- lizeeth (7/5): Excepto por el desayuno, todo bien - la atención de recepción, la ubicación ahí a las afueras fué buena para mi y en frente hay un centro comercial grande, el baño y la habitación fueron perfectos. Desafortunadamente el desayuno tenía muy muy muy mal sazón, chilaquiles con salsa de chile colorado no con salsa de tomate, el queso cero sabor, el huevo malo, los frijoles horribles, etc etc la personita que cocinó ese día no era su día, fué horrible tener que dejar la comida servida, pero estaba muy mala. Teniamos tarifa desayuno incluido. OJO en otros by hilton nunca nos había pasado esto.

Fui a un tramite al CAS por lo que la ubicacion fue perfecta. Solo habia un olor a humedad cuando entramos a la habitacion, cuando se prendio el aire acondicionado, se fue el olor.

I hope the chain does some auditing soon, there are more details, here it seems like it is better to stay in a motel room, at least you would pay and spect less

- Judith (3/5): I was very disappointed with this hotel, this time around. - The location was easy to find, the staff that was working the breakfast area was very attentive. We choose to stay here because I had previously had a great experience in previous trips, this was not the case this time. When we arrived, the sheets on the bed and the sofa bed were both noticeably dirty. The towels in our room were so worn, they had holes in them. When I talked to the front desk about this and showed them the pictures, they gave me some excuse about an issue they've been having with towels and that management was aware. Nothing was done or said to make our accommodation better The breakfast was also not good. Will definitely look for different accommodations next time I am in Hermosillo.

- Jorge (4/5): - Firs time to stay in Hampton inn in Hermosillo Sonora, I reserved by my experience in the USA hampton inn hotel chain. Unfortunately the Hampton inn in Hermosillo needs a lots of improvements starting with room size furniture towes to old and smell old, just to mention some deficiencies.

- Irene (4/5): - There was a situation where my mother in law was questioned by front desk staff, and asked to provide proof of stay or room key due to her looks and appearance. I spoke to staff about situation and how it was unacceptable to treat her that way specially because we are frequent hotel guests with the hilton family and expedia.

- Todd (2/5): - Do NOT stay here. This is not your standard Hampton Inn. There is no AC in the lobby or hallways. My room was 85 degrees when we walked in. The sink area was not clean, the toilet and toilet seat was not clean. I had to shower in my sandals. I ended up taking sanitary wipes and wiped down every surface and you literally could see the dirt on the cloth. Oh and don’t expect the same kind of breakfast as other Hampton Inn’s. I tried the food, just horrible. I don’t really have anything good to say about this hotel except it’s close to a couple of restaurants.
- Javier (10/5): Good place to stay, bad front desk and office service! - Location, perfect Front desk service; I was trying to reach they to let they know that my check in was gonna be around 1-2 am, so I tried a lot of times; finally when y was able to reach they, they hangout the call; annoying; I tried again and they said me they put a note on my reservation that they are aware of my late check in; When I arrived (1:40am) they cancelled my reservation! We had a bad time; after some stuff they recalled this reservation!

- Jeanne (10/5): Hotel was just used for overnighting and Parking car for 1 week. Airport shuttle was added benefit. - We had an early flight and our shuttle allowed us to bring a couple cold items on the van. Distance of Hotel to the Airport was further away from our home Southwest of the Airport
