• Verified traveler (8/5): - Det var et rigtigt hyggeligt sted lige til stranden, stille og fredeligt. Værelserne var slidte men hvis man kun skal bruge en seng og toilet er det fint. Vi oplevede at rengøringsniveau var lidt hip som hap.. nogen gange fik vi både vand håndklæder og toiletpapir og andre gange ikke.. men kan man leve med det er det et ok sted
• Ludovic (4/5): Not clean, bad service - When we arrived, they wanted to put the 6 of us in 1 room. That room had only 1 double bed, and the rest of the beds they would add. We didn't agree with this and asked for a different solution. Then they came up with an extra bungalow. The bungalows were not clean at all. The food was also not good. Overall definitely would not recommend this place. The only good things is the view and that it is directly at the beach.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 不錯的住宿選擇，推薦 - 飯店人員很親切 地理位置好 有租機車的服務很方便 不用擔心去外面會被騙；有叫車的服務也比外面便宜一些還不錯；也有吹風機可借很方便。缺點是他們的餐廳有點貴，整體來說是不錯的住宿選擇。運氣不好的是這次遇到颱風導致碼頭可能停船，而飯店人員告知我們停船到下午三點，我們下午抵達後才發現根本沒有停船，因為這個錯誤消息我們多花很多錢在交通，飛機也趕不上多花很多錢改飛機，打亂很多計畫。
• Jan (6/5): Don’t book standard room unless you like heat - Had a standard room with only a fan (I didn’t see that when I booked) so it was warm, tried to stay as little as possible in the room. No hand soap, no towels (had to ask in the reception). Room looked worned.

• Verified traveler (6/5): In need of refurbishment - Not a very nice back road to walk along to get to the hotel. Rooms and bar/restaurant are old and in need of refurbishment. Good location on the beach, quiet to get to sleep etc. Staff were accommodating and approachable.
• Molly (10/5): staff were the best we’ve ever had - the stay here was amazing, the staff were so helpful and really made you feel at home, the only issue was that the rooms were a bit old and outdated but it wasn’t an issue seeing as we got it for a great price ! also in the heart of chaweng and the beach right on your doorstep, great stay here and food is also lovely

• Tom (10/5): Nice resort on Chaweng Beach - Visted Marine Hotel for 3 nights with my girlfriend. Check in was fast and the staff were very accommodating to all our requests. We stayed in a deluxe room which had recently been renovated and was very nice. Only ate at the restaurant once but breakfast (off the menu) was tasty. Location was great, right on the beach, no street noise and only about 5 minutes walking to the centre of Chaweng beach. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking great value accommodation.
• Zvi (10/5): Pretty nice resort. - The resort is really nice, I definitely would stay there again! The rooms aren't the greatest and need maintenance but the service and general feel was really good! The one thing that was not cool was that when I ordered through them a taxi the day before for my flight, I had to wait like 15 minutes for the taxi and ended up looking in a rush for a taxi on the streets.

• Galina (10/5): - Отель расположен на пляже Чавенг. Бунгало находятся непосредственно на берегу моря. Море спокойное, теплое. Буквально в 100 м на этом же пляже можно "ловить" волну (для любителей). Замечательные рассветы можно встречать в 2-х метрах от своего бунгало)) На пляже, именно перед отелем, тихо и спокойно... Но в 100 метрах от него - бурлит и кипит ночная жизнь... Много живой музыки, света, различные рестораны, дискотеки. Причем, это вообще не беспокоит, т.к. волна гасит звуки и даже рядом стоящие отели не слышны друг другу. Многие отели на берегу проводят огненные шоу. Зрелищность, красиво. Можно гулять и наслаждаться музыкой разных жанров, а можно сидеть на берегу и слушать шум волны... Вот такое это волшебное место... Персонал очень радушен. Хорошая кухня. Можно заказывать завтраки. Мы попросили чайник - сразу же принесли. Территория вся в зелени. Много цветов, деревьев. Но москитов в домиках нет. Возле моря тоже можно сидеть спокойно. Но если вы решите покушать на веранде вечером, то различные мази и спреи от комаров вам пригодятся. Отель предоставляет бесплатные лежаки для проживающих. гостей они стоят 100 бат. Но не стоит забывать, что это всё таки 3*. Халатов нет, бритвенных приборов, зубной пасты и щетки - тоже нет. В целом, место замечательное. Вернёмся ещё раз))
• Anna-Klara (8/5): - Bra, lugnt läge och trevlig personal, bra mat. Hårda sängar. I en av våra lägenheter fanns inget varmvatten i duschen. Men vi trivdes gott!
• Heino (8/5): Marine Chaweng Beach Resort - Hyggeligt sted - tæt på lufthavnen. Værtinde er så nogenlunde til at snakke engelsk, når det kommer til stykket. Om dagen er der lidt liv på stranden, men om aftenen er det ret dødt, da folk tager ind til byen og spiser. 2 minutters gang fra resortet er den traffikerede hovedgade med masser af muligheder for shopping, massage, taxi osv. Forbløffende ok, så kunne man ikke høre larmen fra hovedgaden når man var på resortet.

