- Elisabeth (8/5): Easy-going, convenient, modern hotel. - We had a pleasant stay here and the room was comfortable (and large). The hotel offers an airport shuttle, which is convenient. There was a generous buffet breakfast and free wifi We would stay here again. There was some confusion on check-in, which led to delays on check-out, but everything was straightened out eventually. The surrounding neighborhood doesn't have much to see, but that cannot really be helped and one can walk from there to sites like St. Anne and the Poto Poto market.

The hotel itself is a decent building, but is surrounded by some pretty unimpressive properties - the same can be said for much of Brazzaville. It was centrally located, within comfortable walking distance of many of the main sights, restaurants etc. Having said that, taxis are cheap and abundant everywhere.

Rommene er store og det er rent og pent generelt på hele hotellet. Hyggelig uteområde med basseng hvor det er hyggelig å slappe av eventuelt ta imot egne gjester for en drink eller spise. Frokosten er veldig bra, variert med varm og kald mat. Restauranten byr også på alt fra pizza til deilige Kongolesiske retter. Hotellet ligger sentralt til i byen noe som gjør det greit å bevege seg rundt på beina. Det er også gratis parkering rett på utsiden av hotellet. Virkelig et hotell jeg anbefaler.

Important improvements could be made in cleaning the bathroom for example. In addition, I had: used glasses in my rooms; only one water bottle for the entire stay (3 days); room service staying very long in the corridor. Wifi is also quite poor, but working.

The location, the hotel itself, the breakfast but the manager and the staff put this hotel OVER the top!! Absolutely amazing. Naji (the manager) communicated with me the minute I booked the hotel and helped me with my itinerary, assisted me in obtaining a guide in Kinshasa, and repeatedly made sure I was satisfied with my visit. Lionel, one of the front desk workers went above and beyond. He drove me around, spoke perfect English, made sure I was safe, gave me a history of the city, and gave awesome recommendations for places to eat. I would come back to Brazzaville solely because of this hotel. Nothing at all.

I had to change rooms because they had to air on set on 31 degrees and there was no remote control. I changed rooms and then woke up covered in bites. I assumed this was bed bugs from a room the night before but the second day I woke up and had double the number of bites. They were in a line and very itchy. I just checked out and left. On top of this there kept having pier cuts and I got stuck in the elevator during one of these! Overall not a great stay!

The staff was friendly, very helpful and always at your service. The breakfast is amazing , the food in this hotel is always very tasty ! The rooms are spacious, very clean and well decorated. The band by the pool at night gives this place a vibrant life ! The art in this hotel is to die for ! Thank you for making our stay in Congo a fantastic one. I highly recommend this hotel !
- Melody (7/5): Good value for money - The room was spacious, the bed was beyond comfortable and the food was amazing. The staff were also very attentive. During the weekend it seemed that the staff were a bit overwhelmed because it took a bit longer to get your orders. The rooms get cold at night so inclusions of carpets may be a good idea

Delux room are super - lot of space, clean, TV, AC - everything you need. There is a big terrasse with the swimming pool ! It’s really nice to enjoy after a day of visiting - moreover the staff is super nice & helpfull - big thanks to Sami & all the team who make us a super stay ! We will be back for sure :)

- Linda (5/5): Customer service goes a long way folks! - The location is ideal for my work place, the facilities (lobby etc.) look nice. There were roaches in my room — I don’t do creepy crawlers. Also decided to try their restaurant tonight (because I’m here until the 31st, haven’t checked out yet) and they brought up lamb that was super super overcooked and therefore hard as hell. I try to eat it but really… it was trash. What’s even more trash is that I’m told I have to wait for the chef to accept whether or not I can reject the inedible dish, then wait another 20 mins for my lobster (new order) to come out. 30+ mins later, I’m tired, just want to go back to my room, I ask to be checked out. They call their white manager who comes and tells me I can’t eat half of the meal, reject it and expect not to pay for it. Wow. Not seeing my money again.

It was the first of many personal touches from the management that extended throughout my 4-night stay. Both Hamid and Pierre went out of their way to ensure that my stay was successful. In fact their level of concern and assistance exceeded anything I've experienced in many years of travel. The hotel itself is elegant, but not ostentatious. The pool is great, the gym (with full-time trainer) exceptional, the rooms very comfortable. A great value for the money.

Wonderful breakfast, as a fan of soccer I watched all the games in my room. If you want to change money they do it for you in the hotel with a very nice rate. I will never forget the experience I have lived in this hotell. Mikhaels will be always in my memory !

Breakfast was excellent, a wide variety of food, very pleasant atmosphere, and they open very early (05.30). The bar on the first floor was lovely and the artwork on the ground floor was outstanding. It was one of the most pleasant hotel stays I have had in a long time.

They all could English and went out of their way to arrange thing for me and to see to it that I would d be safe. (I had just come from a 5-star hotel in Kinshasa where I had the opposite experience!) The breakfast could have been a bit better - for example, no egg selection (just processed scambled eggs)
