulla finestra rotta e nell’altra erano state smontate. Il bagno era in comune; Sul sito c’é scritto ma al momento della prenotazione sarebbe opportuno segnalarlo. Quando ho effettuato la prenotazione il numero per chiamare la struttura era diverso dal numero con il quale sono stata contattata. Anche nei messaggi, sul sito, dell’host era segnato un numero ancora diverso dai scorsi due. Fregatura totale, dalle foto sembrava uno spettacolo, poi entri in stanza e rimani estremamente deluso. Non fatevi ingannare. L’host parlava solo inglese e pochissimo italiano.

Cracks in the walls, broken window, dirty walls. Even though the owner was nice and fixed the internet and TV (both were not working when we came) - I would not recommend this place.

Peinture écaillée due a un problème d infiltration sans doute. Parquet abime au même endroit. Multiples tâches aux murs. Lit d appoint en piteux état et non nécessaire. Très bruyant ( arrêt de vaporetto et surtout voisins du haut). Pas de café (en Italie!). Vraiment déçue par la chambre et par le rapport qualité-prix.

• Zsuzsa (7/5): - Nagyon jó helyen volt pont a megállok mellett, a főcsatorna menten. Ahhoz képest, hogy a főcsatorna mellett volt a szállás annyira a kinti zaj zárt ablak mellett nem szűrődött be. A személyzet kedves volt és segítőkész. Sajnos, mivel víz mellett voltunk, volt szunyog a szálláson. A potágyak nem valami kényelmesek. A berendezésre ráfér egy kis renoválás. Este csöpögő, kattogó hangot lehetett hallani, ami zavaró volt.

La chambre réservée avec vue sur le canal est en face du dépôt des passagers des ferry qui peut être gênant pour certaines personnes qui ont le sommeil léger
• Iryna (8/5): Всё понравилось - Добрый день! Останавливались на сутки. Очень Удобное месторасположение . Пешком от жд вокзала Венеции до номера 10мин. Выход с номера и окна с потрясающим видом на канал. Остановка вапаретто прямо у входа в подъезд, что несомненно очень комфортно. Приехали в 9:00, но заселение по букингу с 15:00. Хозяин без проблем принял наши чемоданы, показал номер и уже в 9:30 мы отравились с этой же остановки на водную прогулку. Номер чистый, ухоженный без посторонних запахов. В санузле сделан современный , аккуратный и достойный ремонт . Биде, унитаз, два умывальника, чистая душевая кабина из мозаики. В углах душевой нет никаких «грибов» и черных силиконов, которые встречаются даже в более дорогих номерах . Очень достойно. Рекомендосьён кто будет планировать ночлег в Венеции. Назад в номер вы возвращаетесь в удобное для вас время прямо под ваш подъезд и окна, поскольку многие маршруты ваппарет идут к вокзалу. С утра встали и пешком 10 минут и вы на пероне поехали дальше 👌. Хозяину огромное спасибо за гостеприимство, вкусный кофе и чай✋

Las paredes tienen marcas de mosquitos, las toallas tenían olor feo. Aconsejaría poner más abrigo para cama, lo demás excelente.

O facto não ter banheiro para cada quarto, estando na categoria de hotel e muitos labirintos para chegar até o local. Também o facto de ter que pagar taxas municipais que devem estar dentro do preço de hospedagem, cria muito desconforto, pois achamos que já pagamos tudo.

• Catia (1/5): Pior experiência de sempre!! - Perto da estação de comboios Inicialmente reservei uma noite neste alojamento. À hora do check in deixaram-me 30 minutos à frente do edifício sem me abrirem a porta. Liguei várias vezes, ao qual me rejeitaram às chamadas. Por fim mandaram mensagem para dizer que afinal o quarto não estava disponível e como cortesia iam oferecer uma noite noutro hotel da mesma cadeia. Ao chegar ao hotel, em nenhum momento me deram informações sobre o check out, palavra passe do Wi-Fi ou informações adicionais do alojamento. O quarto cheirava mal, não estava limpo, e tinha bocados de parede a cair. O ar condicionado não funcionava, e também não era possível abrir a janela, pois o quarto ficava no rés do chão. Havia mosquitos por todo o lado. Várias vezes durante a noite tocavam à campainha, ao que me acordava. Foi das piores experiências que tive com esta aplicação. Não aconselho ninguém a vir aqui!