• sean (8/5): Fine starter hotel - We booked two nights for our start in Koh Samui. It was Very cheap and worked out fine. The location was fine (heaps of shopping and restaurants nearby) and you share a Beach with much more expensive hotels. The Beach is a bit disappointing at first, but simply go turn right when you are at the hotel's Beachfront reception. 5min later you are at the best end of Chaweng Beach.

• Anni (8/5): Lovely staff and beautiful beach - Our room was okay, big bed, fridge and own bathroom with toilet and shower. I think that with that price you can't wait anything more. Room wasn't really clean and bathroom had wierd smell. Everything outside our room was excellent. Hostel had amazing beach and many sunbeds. Restaurant of the hostel was really good and we ate there many times. The staff were such a lovely people and they helped us a lot. We even got a car ride to the port when we left from Koh Samui. We had the cheapest room in the hostel so thats why it wasnt really good. But those rooms which were more expensive looked really nice and clean. If I go to Koh Samui again I would stay here again but in those better rooms :)
• Gerallt (6/5): Standard room, great for the beach. - Location next to the beach was great, the rooms were very basic. Massage on the beach was nice (300BHT for an hour). Really nice restaurants a short walk along the beach.

• CHOO HONG LEE (10/5): nice vacation place - friendly and helpful resort staff , good and fresh food at the restaurant because the owner catching the seafood by himself , price of food is reasonable , resort cleaniness is only modurate , the facilities should up grade .
• Geo (4/5): Not so cute - Location is good, right on the beach. But no good road to hotel - "last mile" is terrible. Check in wasn't respective, I got very old room looks like 1-star hole. Told to receptionist about pictures on Expedia site, she asked 1000 baht for upgrade but I show to her pictires from expedia email and got other room for free. Room was the same as pictired but has dirty curtain and old blood sign on the blanket cover.
• Catherine (8/5): Marine Bungalows - Excellent accommodation right on the beach - relatively good value for money. We were lucky and got our room upgraded from superior to deluxe. The room was spacious and modern. Not sure what superior room would have been like. I think I would have been disappointed if we had a smaller room for the price we were paying. Staff were very friendly and helpful and organised tours and transport for us. One day boat tour to marine park was extremely expensive for what we got - 2000 baht per person plus an additional 400 baht per person for entry in to marine park that wasn't mentioned when we booked. It was a good tour but we did a similar tour in Koh Tao for 500 baht per person - much better value. Koh Samui was much more expensive than Koh Tao, Chaing Mai and Pai - tourist prices!
• Emma (6/5): Don't be fooled by the pictures - we booked three double fan rooms for a 4 night stay with friends over the New Year period. When we arrived we were told there there were not three fan rooms available so one couple could have an air con room for the same price but then move the following day. The fan rooms we were offered were pretty grim. Myself and my husband are travelling the world so we are used to this standard of accommodation but our friends were not! They ended up paying to upgrade to deluxe rooms which were what we thought we were getting as per the photos. We also had to upgrade as there were lots of Mosquitos in the rooms so we needed air con. The beds were quite hard. Aside from this the staff were lovely and the place is right on the beach. The food served in the restaurant was lovely. Do yourself a favour and book a deluxe bungalow if you staying here (as our friends did in the end) and I'm sure you won't have any complaints.
• Coral (10/5): - The staff are so friendly and tell you about deals on upgrades that day if you want to and we upgraded to a superior. Lovely big room. You are right on the beach which is great and it's the qiuet end but you can still walk to the busy clubs about a 10 min walk.
• dylan (10/5): Close to the beach and everything you need - It was a lovely welcome from the staff at marine bungalows. the beach was so close it was lovely, and everything you may need is just around the corner. The rooms were quite spacious and clean with very good wifi.

• Jamie (6/5): Great Location for the Price - Located at the beginning of the Chewang Beach road walk/road tourist strip. Great location for the price and rooms were very reasonable. I probably would recommend getting the A/C room over the Fan rooms as it is very warm at nights. No need for transport as close to everything, however if you would like to get around hire a motor bike or car. Overall the position is great, price is very reasonable for July off peak and lovely place to visit. I determinately will return soon.

• Shannon (8/5): Satisfied - Our initial room was not as advertised online, however the staff were accommodating when upgrading to a better room. Facilities were average, final room and location were great. A pool would have made the stay more enjoyable-staff did say they were getting a pool built soon? From what we seen of the staff they were polite and helpful. Overall a satisfied stay.
• Bambi (8/5): Basic, clean accommodation in Chaweng - crazy staf - If you are travelling to Koh Samui I wouldn't recommend staying in Chaweng. Its crazy, busy and the beaches aren't the cleanest, but if you do want to stay here I would recommend the Marine Bungalows as a clean affordable option - with the one exception of the staff. They are all over the show, have no idea what is going on, and just giggle away instead of being helpful. Friends of mine left some valuables with them and were given somebody elses bag when they went to collect them. I was given keys to a room that had somebody elses luggage in and a bed that had been slept in. They aren't the brightest, but that aside I really enjoyed my stay here. I opted for a luxury room which means its newly renovated and with aircon. I would avoid booking a basic room.
