• Pavol (9/5): - The building looked quite old and scary, but the room was nice and clean, facilities working okay, new windows, comfortable bed. Small amenities (bottled water, teas, biscuits) were welcome. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything okay inside. Maybe some cleaning of the area before the building could improve the negative first impression of the surroundings.

• Paulo (8/5): Local agradável para passar algumas noites em Roma. - A localização é boa, e fomos da estação de trem até o hotel a pé. Conseguimos fazer o check-in tardio sem problemas. O quarto era bem amplo e bem arrumado, e havia um restaurante bem tradicional ao lado que recomendamos bastante. preciso ficar atento à porta de entrada, pois o local parece uma residência e pode passar despercebido à primeira vista.
• Ivars (7/5): The second night was better than the first one. - Close (walking distance) to the Termini train station and Metro station, so, location is very good. Modest, but has everything a hotel can offer. A good restaurant right next to the hotel (have to make a reservation in advance, though). Good communication with the manager. Poor sound isolation, especially if your room is on a street side. We stayed for two nights, but the first one was quite uncomfortable because of the bed, which was totally worn out and we kept roling to the middle. Have to give the credit to the manager though, because we were offered another room with a good bed for the second night of our stay, so that was positive. The problem was solved quite fast and communication was good and productive.

• Paola (6/5): - La posizione eccellente. Vicinissimo alla stazione Termini e a mezzi che portano in centro L'arredo. Soprattutto le tende (chiudono male) e il copriletto troppo scuro. Preferirei tutto chiaro per vedere anche la pulizia.

• Aleksandr (10/5): - I stayed for one night for my flight layover time. + The room was very clean and modern. + The bed and pillows were very comfortable. + Excellent internet. + Even though the windows overlooked the road + It was very quiet inside. + 2 bottles of water were included. + And best of all: the price was under 100 euros per night. Prior to reading the negatives, here is the context. It was an urgent family emergency trip for me with layover time in Rome. I booked the room while being at the airport right before my flight from Calgary to Rome. So, I haven't had a chance to read all the conditions that the room came with. - At around 12:30-1:00 am I wanted to take a shower, but there was no running water, so I had to use bottled water to wash my face and brush teeth. I had to wait until morning to take a shower. - Also, when I arrived to check-in, no one was there to open the doors. I stayed by the doors outside for a few minutes until someone let me in, then by the other doors inside for a few minutes until I figured out what to do next. Apparently, there were instructions sent on how to self check-in while I was on my flight. Have I not bought the European eSIM with the Internet, I couldn't have gotten in, because no one was there to help. So, my advice: take a shower earlier than midnight and read your self check-in instructions. + Other than that, everything else was so great! Will stay there again for sure.

Quiet no noise from the street. Near to the train station Hard to find only a small sign on the inside edge beside the door. The shower tray started to overflow a bit.

• Ryoko (10/5): スタッフの方の優しさに感謝 - スタッフの方がとても親切で、予約したタイミングから何度もコンタクトをとってくれてありがたかった。チェックイン時間が遅かったため、入り方が分からずメールしたら丁寧に対応してくれてとても助かりました、！部屋も広くエアコンも効いて快適でした。 少しベッドが狭いくらい、？でも全然気になりません。この値段でこの清潔感、この近さならすごくいいと思います！スタッフの方が優しくて本当に良かったです。
