Guest Reviews
- Michael (10/5): - Loved everything about the property would stay there again
- Maria Olga Patricia (4/5): - Rude and aggressively indifferent staff. Never had such an experience in all my many years of traveling.
Not coming back.
- Carrie (8/5): - it was cool
- Luc (8/5): - Short night close to the airport
- Katisha (10/5): - Amazing staff.
- steve (10/5): - friendly staff and very clean property
- Michael (8/5): - The staff were great.
- Chloe (10/5): - Hotel was quaint, but very nice. Staff was friendly and approachable
- Mario (10/5): - Wonderful !
- James (10/5): - Great restaurant - Nautilus
- Robert (10/5): - Location near airport was what we wanted however not much to eat nearby. They do have food at the hotel. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Could use more pillows.
- Virginia (10/5): - It is what u would expect
- Erin (10/5): - This is a very laid back hotel, with a very comfortable and extensive lounge/bar area. Perfect location for flying out of CDG, with a very efficient shuttle service. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. This is one of the most quiet hotel I’ve ever stayed at. No noise from other guest rooms and not even airport traffic sounds. Would definitely stay again.
- Cameron (10/5): - LIked it alot.. Very modern with a lot of amenities
- Jane (10/5): - Shuttle runs only mornings and evenings, hard to get Uber or Bolt to drive to a location so close to airport during the afternoon but eventually managed to get there.
- Edgar (4/5): - We arrived at around 10 and the check in process was very slow, despite not being a busy time of the day. The room was ok, but the tv control never worked. It is fine for an overnight stay but don’t expect much from this hotel
- Jennifer (10/5): - Perfect
- Bethann (10/5): - The evening and breakfast buffet were very good - all the staff were friendly and helpful
- DeAnn L. (8/5): - Friendly staff. Sufficient for airport stay. Limited activity nearby.
- Durelle (6/5): - The staff are very friendly and attentive. The iPad remote for the room doesn’t work properly there is no heating option and room was a bit dirty.
- Jean-Marc (10/5): - Staying at the Nomad hotel at CDG is always a pleasant experience. Punctual airport shuttle, welcoming staff, very clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, located in a nice village. What's not to like?
- Claudia (4/5): - The hotel was fine for an airport hotel, clean and efficient. However, the staff was not very helpful. They claimed they had sent me the shuttle bus schedule but I never received it so ended up waiting for a shuttle from the airport for over an hour that does not come during some times in the day. When I booked the shuttle back to the airport the next day, the price was 7euro, however, I used my US credit card and the person selected the automatic US$ conversion without asking me so I was charged US$ 14, an overblown price. The hotel is only convenient if the shuttle is working, otherwise, it's not accessible from the airport train station, you have to take a public bus. Better to stay at Citizen M or Ibis which are located next to the train station that links to the airport.
- Molly (10/5): - Absolutely fantastic stay! Loved the shower, the unique plywood design, the projector TV, the way the console tells you how much water you’ve used. Such a fab place for an overnight stay.
- Rose Ann (10/5): - Beautiful rooms and right by airport. Upgraded and modern inside.
- Michael (10/5): - Excellent service
- Jean-Marc (10/5): - The staff was super helpful and pleasant.
The food options at the hotel were very good and varied.
I would just suggest updating the website regarding the shuttle pickup location at the airport and being more specific about how to access it.
- Wang (10/5): - Good stay
- Tsahi (2/5): - Not friendly staff, elevator not working and room was provided without cleaning from previous
- Andrée (8/5): - easy to get to the train with the shuttle
- Luiza (10/5): - This is a very well designed property. It has spaces for relaxation, work, eating, etc. The room we occupied was clean and modern and very innovative, with multifunctional compartments. Very interesting shower!
- Andres Avelino (4/5): - Got in late, room neighbor enter my room twice since connecting door was open, then the staff showed in my room without knocking to lock from my room and then leaving. Out of the 6 hrs i had to sleep i lost 2
- Arvind (10/5): - Great stay
- vishal (6/5): - Not really recommend if you want to visit full paris city. Very far from eiffel tower.
Breakfast is really good and staff too. Ypu have a pizaa shop near near and maked amazing pizza but is closed till 11pm and monday closed.
- Merna (10/5): - The service was great. The hotel is exceptionally clean!!
- Richard (8/5): - Waiting for 5 minufor hot water not really eco friendly. Had to get technician to turn ac on. Window shades would not go up. Room a little small, but clean and quiet. Breakfast pretty good.
- Carol (8/5): - Trendy room with unique shower in the room
- Fannika (10/5): - Very beautiful would recommend
- randy (10/5): - Aziz at the front desk/bar went above and beyond for us. He was a true gem at this hotel. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean. I would recommend this hotel. It was conveniently located near the airport and getting into Paris, with Aziz’s help, was easy.
