- Susana (10/5): Wonderful stay with exceptional service and outstanding housekeeping! - I want to sincerely thank the housekeeping team for the outstanding service during my stay. Everything was always spotless, organized, and beautifully maintained. Their attention to detail, kindness, and hard work truly made a difference and made me feel comfortable and welcomed every day.
The room was consistently fresh, clean, and cared for with excellence. It’s clear this team takes great pride in what they do. Thank you for going above and beyond — you are truly appreciated! I had a very pleasant experience overall.
No complaints — the staff and service exceeded my expectations

- Cayla (7/5): It was okay but the price is too high for the conditions. I was hoping for a very clean room for the price. - Staff was kind. Breakfast was good. There were hairs in the bathroom. Our bathroom door was broken and made a loud noise every time you came in and out.
- Ausburn (10/5): -
- Sara (8/5): Lovely - Great customer service! Comfy beds and my kids loved the breakfast! The pool couldn’t be used. Someone was using weed on our floor.
- Sharon (7/5): It was great for one night. I would not stay there for a long extended stay. - The breakfast was great and the room was clean. We loved having the dog area. The dog area had a broken gate and was hard to open/close and you had to watch to make sure your dog did not get out. The bags for the dogs were out at one of the containers and the container was full and had not been changed very recently.

- Salim (10/5): - Everything usually coffee i never drink that much coffee before it was best It was.all perfect
- Ernest (2/5): Don’t plan to stay there on my way home. - Easy access from the highway Two queen beds. First had a broken spring that made a loud noise every time I rolled over so I had to change beds. At the free breakfast, the coffee maker wouldn’t make coffee until it was cleaned. The pancake maker needed a code that was not supplied. The toaster required you to hold a button in to work. Took a while to find an employee to deal with the coffeemaker. Once it was made, the creamer for the coffee was curdled.

- Christina (8/5): - This is a perfect location for our visit to Chattanooga.
- Mark (10/5): -
- Robert (4/5): Breakfast ruined it for me. Probably will not stay at this hotel again. - Location was ok. This was the worst breakfast I ever had at a hotel. Eggs were watery, sausage was saturated in grease, biscuits looked like they had never been cooked, they were cold and hard as a rock. For $200 a night you would have thought you would have a great breakfast.
- Ilene (9/5): Passing through - Easy access Nothing

- Johnathan (2/5): A thief can go and steal your belongings in the parking lot and the hotel won’t help you at all - In the hotel parking lot a thief broke the window of my car to steal my belongings and the hotel did not want to help us with the problem, the lady at the reception just laughed and said we can’t do anything and we won’t be responsible for that. (That night they did the same with two other cars, I have evidence of what happened)
IT’S NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY STEAL THERE!!!

- Julie (10/5): I booked this twice coming and going back on our trip. - In a nice quiet location. Checked in easy. Good halfway point for out trip. Nothing to dislike. It’s perfect for a stop over.
- John T (9/5): -
- Toni (5/5): - I appreciate the updates although the bathroom was not completely remodeled, caulk around the floor of shower was worn and discolored and there was a hole in the wall under the sink. I look for rooms that do not have carpet which is important to me. I absolutely did not appreciate being charged for my service dog. I choose the hotel based on the price and definitely could have chosen a higher quality hotel for the price I ended up paying. I absolutely feel it is unethical to charge the fee upon arrival with no prior notification, this fee should have been specified prior to booking. LaQuinta is known for being a hotel that welcomes pets and service pets without charging extra. Very disappointed.

