- Naoto (10/5): 旅の始まりに快適に過ごせた2日間。 - とても快適な二日間でした。スタッフの方もとてもフレンドリーで親切にしてくださいました。 チェックアウトの時、朝7時30分ごろの電車に乗ると伝えたら、6時半から朝食が食べれるように手配してくれました。本当に感謝です！ 次にシャモニーに訪れる際も…必ずこの宿に宿泊したいと思います。ありがとうございました！ 少しシャワーの水圧が弱い。それ以外はパーフェクト！

The neighbours were partying late and loud, but this stays out of the hotel’ staff control of course, tourists are different.

Det kan vara bullrigt från gatan på natten men det var verkligen inget som störde oss: Är man ljudkänslig för nattliv och morgontrafik kanske man ska önska ett rum utan montain view mot underbara Mont Blanc :)

- David (9/5): Delightful hotel in the heart of Chamonix with comfortable lounge and great breakfast - Fantastic location, Tidy room, friendly staff, great lounge/bar area, best breakfast I've had in the Alps. Staff was very accommodating and brought a shower stool to my room when I needed it after a ski accident took out my knee. I used the sauna on a previous stay and this is really nice. The available handicap/accessible room had only one bed so we stayed in a regular room (just one night so this was accessible ). It would be really great if there were an accessible room with two beds.

Qui vous laisse pendant 15 minutes devant les bornes pour accéder au parking sous terrain. Pas de bouilloire, café ou thé dans la chambre. Ni bouteille d’eau. Sèche cheveux d’un autre siècle.

Clean room Comfortable bed , great location , heating in the room was excellent The shower was great too, and the water was always hot, which is amazing The housekeeping is always perfect and excellent The room is always clean The room has so many shelves which is very good and helpful and I like that there were many hangers in the room and inside the bathroom The room color and decoration is something I really liked. It was very cozy. The staff and the food and drinks at the hotel’s restaurant is great. I could hear the people talking and laughing in the room next to me so maybe improvement in soundproof should be considered between rooms
