Guest Reviews
- EUGENIO (10/5): Great short stay. - Bed sheets and linen were very comforting, and promote rest. The front desk receptionists Jasmine and Niña were very friendly, helpful, and prompt to serve.
- RHart (8/5): - The location was awesome. It’s literally across from RCBC Building and lots of restaurants nearby and everything is just walkable. The staff of Apple (the manager) are just amazingly friendly and very attentive specially Pauline & Jasmine. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks again for your wonderful customer service.
- Nicholas (8/5): - Not the best but a decent place to stay in Makati. Very similar management to CSuites @ Two Central.
- EdG (10/5): - Service Recovery was excellent and extremely courteous staff. Kudos to Apple's team
- Mary Grace (8/5): water - bottled waters are too small
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice location lots of restaurants and bars in the area in the middle of the business district in Manila
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We liked the peop re rty because of its location to the RCBC Building, we had an appointment at the Australian Embassy. The room we were given was od a good size, ressonably clean but there are a few bugs in the room.
Over all the room is comfortable, not overly fussed
- Jason (8/5): - Clean and friendly staff. Great for kids with lots of entertaining rooms and swimming pool.
- jason (10/5): Great place to stay - The staff were absolutely fantastic !! They helped when ever we asked if we needed them and always pointed us in the direction we needed to go thank you.The pool was a lot of fun great pics can be taken with the glass sided area and gym is handy to work off those flying calories!! Only one draw back and that is the air con motor is in the bedroom wall very noisey
- Jenny (8/5): Nice Stay - Nice upgrade room with good view. Bulky aircon inside room. Old interior. Good staffs. Reasonable breakfasts. Not so clever receptionists.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointed - Loud air conditioner.... unable to sleep
I called a day ahead to check on parking. Was told parking was 15 Pesos/hr, actually 40 Pesos/hr... , however, manager was kind enough to reimburse 35%....
in called to avoid these situations.
- Verified traveler (6/5): just so - stayed for 5nights at a one br suite, and just so.. room smelled like someone cooked inside every time we get back.. intercom defective (front desk didnt inform us ahead, found out by ourselves: had to go down to the lobby tre
concern: front desk had no initiative in giving alternative way to communicate them) housekeeping didnt clean entire unit, just bathroom and bedroom, no bidet, no complimentary coffee, use of laundry and kitchen not included in the fee(extra Php300 each per day)
- Fredam (10/5): - I booked this hotel for my husband. He said, housekeeping or janitor/janitress are doing a great job! Friendly staff! Keep up the good work!
- Peter (8/5): Very bad smells! - Have stayed here before and was impressed with the studio room on 40th floor. This stay however was not so good. On the 20th floor the view is blocked mostly by nearby buildings. The toilet had a very bad smell and we asked if it could be cleaned which only removed the smell until the fragrant cleaning product had worn off. It was really very disgusting and also smell throughout apartment. There were also marks and stains showing it hadn't been cleaned very well. Some fittings were broken such was cupboard handles and somewhat bizarrely a staff member knocked at the door wanting to come in to "check if the windows had been cleaned"?? For the price paid the room standard was not good enough. You can't rent out rooms to people expecting them to put up with disgusting smells!!
- SF (10/5): Worth the Price - Versailles Stay is perfect for guests who are in town for a business trip but still looking for a fun way to relax. Also, for nurses who will be taking the NCLEX, this is the perfect hotel for you to stay. It is just a minute walk from Pearson Vue.
- P (4/5): Disfunctinal - This was a rental condominium, which I did not realize until I arrived. The room looked nice, but the bathroom smelled really bad, and the odor came into the bedroom as well. The refrigerator was not working, and there was no hot water. I would not use this place again.
- kathie (4/5): Tall building but hard to find - First time in Manila for 7 days, this hotel is in the CBD but seems no taxi driver knows this 50 floors hotal, when you check in, you need to mention that you booked through Expedia, otherwise you need to pay late checkout fee,you will pay $300 pep per day if you cook which is not disclosed in their ad,I asked a roll of toilet paper at 7 am,the staff said “soon”, 8:15 I rang again, the same staff answered the internal call and He didn’t even talk but rudely hung up, by 7 pm on my way for dinner I met the same staff,he told me to see the management for the paper, how ridiculous is that, 12 hours for a toilet paper, the air conditioning sound terriblely loud, bathroom smells disgusting, found a corkage in the microwave plus sound like so terribly you will think it will die anytime,I will never go back, very disappointing.
