Entrée par le portillon piéton. Personne à la réception ! N'aillant pas eu les codes accès pour la chambre nous communiquons par interphone avec une personne qui nous donne les codes par l'intermédiaire de l'écran tactile dans le sas d'entrée. Pas de repas et pas d'information sur les possibilités de restaurations, nous nous sommes servi au distributeur automatique bien garnit. 21 h 35. Nous recevons les codes d'accès. • Amy (10/5): - We were passing through. Such a convenient stop from the motorway, easy to find and the late checkin with the code worked well. Great travelling with two dogs. Very clean and secure car park.

• Susan (8/5): Good for stopover - Good overall but late check in was a problem as we were not given a room code prior to arrival so had to ring the reservation help line and enter lots of details again. Not good when it’s late and you just want to go to bed. If you book direct with B&B it’s much easier as they automatically send you a check in code prior to arrival.

Literie moyenne. Cependant chambre propre. Amabilité du premier jour un peu juste. Par contre la personne du 2eme petit déjeuner était très aimable. Un peu déçus.

• David (4/5): Entretien laissant à désirer - Nous sommes arrivés vers 21h, borne fonctionnelle pour le Check-in. Arrivé dans la chambre le pommeau de douche était démonté et cassé. Nous allons donc à la rencontre du vigile pour lui signaler. Au bout d’environ 10mn nous avons une nouvelle chambre. Cependant celle-ci sentait très fortement le tabac et le lit avait une odeur très forte (indéterminée) perturbant notre sommeil… Je ne recommande donc pas cet hôtel.
• Ian (2/5): - The stay itself was fine. However, I noticed a couple of insect bites that were a little ithcy in the morning. As the day went on more and more appeared and in the night it appears that I amassed for 90 (Ninety) terribly itchy and inflamed insect bites all over my body from head to foot. I have tried to contact the hotel directly as there is clearly a huge issue, but no response as yet. I am hoping that this will spark them into action.

Tres bon rapport qualite prix - Hotel d'affaire en zone industrielle pratique, propre et fonctionnel.le petute dejeuner est tres bien, tant en qualite qu'en quantité . Le oarkibg est equipe de brone de recharge pour vehicules leectriques et les abords et jardin tres fleuris sont agreables. Restaurants dans la zone commerciale a 300m.

Please make sure you get rid of all the bed bugs and all the other tiny insects which I couldn't identify. Luckily it was a short stay on the way to Paris so I could do with a few hours of sleep (had to check the kids regularly).

• Jennifer (8/5): Small for 2 people - For the first time I shared a room with my 11 year old grand child and was disappointed with the size of the room. Very clean but beds might as well have been one double - you couldnt separate them because they were together in a head board arrangement.

• Marion (10/5): Lovely hotel to break our journey - This is our second stay at B&B Evreux, arriving very late (1am and 2am respectively) each time. Check-in is so easy with the code texted in advance, the rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet, and the staff really kind and helpful. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend. For a budget hotel particularly, it’s excellent.

Il faut aller dans la douche pour avoir du savon shampoing. Un peu cavalier pour un hôtel de bon confort. Briefing de recentrage sur le service minima de l'hygiène. Au prix d'une savonnette, réponse laxiste et jugement de fond mal venu auorzs de ka clientèle. Soyez vigilant. Manager chargée de mission.

• Sonia (10/5): Highly recommended - Excellent stay, hotel & bedrooms exceptionally clean, staff welcoming, helpful & friendly. The area is very quiet, so you should have a good sleep. Dont miss the breakfast... it is excellent, with all fresh food & a very good choice, not like the usual stale breakfast in comparable hotels & not like the photo in reception ! We will definitely make a point of staying here again. There some good restaurants within walking distance, if you need dinner.

Première impression pas très agréable du coup… La chambre était très bien agencée et très propre. En revanche, les cloisons ne sont pas épaisses donc pour le silence, ce n’est pas l’idéal. Petits points négatifs : la tv n’était pas branchée, il nous a fallu nous en occuper, et le rideau de douche commence à être usé (traces de moisissures en bas).

