- Azri Zulfarhan (8/5): Great for stopover! - Value for money Nearby to a "Family Mart" convenience store which carries meals and variety of late snacks Nearby tebrau/Austin area- Aeon, Toppen, Dato Onn etc Lift accessible for upper floors Water dispenser on each floor There are some rooms that are smoking room. Maybe its the ventilation or poor insulation between rooms, at time the smell of smoke is notable Small issue if you are ok with it.

- LH (7/5): - The hotel was located beside a breakfast restaurant that we like to frequent The interior of the hotel was dated. Floor was carpeted and it didnt feel as clean as i would like to. The towels and bed linens were yellowish/ grey and thus it did not feel as comfortable as we would love to.

- Rakhim (8/5): Clean comfortable and cheap, backed with helpful staff is a winner. - It’s close to all the best food in JB so only a short walk gets you the best Malay and Chinese dishes you can think of. Not much, it’s fit for purpose and the staff were very helpful.

- Haji (9/5): Quick Trip JB family 2D1N - A very comfortable bed, I was down with heavy flu the night before (due to driving from KL to JB) and woke up fresh • The staff fulfill our request for all 3 rooms to be the same level, water cooler/heater and iron board provided at each level corridor Comment for improvement 1) Unstable free wifi access for the 3rd floor needs to be improved for future guests ( work & leisure ) • 2) One way traffic in front of the hotel needs to introduce a speed bump, a potential hazard for guests from parking to the main entrance • 3) Main entrance (not sure if OKU can access to lift) with 100mm step up, if a gentle ramp can help guest to bring in heavy flu luggage with roller, • 4) limited Halal restaurant, the next morning found Restoran Kadir next to Sunway Collage

- Hooi (3/5): Not recommended - L ight switch is damaged and not able to turn off. Is known issue before we check in but no action was being taken. Issue only being informed after room check in and it was taken time 30min for them to troubleshoot . Eventually issue is not resolve and light bulb was removed.