- Denzel (2/5): Horroble - Hello,
My name is Denzel Wright. I booked a 4 night stay at Versailles Stay in Manila from October 31st to November 4th. Upon arriving to our room, our air conditioning was leaking water and was broken. Also noticed cockroaches on the ceiling in the bathroom. We told the front desk and they moved us to another room. Upon arriving to the second room, we noticed cockroaches crawling and scrambling on the floor as well in the bathroom and on the bed. We told front desk and the wanted us to move to another room. When we arrived to the third room the Air conditioning was not working, The lights were not working, And there were flies everywhere. So we had to go back and sleep in the room with the cockroaches. Finally on the 3rd day the hotel send "pest control" to come and spray some stuff to kill the bugs. They keep offering us a new room but each room is the same or worse. I would plesse like to be reimbursed for the money I spent on this hotel. This hotel is completely u acceptable and has horrible living conditions. I paid $252.04 for this hotel and would like to be reimbursed for conditions I paid for.
- william (10/5): - Been staying before like idea it's a condo
Living room nice size with dinning area. Kitchen just right has electric top stove
Only thing is there's no phone inside so can't call local or people reach you. Also wifi very weak and slow
- D Ring (10/5): Great customer service A++ - We stay there coz it was really close to everything.... customer service was great and it was quick to check in!!!
- william (10/5): - Nice cozy place all that would need. Condo type hotel . Only thing there's no phone only intercom
Great locations very friendly staff
- Hyunsung N. (2/5): Terrible service - Room was not ready because of cable in the bedroom. They offer me other room but that room dont have tv in bedroom. I have to wait until 6pm. I ask manager to come to my unit but she never come. So im the one who have to go down to lobby again. Internet speed is under 1mbps even not working perfectly. If someone who want to stay here pls think one more time to book this one. If my family want to stay here i will do what ever i can do to stop them. I recommend this room for someone who dont want to use internet and also who like to experience terrible service.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good location - Poor water pressure
Loud noises from air con or other ventilation happened all night.
- Douglas (10/5): Nice gotel in heart of manila - When ever I goto manila I stay here
Location is very good and very safe hote
- Verified traveler (2/5): Don't Stay Here! - This was supposed to be a four star plus accommodation. Aside from being very difficult to find (probably because the proper address was not even on the reservation confirmation I printed and no phone number), the staff was very unhelpful. Apparently this is a condominium complex where people occasionally rent out their flats. It was billed as having a phone, but upon arriving, I found out it was only an intercom system, which didn't even work! That meant it was impossible to receive incoming or make outgoing calls. Four stars?!!! I didn't even unpack my suitcase and left after five minutes - now I can't get a refund and Orbitz has been extremely unhelpful, which means I will not use them anymore either. Very bad experience and a big waste of time.
- marc (10/5): A very tall hotel in a the business district. - No problem with the hotel. Did not get to try the pool. The area is more of a business area than tourist. Only spent one night before heading on the Davao. You can find Starbucks, Mc D all with wifi. Jolibee is there, not sure of wifi.
- fred (6/5): Condotel - Average experience. Food not good. Was not the buffet type I expected. Consolation is its close proximity to malls and business centers around it.
- douglas (10/5): Very convenient - It is always a nice place to stay
very central and close to transport
more and more things are popping up around it family mart and jolly bee are only a stones throw away
sad to say the view is slowly being lost by the building of other high rises
but I like it as in good clean area
- Albert Eufemio (10/5): bad smell in bathroom - friendly staff but i hate the smell in the bathroom
- Ramandeep (2/5): Not good - Taxi not easily available, staff also not so helpful. It was a bad decision to choose this place
- anthony (8/5): nice stay - nice play to stay would stay there again would recommend it only down side side access to taxi hard for them to find
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Very good location close to embassy and shops .....................
