- 692kennm (10/5): Immerse yourself in BGC Hotel Apartment - Immersive living in BGC. The Single Premier Room is Amazing, we enjoy this Suite Room. We would love it if there was an oven. The location is great, a 30 second walk to the shops. The value for money is like in Makati, I rather choose this place and pay here rather than another hotel as the rooms are larger too. It was very clean and Aljohn managed and maintained our room very well. Great work 👏

- familyfunseeker (10/5): Fantastic For All Ages/ Needs - Our extended family came from 4 cities staying for 8+1 nights at the Ascott BGC. Great choice for our group ages 24-62yrs.!! We had a 3-bdrm, 3 bathrm, full kitchen, living room, dining room, washer & dryer (Rm 2307 & 1807) & the adjacent Studio (Rm 2303). Location was excellent near the portal, the pedestrian only area, 20min. from airport, close to excellent restaurants/ cafes. Felt very safe, modern. The entire property was very clean, functional & well-run. Ambience was excellent with lobby decor for Valentine’s Day & switching over quickly to Chinese New Year theme. With jet lag from Canada & USA arriving @ 7:30am, even if our suite wasn’t ready, we hung out in the lobby for cappuccinos, the upper floor pool/ spa / fitness centre level was beautiful open area partly covered for shade had a bar from which to order food & drinks was like a quiet oasis in the city. They supplied jugs of filtered water in a large floor dispenser to refill our personal reusable water bottles/ coffeemaker/ tea kettle as needed & we needed a lot. We applaud this Environmentally conscious method. Some of us used it to brush our teeth as well as for drinking. Others took their chance & didn’t use bottled water to brush teeth & we were fine. But only drink filtered water everywhere you go! Comfy beds. Beautiful views. Good AC. Decent amenities. High enough floor so as not to hear traffic below. Rm 1807 was definitely much more worn/ dated than Rm 2307. They should refresh that room. The highlight for all of us was the daily buffet breakfast included in our rate if you join Ascott Rewards loyalty program . It’s worth it! The whole family says it’s the best hotel buffet breakfast we’ve ever experienced (& we’ve travelled extensively @ 4-stars & up)! 10 different food stations: local Filipino dishes; Chinese; Indian; Pho; custom egg station for omelettes, eggs Benedict/ Florentine, fried eggs, etc.; continental breakfast section w yogurt parfaits including dragon fruit or mango; fruit station; healthy fresh juice shots of ginger cucumber etc.; coffee station with excellent European coffees; charcuterie table w assorted cheeses, cold cuts, smoked salmon, fresh salads; breads/ croissants/ muffins w jams, butter, cream cheese; etc.! The variety changed each morning! And if there’s something you need that isn’t there, just ask. They will find a way to get it for you (within reason). Bell valet luggage service was efficient. They also stored some luggage for free in a clean air- conditioned room when we flew to Palawan (Cebu Air had strict luggage restrictions) as long as we returned for another stay. Each room came w a free underground parking spot if you dared drive. But we chose to get a driver w a 10-passenger van for a less stressful experience as Manila traffic is horrific! The Ascott BGC was the most wonderful home away from home that met the needs of 8 people in our group of varying ages. Don’t think twice. Book it earlier for the best price. Full free cancellation up to 24 hours prior if you join Ascott Rewards. Definitely very fair & reasonable policies. We would definitely stay here again! She left a message identifying herself as our room preparer (with pleasure), introduced herself when we saw her the very next day, was very responsive and thorough when we needed a quick replenishment of supplies, going through the checklist in her mind which was extremely helpful as I had forgotten about the less urgent items.

- Jaii Tai (9/5): Brilliant room, excellent customer service and prime location! - I stayed at the Ascott for 4 Nights and booked a studio executive room for my stay. The room was very clean and spacious. Housekeeping is available on a daily if needed and the room comes with it's own mini kitchen and washing/tumble dryer which is useful should you need to do any quick laundry. The customer service was excellent with staff always available to assist when needed. During my time, I used the gym on a daily which is more than adequate for regular gym goers. The hotel is less than a minutes walk from the main BGC shopping strip and for those who enjoy basketball, is a 10 min walk from the Nike Courtyard basketball courts should you want to play. Just a very minor criticism about the pillows which in my opinion should be a bit firmer but this is a personal preference.

