- Koko (10/5): - We stayed at The Light Exclusive Villas in Seminyak for my birthday, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. My fiancee and I had a spacious private villa with a kitchen and pool, which was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The villa was cleaned every day, and everything was kept in perfect condition. What truly made our stay memorable was the staff. Every single person we met was kind, warm, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made us feel so welcome and really elevated the whole experience. The location is also excellent—just a short walk to the main shopping area in Seminyak, with countless dining options close by. Getting around couldn’t be easier with Gojek or Grab, and there are plenty of convenience stores nearby too. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the property, which was excellent. There was a wide variety to choose from: fresh fruit, cereal, toast, Asian dishes, and eggs cooked fresh to your liking. Everything was delicious and a perfect way to start each day. Overall, our stay at The Light Exclusive Villas was exceptional. The combination of a beautiful villa, outstanding staff, a convenient location, and great food makes this a place I couldn’t recommend highly enough for anyone visiting Seminyak. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff and to the hotel manager for making our stay so special.

There was no language barriers with the staff and the local people in the region. In a good location too the shopping places, restaurants and bars The manager of the property also gave me and my husband a complimentary Balinese Massage for an hour, which was much needed.

- Lucinda Claire (4/5): - Don't be fooled by the photos online, this is NOT what it looks like!! These photos were probably taken 10 years ago. The property is very run down and needs ALOT of maintenance! We only stayed 1 night out of 7 & booked somewhere else for the remainder of our holiday. It is not safe around the pool, there is broken and uneven decking, nails sticking up. The furniture is old and smells like mould... We asked for a new room and the other was exactly the same. This was such a shame and definitely added to the cost of our holiday and stress of finding somewhere else at such sort notice. Learn from us and just avoid if you want a nice place to relax in.

The property is well located to Eat street seminyak and a short taxi ride from the beach. The single bedroom villa we had was well fitted out and clean. I arranged the romantic candle lit dinner for two in the villa and it was a great experience.
- Trung (10/5): - The property is very quiet & peaceful. We love the breakfast even though there are not many varities but it changes every day & was delicios. The private swimming pool was fantastic, great seating area & nice big room. The best thing was the staff. They were so polite & focus on guest satisfaction. The only negative i would give is the slow wifi, i guess because we have the room right at the back. But we will definitely come back to The Light next time we visit Bali & will stay longer. Thank you to all staff from front desk to food & beverage attendants & room attendants they were all amazing.

If you're not looking closely, the breakfast buffet looks simple but the food is so flavourful and they put effort into making changes everyday so it's not too repetitive. The omelettes are wonderful too! Not a huge establishment which is nice because the amenities are great but it's not too loud and buzzing with people. We had a relaxing time and would recommend this property without hesitation.

The breakfast selection was changed every day and was of good quality The only down side was the pool. The tile step down into the pool was extremely slippery and both my husband and myself (very active and in our 70’s) slipped on the tiles when entering to pool My husband hurt his shoulder and I hurt my wrist. This would be a real problem for young children or someone a little infirm. There was no stair or hand rail for entering the pool We did wear socks when entering the pool after slipping this did stop the problem but the pool does need some attention as it could be very dangerous

- Sandy (10/5): - We had a great 5 night stay at the villa during Nyepi. The washroom was large and comfortable fully loaded with toiletries. The private pool was amazing, and pool towels provided upon request. The lounge area was great to have a room service meal. We also had a spa treatment in which the masseuses did a great job. The food selection was great and what we considered reasonably priced. The breakfast included was great, with an egg bar and ability to take special requests. Beware there are a lot of bugs (to be expected) so bring mosquito repellent! Would recommend!

- Kyra (10/5): - The Light Exclusive Villas & Spa was perfect walking distance from Eat Street, shopping centres, night life and small market stalls. The staff were very friendly, polite and hospitable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a different variety of food each morning and the option to have fresh made eggs and bacon your way. The hotel provides transfer to/from the airport at an extra charge. Highly recommend Daniel for this service and other transportation needs. The hotel was also able to look after our bags upon early check-in/late check-out which was very convenient. Highly recommend The Light Exclusive Villas and Spa.
