- Ali (1/5): - I strongly advise against staying at 45 Park Lane. During my stay, I was the victim of a serious theft inside my room by someone with authorized access. My genuine Rolex watch was stolen from my handbag and replaced with a counterfeit. This was an unprecedented and shocking experience, and the hotel management failed to handle the situation properly. For the safety of your belongings and peace of mind, I do not recommend this hotel.

I was surprised that the staff at the hotel were practising lifeguard exercises in the pool during opening hours for guest. This could have been done during the evening when closed to guests. Coupled with the hot tub being broken we found the the pool area could have been more relaxing and did not meet the standards of other similar priced hotels in London

I stayed in a studio room which was very comfortable and practical for a 5 night stay with a sofa area, large desk, bar, and large bathroom.

Great location and it has very nice bar. The bathrooms are amazing with fully electric commode. The little extras that they put in the room like the chocolates etc are really good and definitely worth having. The first thing that hits as you walk in the font door is the smell of food coming from the restaurant. Unfortunately this is the reception area and kind of cheapens the ambiance. Its not what you expect from such an up market hotel. The bed was not the best as it sank in the middle.

- Paul (10/5): - This hotel overlooks Hyde Park so it's quite expensive as you would expect. But the room we had was a great size with a perfect view of the park. Everything about the room seemed new and/or recently updated. Heated bathroom floors. A shower as good as the one in our house (extremely rare for us). Very convenient control of everything in the room from the touch screen on the phone. Friendly staff. Extensive room service menu with pretty quick delivery.

- Daniel (7/5): Expected more for the money. - the massage was really good, and the room was nice. jacuzzi & steam room were not working. The thermostat in our room was not working which meant we could not adjust the temperature.