- Stay17994042441 (10/5): Ideal hotel for solo work oriented/ family weekend - Good location, friendly service oriented staff , room refreshing to rest once work / excurtion over. The airport pick up chauffeur whose moniker "ACE" is cheerful and well informed. My check in , was smooth but unfortunately I did not get her name as I was desperate to get to my room after an 8 hour flight and an hour long immigration queue. Fortunately after 5 restful evenings after 11 hours of work daily I was clear headed to get my check out staff who goes by the name Shay who completed my exit and transport to airport smoothly and professionally. Kudos to staff and hotel management and keep up the good work. Thank you.

The accommodation and amenities were all good, and maayos yung service. I also want to mention Angelica Catilo. She approached me nicely, guided me, and very professional siya. You can really feel na she knows how to handle guests well. Also, she is an intern there she did a great job. Siya yung nag-serve and assist sa food namin, and she would always ask if we need anything like coffee. Very attentive and polite. Overall, mas naging okay and memorable yung stay ko because of the staff. 😊

Location - Around 5-minute walk to Bonifacio High Street - Very convenient for quick strolls with a baby, with many restaurants nearby 2. Hotel Grounds and Facilities - Lobby (Living Room) is not that big, but smooth check-in with no lines so it didn’t feel cramped - Pool area is a highlight—clean, not crowded, with jacuzzi and separate kids’ pool - Gym available on the same floor (didn’t get to try) - Kids’ play zone already closed (something to note) - Small café in the lobby—iced coffee was decent - Restaurant/buffet area is spacious and stroller-friendly, with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in lots of natural light—bright and airy vs. other hotel restos that can feel dark 3. Room - Stayed in a 1-bedroom unit with very spacious living room and kitchen - Kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, plates, utensils, refrigerator, water dispenser)—very convenient with a baby - Requested a baby cot but was given a wooden baby crib instead—better than the usual bulky playpen-style cot for our baby at this stage - Set up a DIY play area in the living room using a comforter—our baby really enjoyed it 4. Food and Restaurants - Breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection (Filipino, Chinese, soups, noodles, salads, desserts) - Pasta station cooks fresh pasta upon request—Alfredo and marinara were restaurant quality - Egg station offers different poached egg options—chef’s special and Eggs Benedict were both very good - Tried lunch at Scott’s restaurant (same area as the breakfast buffet)—Esquinita fried chicken and salmon sinigang were both good - Also tried room service—chicken sisig and enoki tempura, both good as well 5. Service - Check-in and check-out were smooth with minimal waiting time - Staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely nice - Noticed a server quickly assist a toddler near the stairs—very reassuring level of attentiveness - Valet service available, which is convenient especially when traveling with a baby Overall, it was a very comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly stay. The spacious room, thoughtful amenities, and attentive service made it especially suitable for traveling with a baby. Would definitely stay here again the future.

Very superficial cleaning, quick vacuum on certain spots only. Wiped down all benchtops and bathrooms in 2 minutes (with the same cloth)! They skipped a lot of areas despite us telling them that they can take their time as we were just watching tv. Not the staff's fault if they are under time pressure. But from that day on, we made sure we cleaned the surfaces with anti-bacterial wipes!

The location is excellent, very close to BGC High Street, which makes it very convenient for shopping and dining. I wasn’t aware that a gate pass was required for the car, so I had to return to the admin office. It would have been helpful to receive a reminder about that beforehand.

For the names I have had the pleasure of learning - thank you Rico, Ronald, Krish, Michael and Rose Ann for making my stay so enjoyable. It doesn’t matter if they’re a doorman, security, reception, the concierge, waiters and waitresses, or housekeeping - every interaction with the people who work here has been a pleasure due to their kindness, respectfulness and helpfulness. The rooms and facilities here are also top notch with even a normal room being spacious and comfy; the gym has high quality equipment and is well maintained; with even a traditional Finnish sauna available in the changing rooms. If you’re able to afford staying here, Ascott and its people make this a wonderful place to stay at.