• Simon (4/5): Don't stay here unless you want to be bitten by bed bugs and are on a tight budget..... - Toilet was working, views of canal.they let us store our bags but they moved it to a different room without telling us. Bed bugs!!! We were bitten all over! Red and itchy! It is terrible!! We had one queen size bed and 2 extra beds and the room was cramped. It was nothing like the pictures. To get into the room, 6our had to go into this dark and dingy concourse, then lug the heavy lugguage up lots of steep winding stairs and through the narrow corridor.beds were uncomfortable, not proper hand wash in toilet, just a big bottle of shower gel. Minimum effort. Communication was also pretty average. Could do so much better. Unless you are on a toght budget, I would recommend you try somewhere else.
• Jerzy (1/5): Pobyt super . Nocleg katastrofa !!! Cały pokój w pchłach :( - Lokalizacja była wyśmienita . Blisko stacji kolejowej . Widok z okna niesamowity - prosto na Grande Canale. W pokoju było pełno pcheł !!! Pogryzły nas wszystkich po kilkadziesiąt razy przez te 3 dni . Katastrofa !!! Dopóki nie zdezynfekują pokoju nawet za darmo nie chciałbym tam spać .

• Lea (8/5): - The man who welcomed us was very kind. The room and bathroom are large. 2 things that make the rating lower.. 1. The price for a dog is 20 euros/night, we had 2 dogs and for 2 nights we paid 80 euros which is too expensive and that is certainly the only reason why we would not return there (the dogs lie on the floor and that is the only way they use the accommodation..) 2. We were not able to sleep a single night because of the mosquitoes.. It would be great if they put mosquito net on the windows.

I entered room and first thing i was need to do it hunt all live mosquitos. But despite that my 6yo son was bitten on next morning. Also got room with windows fraught on oposide wall, so basically no windows.

• Sergey (10/5): Feel the real Venice, its magic and its heart. - The room has windows with look on grand canal, it is very airy and designed just to preserve the old style of Venice. It has parquet flors and ceiling beams, the building is very antic and has special atmosphere. View to the canal is awesome. It is located also very good, near to ferry and some walk to central bus and tram station outside. The host is very pleasant and respectful person, he helped us with all ours demands. We enjoyed 3 days stay in the property.

• Artem (6/5): - Розташування. Гарні матраци. Було трохи бруднувато. Чудове розташування яке і погане, вікна виходять на канал і там одразу зупинка паромів. Вони дуже голосно тормозять і стартують. Хто був під обстрілами обережно, звуки можуть дуже триггерити. Персонал взяв з нас додаткову оплату за туристичний збір і не віддав решту!!! Готуйте кеш завчасно, щоб не було неприємних ситуацій. Телевізор без hdmi. Інтернет дуже слабкий і часто відвалюється. Загальна ванна і туалет, але нам інші мешканці не попадались, черги не було, там було чисто, але все ж таки ми не очікували, чи не дочитали і це було неприємним моментом. У ванній стояла 1л бутилка з рідким милом для всього, і користуватись треба було перевертати важку бутилку заради 1 краплі мила! Власникам можна було б купити диспенсери для душу і раковини. Брудна ковдра, з плямами, і для двомісного ліжка була 1 велика простиня і 1 ковдра, коли треба для 2 осіб окремі. Було дуже спекотно, душно і багато комарів, готуйтесь, був вентилятор і напольний кондиціонер, але його вмикати треба з відкритим вікном для виводу гарячого повітря.

• federico (9/5): Todo hermoso, muchos mosquitos - La ubicacion es espectacular, con vista al canal principal y justo en frente de las paradas de los vaporieros (los botes tipo bondi). El baño es lo mas copado! se nota que lo hicieron a nuevo. No se escucha nada de ruido, muy recomendable el lugar. La atencion un 10!!!! El aire acondicionado es del tipo portatil y no alcanzaba a enfriar toda la habitacion que es gigante... los mosquitos nos mataron toda la noche.