- C. Richard (10/5): - Everything was fine, smooth check in, great bellhops, and that see-through one-side made the stay excellent.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Will not stay here given a choice - First stay, wifi passwords did not work. Second stay, hot water for shower did not work (fixed only after second compliant). Cash as deposit? Breakfast is not impressive considering the price charged, and served to the room only option is not what I would appreciate. Lastly, do not even have a bag (any type at all?) for laundry, expect the guest to find his own bag? I have asked, you guys have a flat no. The only reason I might stay here again is the condo-tel is close to my office, and the other options ran out of rooms.
- Kim (8/5): City life relaxation - What I did not like was that the hotel did not offer free parking so during our stay we had to pay for almost 24 hours of parking in their building. Keep in mind that this is also a condominium building.
- Willy (10/5): nice and clean hotel - The room is nice and clean. It is close to Ayala Centre by taxi. There is a mini mart right beside it and McDonald's across the street. Room came with a small kitchen and living room. Wifi is included.
- Joodles (6/5): Serviced apartment than hotel - Nice apartment. Has a kitchen, dining/lounge area and comfy bed. Small bathroom and shower in the bath. Water takes too long to drain so was standin on a pool of water up to my ankles while showering. Noisy aircon/ventilation. Not near restaurants except a McDonalds across the road.
- Gal (4/5): Only one night. Lots of bad things - Had a buzzing sound in our room that sounds like a fire alarm every minute. Got transfered to another room with the same sound.
After waiting another 30 minutes we got a room without that sound.
An hour later we found out that theres a problem with the drainer.
If not specifically asked, reception would call a taxi to AP that charges 5 times!! The normal rate.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The staff are very friendly and the rooms are general larger and more spacious than a simple hotel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): close to every thing - very nice quite place and safe
- Verified traveler (6/5): A few issues. - The hotel wasn't in a great location, and there was some refurbishment only thing near were banks. LOTS of banks and security everywhere. Hotel wasn't bad, but could have been a lot better. Found a condom under the bed and the bath was dirty with hairs everywhere. The air con unit above the bed made a lot of noise during the night randomly.
- JB (8/5): Good central location, slightly confusing entry - I found the hotel to be a comfortable and reasonably spacious. I rented a 1 bedroom suite on the 11th floor and was not disappointed in the overall layout. Kitchen was equipped with a cooktop but no pans or utensils (bring your own I guess) basic cutlery and dinnerware were simple but in good repair. Toilet/bathroom could use some very simple maintenance and shower drain could have been cleaned out.
The lobbies to each floor are not air conditioned, so as a foreigner, I was hit by the heat/humidity immediately on leaving my room. Main lobby is Air-conditioned however.
Overall it was a comfortable room, good location, staff were amazingly helpful, even if the smiles were a little forced. And ladies, if you have a mishap with your 'personal freshness' whilst sleeping, be prepared to fork out 600 php for laundry costs.
I will stay here again on my next visit.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - it is a nice hotel in general and we had a pleasant stay
- James Ken Sern (8/5): Versailles apartment - Good location near the office. Room was quite sizable with decent aircon and comfortable bed. Wifi access given is limited to one device. Cable TV didn't work for my stay
- Perla & Dave (8/5): Nice hotel, very nice staff - The Hotel is a little hard to find, no visible sign outside the building. It's better to call first and ask exactly of the location. New hotel and it's not well known yet. But as far as the location, a bit walk from restaurants. It is closed to Makati Medical Center and Ateneo University. The hotel has very nice staff, specially Angel (front desk) very helpful.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel location - There are not many restaurants nearby, only fast food.
- JEFFREY (8/5): Comfortable and clean - Stayed here for a week; It was comfortable, clean and the staff are friendly and excellent!
Security is good here and location is ideal if you have meetings along Ayala, Makati district.
Walking distance to Greenbelt shopping malls - about 15minutes.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice place to stay very comfortable - This was a nice place to stay at, had everything you needed very comfortable and good location.
- MARIA ELEANOR (10/5): Lovely Versailles - My niece and I loved the unit that was assigned to us. It was a one-bedroom apartment which made our jaws drop the moment we entered. The staff attended promptly to our needs, like we requested for a hair blower and it was brought to our room in a jiffy. The bedroom was very neat and tidy. The staff was very courteous. I will recommend this hotel to all friends.
- Rick (4/5): Nice area, just bad service - Wanted to charge me for hand towels and washcloths. Had to wait 1 hour for wifi. Room is small, no tv in master, TV in living room 3ft in front of small sofa, bathroom extremely small.