- Vivian (4/5): - Quiet location (good) but elevator, air conditioner, exhaust in room not working, I learned later that it’s controlled only by staff remotely; room smells like vomit residue (was not cleaned well) dusty with mosquitoes
- Kathern (10/5): - Very efficient room amenities. It took a few
minutes to figure out how to work everything, but I was impressed by how many things they thought of when designing it.
- Sophia (10/5): - Very clean ecofriendly room and brand new. Nice big shower in the room but curtain to give privacy. Took Bus 2101 5 stops from Terminal 1 to get to hotel. Airport shuttle was not running at 4am so paid 22 Euros to get to airport for departure flight. Would be better to have blackout curtains in room. Elevator was not working but only had to walk 1 flight up. Beautiful welcoming lobby with compact workout gym. Great value to stay if flying out of CDG airport.
- Michael (6/5): - We arrived at 1:30. We were told by a young staff member we would have to wait until 4:00-4:30. Not happy but we were committed. An older staff member found us a short while and asked if she could help us. We told her that we told about our wait time and immediately said she would check us into our room. Management needs to speak with junior staff about customer service. The junior staff is making the rest of your staff look bad.
- Ron (6/5): - Small, okay for a night
- Mario (6/5): Nomad at CDG - Good hotel for one night before a flight, but not exceptional. They offer a service similar to Citizen M, but overall not as WOW !
- Amanda (6/5): - Very clean great shuttle driver. Went out of his way to helpful. Very unsafe shower. Very slick with nothing to hold onto. All glass. Also a buffet for eating. Expensive. No other options even outside hotel.
- Mark (10/5): - Clean, friendly staff, convient airport shuttle
- derek (8/5): - Great for one night but no more than 2
- Ahtishaam (8/5): - Nice modern property - nice area to walk around with a clean park close by
- Isabella (10/5): - Cleanliness; staff; convenience; good breakfast
- Gretchen (10/5): - Missed our flight out of Paris and needed a close hotel. This was a sweet little gem. Minimal with a Danish flair for compactness. The bed was extremely comfortable. Check in and check out was super easy. They did offer a buffet for 22-year-old a person . The food was decent but I thought a big pricey for what they had to offer. Unfortunately the area is pretty remote and there's not enough for the options around. For 7 Euro/person, you can take a shuttle back to the airport (cheaper than a taxi)
- Jocelyn (8/5): - Propre et efficace, technologies bien utilisées.
- Anna-Lynn (10/5): Convenient location at a reasonable price - Great stay. Front desk staff was especially helpful and friendly. Annelise was very helpful and helping us find our way into Paris. The gentleman who came to help us with the TV controls was also very friendly and helpful.
Very convenient to Paris by bus and RER. Also very accessible to the airport by car.
One thing I’ve noticed about travelling in France there are no English speaking news channels on the TV and after having been away from home for more than two weeks, it would be nice to have a little bit of news. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay. The beds were very comfortable.
- Nadine (6/5): - We reserved a hotel shuttle to the airport in advance, but when we arrived, the bus was overbooked and we were left waiting an additional 30 minutes past our scheduled time. Not only was this stressful with a flight to catch, but the hotel staff offered no accommodation, apology, or sense of urgency. Their indifference to the situation made it clear that guest experience was not a priority. I expected better service and communication, especially for something as important as airport transportation.
- Rudolph (8/5): - Convenient for access to CDG airport.
- Susan (8/5): - Citizen M type hotel and great value for an airport stay. My only comment is some simple updates to the rooms would make a big difference. But they were clean and staff was friendly. Great breakfast!
- sergio (8/5): - It was close to transportation the shuttle service to the airport the room also pretty clean area easy to reach his own restaurant on the side very convenient also the service not bad at all.
- Shelley (2/5): - The features in the room were supposedly run by the ipad attached to the top of the headboard. The ipad did not work in our room and at 2:30 am we spent quite a bit of time trying to get everything to work manually. Lights, air, etc. The shower was next to the bed and not separate in a separate room.
- Paul (10/5): - Great airport hotel. Great value. Excellent friendly and cool building. Great breakfast. Given location, tho, and limited options in area, would only use as arrival / departure hotel for airport. But great for that purpose. Will use again for sure.
- Valerie (8/5): - Coffee in the room would be nice.
- Noah (6/5): - It was generally quite good, but the temperature in the room was set to 30°C (86°F) and never fully cooled off, even after we turned the heat off. It was very warm to sleep.
- Crystal (10/5): - So unique and an easy stay!
- Sherry (10/5): - Great hotel with easy access to buses. Shuttle and breakfast additional costs.
- Anderson (8/5): Close to CDG can reach by airport bus - Check in time at 1600 able to check in around 1445. Room is good size, shuttle bus only run in the morning & evening. Not far from CDG will stay again next time in CDG.
- Michael (10/5): - Technology focused
- Jennifer (2/5): - Poor customer service.
- David (10/5): - Good option to stay near the airport.
- Ghadir (8/5): - Clean and comfortable.
