- Pin Mei (8/5): Pleasant stay and hotel staff were helpful with arrangement of transportation for Mt Hallasan hike. - Location is near bus stops for public buses to airport and other places of interest in the city. There are many convenient stores and restaurants nearby.
- Hui Chen, Berni (6/5): 位置第一名、設備偏後段班！ - 位置極佳，走路就可以逛街找餐廳吃飯，重點大廳就有換匯機，超級方便，每天花多少換多少！ 四張單人床的房型，床挨著床，空間真的很小，不舒適！設備偏老舊，翻新會更好！

- LIYUAN (10/5): - 首先飯店有中文流利的櫃台人員，幫我們清楚完成check-in和聯絡登山狀況，讓人感到放心。最棒的是飯店提供的漢拏山package真的非常貼心，光是有shuttle bus協助接送就替我們省去很多不便。雖然時間的設定上對我們腳程比較不快的人來說壓力頗大，但最後還是很謝謝願意多等我們五分鐘的司機和其他客人。飯店門口旁邊甚至設置了空氣噴槍，讓我們清潔爬過山的鞋子，只能說這次的住宿選擇非常完美！

- Iris (7/5): Me sentia presionada con las mucamas. - Bien ubicado, el personal de recepcion muy atento. La cama demasiado pequeña para 2 personas dormi pesimo. Las personas del aseo iban muy temprano antes de las 9, llegamos de un viaje agotador y nos tocaron la puerta. En 3 dias no hicieron aseo, pero dejaron en la puerta en bolsas, toallas, agua y papel higienico.

- NAN YUAN (8/5): CP值高，可圈可點，若再訪適合再次入住 - 地點位置佳，飯店後面就是收費停車場，但飯店可以協助消磁，所以算是免費的停車場！在濟州島找停車位比較難找，所以這個很優，床的軟硬度適中，有中文服務櫃檯！大廳有換幣機，飯店對面及周圍都有超商 空調設施有些不靈光，溫度無法完全控制，插座不多，主要集中在一起，如果要人數多，要充電比較困擾

- JIA (4/5): only serive and location can be praised - In terms of advantages, the service can only be said to be quite good. There are no major communication barriers. Cleaning lady is nice. Additionally, there is a shuttle bus available, which is still acceptable I booked this hotel after saw the pictures, but I didn't expect the buliding outside to be tightly pressed against my window, causing the whole room was very dim. And when I requested to change rooms, I was told that they don't have other room to change. Thsi room is very small and old, and there is no adapter socket, and there is a strong aroma as soon as the door is opened. The bathroom is also very small, it can only be said that hot water is relatively fast.

- Hui Wen (9/5): - 在搜尋住宿時，無意間看到這間飯店有漢拏山專案，除了來回接駁車還會提供飯糰、水煮蛋、柑橘跟2瓶礦泉水，正是我們需要的，住宿包含早餐，簡單好吃，房間內部乾淨，床舖柔軟舒適，浴廁明亮花灑水量大還有浴缸，飯店櫃檯有一位服務人員會說中文，溝通無障礙，飯店位置離機場很近，附近就是商圈，吃飯購物都很方便，推薦！

- JINHEE (6/5): - 街中にあり立地は良いと思いました。 朝ごはんはあまり期待しない方が良いです。 味は美味しかったですがメインのおかずは1種類程度、白米チャーハン、パスタおかゆなど、ほぼ炭水化物でした。メインのおかずの味はとても美味しかったです！お部屋は綺麗でした。スタッフの方も親切です^ - ^朝ごはん、、も少しおかず欲しかった！

- HUI JU (6/5): - 靠近市區逛街採購非常方便，以房價來看cp值很高。禮品商店跟炸雞店都在附近 廁所清潔不夠 連住5個晚上，第一個晚上就發現廁所有一隻用過的牙線卡在排水孔直到最後一天還在，最後一天連清潔工具都直接遺留在現場

- Kwholiday (6/5): - Limpieza, comodidad de la habitación. La limpiadora venía antes de dejar la habitación por la mañana, a las 9, incluso abrió la puerta estando dentro. Era demasiado temprano, podrían empezar por las habitaciones de huéspedes que piden hacer la habitación antes. Luego no venían a limpiar o dar toallas limpias si no se pedía e incluso pidiéndolo tampoco vinieron un día. El desayuno no es para gusto occidental. Zumo no natural estando en la isla de las mandarinas.

There was limited choice of breakfast selections, and the restaurant was chaos with tourists at the very first hour. However, the staff were very efficient managing the situation. 2. The air conditioner was very noisy. We could hear that it was working very very hard.

- Shunghyo (1/5): Hallasan package was great, but the service at front desk was extremely poor. - I stayed at the Skypark hotel for one night in October to enjoy the Hallasan package. I encountered an issue with a statement from Mr. Heo at the front desk. The room I initially booked had one bed that was too small for my partner and I (180cm and 163 cm) so we inquired about an upgrade for an additional charge. Mr. Heo informed us that this wasn't possible due to the hotel being fully booked. However, I later found that there were multiple rooms available when I looked on booking. When I arrived to check into one of those rooms after making an additional reservation because I was willing to pay for an additional room since my request for upgrade at cost was met with a misrepresentation, there was no explanation or acknowledgment of the earlier misrepresentation. While I appreciated the hotel’s amenities, I believe transparency and honesty is crucial, and this experience has affected my overall impression.

- eve (6/5): - 단체여행객을 밈ㅎ이 받아서 늦은 밤에도 시끄러워 잠을 못잤어요. 화장식에서 냄새나서 청소를 다시 하고 이용하였고 침구도 너무 사각거리는 소리가 나서 움직일때마자 소리가 거슬렸어요. 직원분들 츤절했으니 전체 복도와 룸카펫에서 냄새가 났어요.

- Angelina (8/5): Very good - Location and triple room had 3 single beds. The week we were there, it was warm in Jeju despite it being December. There were no aircon in the rooms and the temperature in the rooms went up to 30 degrees. Called reception but they said they have no aircon and just to open tiny windows to cool down the rooms… Staff were not that friendly… they have check in kiosk but it is mandatory to use it eventhough the reception is staffed.

- Chivonne (7/5): Comfortable rooms, Variety of breakfast, but unfriendly staff - Breakfast was good. First time having local dishes for breakfast. Please try their oranges, very juicy and sweet! Every morning, there's a slight variety so breakfast wasn't boring even though we had it for 4 days. Location was great. Multiple bus stops outside the hotel, and there were walking streets nearby as well which grow busy at night. Olive young, restaurants, the face shop etc were in walking distance. Room was clean and spacious. Overall was a great stay :) Staff could've been friendlier. Couldn't speak English but luckily we could speak a little Mandarin. They were not smiling much and constantly showed impatient expressions and spoke in impatient tone. I sincerely hope that the staff's attitudes can be improved.

One particularly lacks enthusiasm/ initiative in his service when we approach him for some issues with the coin laundry. Most staffs do not smile and give no greetings when they meet the customers face to face. The staffs at Skypark III Hotel in Seoul ( we stayed there last October)are much more friendlier and hospitable.