• Dirk (10/5): Gutes neues Hotel für kurzen Aufenthalt - Das Hotel liegt für Autoreisen mit eigenem Parkplatz verkehrsgünstig am äußeren Stadtrand von Evreux. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Schnellstraßen sind direkt erreichbar, aber trotz der Straßen ist es in den Zimmer durch die Verglasung sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind selbst, wie auch das Hotel, recht neu. Leider fällt das Zimmer sehr klein aus, ist aber für die Durchreise völlig in Ordnung. Der Check-In mit dem Automaten bei geschlossener Rezeption am Abend funktionierte auch problemlos. Kleine Mankos waren im Badezimmer zu finden, einerseits die Dusche, die schon etwas mitgenommen aussah und der Wasserstrahl der doch recht knapp an der Wand verlief und nicht verstellbar war. Anderseits war im Badezimmer zu bemängeln, dass die WC-Spülung aus dem WC hinaus spritzte und innerhalb unserer 4 Nächte leider an keinem Tag die Handtücher gewechselt bzw. das Toilettenpapier nachgefüllt wurde. Im Zimmer gab es sonst nur kleine Mankos, kein Mülleimer und leider keine deutschen Fernsehsender. Zusammengefasst, ist das Hotel für kurze Aufenthalt sehr gut und auch deutlich besser als andere Motels

• paul (8/5): Very happy - We stay at this hotel 4 times a year en-route to Spain & back , all the rooms have been renovated in the last year , staff are very friendly, only thing lacking for us, there used to be a stool & well as a chair in the room, now only a chair , meaning one of us has to sit on the bed.

Fairly new and clean, good bed and shower but the cells are very cramped and there is no hairdryer or basin soap . Breakfast good with scrambled egg and bacon available. Grill / steakhouse next door with excellent burgers and shopping mall a few hundred metres away.

• Steven (10/5): Secure and comfortable and clean - We had an overnight stop with our two boys 7&8. The late accces was easy with a secure car park gate requiring only to checkin at the machine in the lobby to obtain our room code and this also let us in at the gate all very simple really. The car park was not full sonplenty of room. OurvRoom for 4 was big enough with a separated area for the boys to sleep in giving plenty of privacy and a lot more than we had had in family rooms elsewhere. We led Clarky to continue our journey so can't comment on the breakfast options thought I'm sure it would be as good as can be for the price. This is my second stay in b&b hotels and will recommend and stay again.
• Brian (10/5): Great stress free stay - Great service and our requests for disabled access to one room with the other room near was meet resulting in a great stress free stay for our 94 year old father. Several restaurants in the immediate area
• Paul (8/5): Overall OK - Good stay, however got there before 5.00 pm (which was check in time) and there was no-one on site to talk to. Had to wait around for 30 minutes to check-in. Manager quite 'surly' and had to change from a non-smoking room because it was obvious that the previous clients had been smoking in there. Easy change to another room.
• Susan (8/5): Good basic b&b for a stopover with no frills - Not able to check in automatically when arriving at 10 pm as we were not given a code prior to arrival. Normally we get a code from b&b direct immediately after booking with hotels.com. This time we did not get the correct code in advance. The code we were given by hotels .com did not work and had too many digits. Had to ring through to a b&b head office in the end to be given a code. Not sure who is at fault here? Otherwise our stay was pleasant and comfortable enough for an overnight stay. Very good breakfast.

• springer spanie (8/5): Perfect for an overnight stay - Lots of building work close by but should be really nice when finished with a lovely shopping complex an up an coming area. Although there is no restaurant or bar at the hotel there is a restaurant door and you are given a 15% discount by the hotel to set off against your bill.
• Dr Justin (6/5): December 2017 stay - Security guard was very helpful in getting us checked-in, particularly since the auto-check in didn't recognise our booking. Room was not very clean - in particularly, the carpet was filthy, as was the shower (where there was quite a lot of mould). Beds were comfortable and we slept OK. Room was basic (as we expected), but pretty worn and tired and tatty.
• David (6/5): Not up to standard. Overcharged 3 times! - Arrived at hotel to subjected a remote machine check in procedure. Not the same welcome as being able to talk to a real person. The whole process was very clumsy (as a result we ended up being charged 3 times for the room even though our booking clearly stated that it had been paid for at the time of the booking being made- still not resolved). Room was very small but comfortable. The curtins were dirty and needed cleaning, the paint was peeling from the ceiling. Bathroom was ok, wifi worked well. Did not avail of the breakfast so cannot comment. Staff were friendly when they were present although the staff member who was on the desk was unable to resolve our overcharging problem (in fact whatever he did meant we were charged a third time). The whole experience left a bit of a sour note, to the extent that we probably won't use B&B again. In todays competitive hotel market B&B needs to lift its game if it hopes to compete with the likes of IBIS or Premier.

• Verified traveler (10/5): evreux - Stayed here as a base to visit Giverny while driving through France. Location suited us as right on the very edge of town beyond the big supermarket in a business park. Rooms tight for four if you have suitcases but we travel light. No frills.
