Das Bett war riesig, sehr bequem und gemütlich, wir haben wunderbar darin geschlafen 😴 Das Highlight war unser Floating Breakfast, ein tolles Erlebnis 🌺 Danke Rochman und Dari sowie dem kompletten Team. Die Poolbar hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen Happy Hour 🍹von 13-18 Uhry Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, danke an Risky,Putra, Hery und Widi🫶🏼 An einigen Stellen könnte etwas renoviert werden, ist wohl der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit geschuldet.

- lexi (9/5): A great stay - The beds were so comfortable and the pools and gardens were beautiful. We were leaving earlier than breakfast was served so the hotel organised for breakfast to open early for us (a group of 11) We were in an end upstairs room that had no window to the outside. It was a normal sized room but just had a solid door out to the balcony. As we were only staying one night and leaving early in the morning we didn't feel the need to move. For a longer stay I would have wanted a window

Very friendly staff and the pools were ex - The amazing breakfast, close to shops and restaurants and the peaceful atmosphere. Their services are excellent, my toilet was blocked and they rectified it immediately. Everything good.

Great buffet breakfast, we ate like queens :) I think the only thing were we not satisfied with was the layout of the bathroom, we didn't have a free-standing shower, the shower was in a bathtub and was a little inconvenient, but this could be just the room we booked, nevertheless we made it work.

- 620nazaninm (8/5): Nice stay at Astagina , great customer service from Surya and Krisna - The level of customer service provided by Hotel drivers Surya and Krisna was outstanding. They were super friendly and helpful. However the hotel facilities are old and tired and require upgrading. Our toilet got blocked twice during our 4 days of stay and house keeping was always missing something on daily basis. Reception staff were also very helpful in particular at check out time helping with providing a shower facility after checkout. However, restaurant manager make dining time a little unpleasant, with constantly watching us when eating or treating us as if we were going to runaway without paying for my daughter’s breakfast which was not in the original booking but was requested to be added to our stay at checkin.

The breakfast was good they could upgrade the service area to keep the food hotter but all in all a great cheap place to stay

- 78kieranp (10/5): Chilled and relaxing - Stayed here for 5 days, the resort is gorgeous and all the staff are amazing. The facilities are great, very clean and well kept. The staff were really good at helping with gluten free. For breakfast when mentioned gluten free staff will order anything you want from the kitchen directly. We had dinners at the hotel at the Aussie bbq night Arie talked me through exactly what I could have and got me a salad and sliders to go with the bbq from the kitchen to avoid cross contamination. At the restaurant Adhitya was so helpful when mentioned gluten free and explained what could be made gluten free, Had the chicken satay and the Nasi Goreng made gluten free and were both delicious. Also had amazing cocktails and mocktails. The spa facilities are also great, me and my fiancé both had gone for the traditional Balinese massages, both indri and tari were amazing and so professional, would recommend anyone who comes to this hotel to try the spa facilities as there a lot of options to choose. We had mentioned it was our anniversary and they gave the option to have the room done up, coming to the decorations just made the stay feel very special. A great resort to stay at and would definitely come back to stay.

We had dinners at the hotel at the Aussie bbq night Arie talked me through exactly what I could have and got me a salad and sliders to go with the bbq from the kitchen to avoid cross contamination. At the restaurant Adhitya was so helpful when mentioned gluten free and explained what could be made gluten free, Had the chicken satay and the Nasi Goreng made gluten free and were both delicious. Also had amazing cocktails and mocktails. The spa facilities are also great, me and my fiancé both had gone for the traditional Balinese massages, both indri and tari were amazing and so professional, would recommend anyone who comes to this hotel to try the spa facilities as there a lot of options to choose. We had mentioned it was our anniversary and they gave the option to have the room done up, coming to the decorations just made the stay feel very special. A great resort to stay at and would definitely come back to stay.

It is in a great location for exploring Seminyak and Legian, and Astagina is also very close to the beach, only about a 5-minute walk. It is really good value for money. The rooms are clean and the staff are excellent. Rochman always smiles, is fun, and greets us and my daughter, Panda. She loves him. He also gave me good advice during my holiday in Bali. The attached restaurant is also really good, and you can order drinks poolside. We would definitely stay here again!

From the pickup from the airport to the drop off a week later the staff went above and beyond to make this a special time for all of us.

We are also vegan and they adapted the morning breakfast for us so we could have a proper meal, not just rice. Location is great too, neara busy part but very quiet. It was nice to have two pools too so we could be noisy with our baby without disturbing guests who wanted peace. Overall we loved our stay and highly recommend. Nil

Je moest eigenlijk op je esim zitten om berichtjes te kunnen versturen. Of op het balkon buiten.

In- house restaurant serves good delicious food with different varieties. Location wise,Astagina is near to every establishment and just walking distance to the beach. Returning here feels less like a holiday and more like coming home — the consistency in service, atmosphere, and attention to detail is truly exceptional. A very special thank you to Merry and Candra from Reservations, who made the entire booking process seamless and welcoming from the very start. Their communication and care set the tone for another fantastic stay. Uda and Adhu in the restaurant were outstanding — always smiling, attentive, and highly professional. Their service genuinely elevated our dining experience every day. Uda in particular is a fantastic addition to the team and would be a great asset as a full-time member, why he is not on a full time contract yet is beyond me — he represents the establishment with pride. Widi, Sri, Denta and the young lassie with large glasses were also an absolute gem and added to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’d also like to recognise Alit, our room attendant, whose dedication and eye for detail did not go unnoticed. The room was always immaculate, and the little touches made a big difference. A special mention as well to Alit’s supervisor, Krisna, who has been promoted since our first visit — a well-deserved achievement and a reflection of the quality leadership behind the scenes. The security staff were absolutely excellent — always present, professional, and reassuring. The gardeners are the unsung heroes of the resort, maintaining the beautiful grounds to such a high standard and contributing greatly to the overall experience. On a couple of occasions we experienced a minor issue with a leaky toilet, however the maintenance team were onto it in a flash every single time — no matter the time of day. Their responsiveness and efficiency were genuinely impressive. The onsite Spa staff are very welcoming and excellent at their jobs. I cant mention everyone, but the whole staff are sublime. Credit to themselves, their families, the Astagina and Bali. It’s rare to find a place that delivers such a consistently high standard across multiple visits, but Astagina continues to do just that. We’re already looking forward to returning again.

So my husband and I knew we would be in for an amazing holiday with excellent amenities and very warm welcoming staff. What I wasn’t expecting was how special you made us both feel. We just want to say thank you all. Everyone who decorated our room with thousands of beautiful rose petals and who contributed to making our 40th anniversary so very special and memorable. We made memories we will cherish forever and very much look forward to our next visit.