• Angélique (10/5): Chambre confortable et bien située avec un hôte attentionné - Superbe chambre dans un magnifique palais vénitien avec vue sur le Rialto. Lits confortables. Bien située dans un quartier calme mais pourvu de commerces et restaurants. Sites touristiques facilement accessibles à pied et en vaporetto. • Sophie (6/5): Agréable - L’emplacement, au bord du canal. Une petite clim’ appréciable avec la chaleur. Hôte très disponible par whatsapp. Beaucoup de moustiques, les murs exposaient tous les moustiques morts, traces de sang, il serait bien de nettoyer un peu les murs et de mettre à disposition des prises anti moustiques..la chambre était moins jolie que sur la photo.

• Prarthona (1/5): Could not sleep, because it was too hot. But nice location and good space. - Location It's very hot, and there's no air conditioner in the room. There's a air cooker, but it does not work, also the air cooler has a pipe that goes out of the window, so we cannot close the window. So, there was bugs and too many mosquitoes.
• Rebecca (4/5): Poor facilities but good location, luggage storage. - Right on the canal and close to a water taxi port. The man who runs it was good letting us store our luggage for the day after check out. Photos must be very old as room was run down, had broken glass window with a massive aircon unit that was loud and had a pipe out the window so we couldn’t close it during a storm. The walls also had cracks.
• Raffaele (2/5): Non venite in questa struttura, da 8.3 A 0.0 . - Niente Staff inesistente ,e siamo in Italia e nessuno parlava italiano Pulizia da dimenticare, MURI CON ZANZARE SPIACCICATE ,SPORCHI DI SANGUE, lenzuola bucate ,senza contare federe sporche,coperte puzzolenti ecc eccetera, dopo le mie dimostranze,mi assicurava,tramite SMS di mettere tutto apposto... Ma niente è cambiato,,NON SÒ COME FA Booking A DARE 8.3 A UNA STRUTTURA COSÌ, VERGOGNOSO X 120 EURO AL GIORNO PIU ( FURBATA ) ASCIUGAMANI A PARTE ....DA PAGARE, COSI, IN NERO X CONTANTI CON LA TASSA DI SOGGIORNO GIORNALIERA X PERSONA, DA EVITARE STRUTTURE DEL GENERE CHE POCO HANNO A CHE FARE CON GLI HOTEL CHE FANNO IL LORO LAVORO SERIAMENTE... Spero seriamente che la piattaforma BOOKING PRENDA PROVVEDIMENTI IN MERITO.
• Горбатенко (10/5): - Tutto era molto buono. Il personale si è tenuto in contatto e la camera era ottima con una bella vista.
• Ana (4/5): Mis à part l’accueil sincèrement je n’y reviendrai pas - La gentillesse de la personne qui nous a fait accueilli Le confort, la Clim portable qui fait du bruit, le toilettes dans la salle de bain (à partager avec les autres).

• Gio (10/5): - El lugar es bello, comodo, muy limpio y confortable... Nos encanto... Está muy cerca de la estación... Super genial, lo recomiendo.
• Emelie (7/5): Centralt boende vid kanalen - Jättebra läge med nära till kanalen och andra sevärdheter! Trevlig värd som var snabb på att svara för att ge oss en trevlig vistelse. Vi saknade brandlarm i rummet och en tvålpump inne i det delade badrummet. Ac:n inne i rummet fläktade skönt men kylde tyvärr inte ner rummet. Ett fönster var trasigt och stod därför öppet. Väggarna var inte så fina pga myggor som tar sig in i rummet på natten.

• Koldo (1/5): - 0 flexibilidad para hacer cambios por un inconveniente sobrevenido. Nunca me había pasado. Me lo han cobrado totalmente sin haberme devuelto ni un euro. Sé que las condiciones son las que marcan pero avisando con tiempo y por un problema ineludible de trabajo las personas deberían ser más flexibles y no aprovecharse de gente que llevamos usando mucho tiempo la aplicación. No os fiéis no os devolverán nada pase lo que pase.