- Amy (10/5): - A good stop for us on an overnight layover! It was fun playing with the ipad controls.
- ARISTIDE (10/5): - All good!
- Michel (10/5): Great overnight stay - Excellent hotel great service convenient shuttle, good food available, I will come back
- Marta (8/5): Good as usual - It was great, very clean, very quiet.
My biggest complain were the pillows.
Flimsy, minimalistic, didn’t give any support. The price of breakfast wasn’t acceptable! Otherwise I will certainly be back. I like the ambience, the cleanliness and friendly staff.
- Leatanya (8/5): - The USB ports didn’t work. Didn’t like the shower in the middle of the room. The blind control on the iPad didn’t work. Not well lite outside
- Cherif (10/5): - A
- Manuel (10/5): - Perfect
- Jeremy (8/5): - The staff was amazing.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Works for an overnight stay - Works well if you are flying out of CDG early for an overnight stay
- Xavier (10/5): - Eco and innovative aspect of the hotel and rooms
- Melissa (8/5): - Very disappointed with the shuttle service. The driver was told multiple times what gate but he still dropped us off at the wrong gate. He just told us to walk around to it. We paid $15 euro and didn’t even get the right gate for our departure. We would have been better to get an Uber.
- Joan (10/5): - Great people working there, very nice friendly employees , had great time
- Jose Gamaliel (10/5): - Great hotel for a one night stay. Far from everything but very close to the airport. Extremely clean, super eco friendly, good breakfast and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
- Salomon (8/5): - tout est bien mais le matelas des chambres sont très dure sinon personnel hyperactif serviable et très gentil
- The (10/5): - Very good service and quiet place 👍👍👍
- Paddy (10/5): - Eco friendly in a fun way. A pleasant surprise. Very thoughtful. Great selection for the buffet dinner and breakfast. Easy shuttle service.
- Hunter (6/5): - Good enough. The rooms and property are good. The room felt spacious. The dinner is okay, way too overpriced. But the main problem with this place is the staff were terrible. They made me feel like I was a mangy stray dog who wandered off the street and was begging for scraps. The first room they gave me hadn’t been cleaned. I went back, and instead of an apology I got disbelief. Still, without any explanation or anything he gave me a new room. Went down and when I asked about dinner the girl shrugged at me and treated me like I was her annoying younger brother. In the morning, the driving service made no attempt. Just opened the door. No verbal communication whatsoever. I stayed in France over a month and it was some of the worst service I experienced my entire time there. The place is decent but the staff seemed to do the bare minimum.
- Connie Diane Marie (6/5): - Shuttle was helpful yet unclear direction on where to meet at the airport -says terminal 3 but it’s actually at exit 5 the taxi area
- Amber (8/5): I would stay here again - The hotel was extremely convenient and affordable considering how close it is to the airport and the fact that they offer a shuttle to and from the airport every 30 minutes. The dinner and breakfast were surprisingly incredible. My only issue is that the bed wasn’t comfortable and the room had an unpleasant smell. For the price and location though, I would stay there again.
- Karen (8/5): - Great spot, very convenient. Some noise from airplanes given proximity to airport.
- sandra (10/5): - It is fine. There is food and quiet.
- sandra (10/5): - The shuttle to CDG airport is easy as is subway into Paris. Very clean and quiet. Great food and friendly staff.
- Rob (10/5): - Convenience to the airport. Quiet.
Staff was very nice and helpful.
- Philippe (8/5): Pratique - Bonne halte avant de prendre l'avion
- Manish (6/5): - The decor is beautiful. It’s very clean and the staff is friendly. The morning breakfast was very generous and elaborate with tons of options. A few areas that need attention are that the shower floor was dangerously slippery. And also I had to make three trips to get a bottle of water. It wasn’t free but that’s ok, I didn’t mind paying the 5 euros, but the staff does not deliver to the room and the bottle required a bottle opener. You don’t appreciate such small stuff when you’re tired from a long journey. One more thing, I’m not sure if the airport shuttle can drop you at your terminal but maybe I should’ve have asked because everyone was dropped at Terminal 3, and it’s not close to the other terminals.
- Julie (10/5): - This is always a good stay when near CDG. Breakfast is typical hotel fare.
- Willis (8/5): - This place has a wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Felt very welcome here.
- Gabriella (6/5): - Difficult to access by local transport. No hot water, no coffee machine in room. Transport to airport was appreciated
- Gisele (10/5): - My favorite spot before a flight. Price/distance good match!
- Nigel (8/5): - Staff were great, very attentive and polite.
Breakfast was quite good value for the cost
Room was clean
- James (10/5): - Clean, modern, well kept hotel 5 minutes from CDG.
- Garry (10/5): - Loved the shower
- Simon (4/5): - I’m not sure the room was cleaned before we occupied it. Hairs in bathroom and sink, blood on sheets.
I wouldn’t recommend staying here! It’s not really an airport hotel -well outside of the airport.