- Diana Milena (6/5): -
- Mitch (10/5): - The bed was extremely comfortable. Was very clean. And had friendly staff.
- 5rolandoa (8/5): The goods and the bad - I got an earlier check in. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and professional. I do not know why breakfast is rated as great. Actually this is a small place and sometimes you have to wait to get a table. We had to wait about 20 minutes for the coffee and a big line for the toaster. Food variety was poor. I would rate breakfast as regular. Location is excellent for the main attractions. Room need some renovation.
- Roberta (7/5): -
- Joey (1/5): -
- Richelle (5/5): Friendly staff, clean rooms, but the noise level in and around the property is very high. Not worth the cost. - Location to Highway, food, and attractions is great. The hotel has some recent upgrades (lvp flooring in rooms, updated bathrooms. Breakfast offerings were minimal, shower pressure is almost nonexistent, towels are barely big enough for a child let alone an adult. The most frustrating aspect of the hotel is the noise level, you can hear EVERYTHING that is happening in the hallways as well as outside the property (traffic, semi-trucks idling in the parking lot behind the hotel, dogs barking) Definitely not worth the cost.

- Jason (10/5): When we come to town we always stay here it’s the best value and feels like a high end hotel - Very clean Nothing
- Brian (10/5): - Love the cleanliness of the area overall....loved the location and the quietness within the hotel overall ..it was peaceful and good.....the refrigerator temp could've been a little colder but overall no complaints.....I would recommend and stay again... Refrigerator temp too low....not cold enough but still doable...
- mike (7/5): - Convenient on our way to our destination for a good night sleep The room had dark black hair all in the bathroom and on the linens
- Jennifer (9/5): -
- Randall (10/5): A really nice place. - Very nice place to stay. Clean and quiet. I would stay there again. I wish there were places near by to eat.
- Ceannetta (7/5): -
- Brian (9/5): Ok -
- Wright (9/5): -
- Jennifer (5/5): - The price was great, rooms were decently clean on everyday use items, you can tell they don’t do a good deep cleaning in rooms by the dust piled in each corner and on the windowsill. For the quality and how the hotel seems to be fairly updated I was expecting the rooms to be a lot cleaner
- Donna (9/5): Nice and comfortable - Clean, well lite! N/a
- Kathy (9/5): Very enjoyable and would here again. - Staff were very nice. Location to Lookout mountain was perfect. Nice gym. Breakfast could be better.
- Erin (10/5): We booked last minute and were able to check in right away and get a good nights sleep! Very comfortable beds! - Great Location, Clean, and accommodating!
- Kenneth (9/5): The hotel was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. - Great location for the activities we wanted to do and great location to the interstate. Loved the color scheme!
- Dean (10/5): - Everything it was an excellent experience
- Carlo (9/5): -
- Mariel (9/5): - Limpio y personal de limpiezas muy buenos Nada
- Stephanie (10/5): -
- John (9/5): -
- Craig (7/5): Good oasis on a long trip - Comfortable and convenient with a little dog run. Nice facilities with a very friendly staff Very loud doors. Once people started moving in the morning it was constant slamming. Breakfast is also very minimal
- itsallhis (10/5): Would stay here again - The good: Great location easily accessed from Hwy 24 and near Lookout Mountain Point Park. Clean, orderly, spacious and quiet room. Breakfast was adequate, sufficient food but nothing memorable.
The not so good: Some issues at checkin when I told the receptionist my husband was allergic to down and so we needed bedding that was not down. Took her quite a while to understand what the issue was, then she said "all our pillows are feather" and there were no other options. Was not concerned about resolving the issue. When we got to our room, we were relieved to find that the bedding was NOT down. Had a great night's sleep in a comfortable bed.
- karencH9235LM (10/5): Slept overnight - Wonderful place
Great staff breakfast was awesome
- rachelj719 (8/5): Pet relief area - I drove from Michigan to Florida to visit family and stayed here as my halfway point. I was looking for a hotel with its own “dog relief area” and after searching I saw they had a fenced in area. Realistically this was ALL I cared about bc my dogs love to be off the leash to go potty.
The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean. I requested to stay on the 1st floor for my 2nd stay but my the room I booked wasn’t available on the 1st floor. They made sure I had the 2nd floor on my second stay! Perfect!
The breakfast in the morning was on point! I’ve stayed at hotels quite a bit and the selection was great!
The hotels itself is off the beaten path from I75 and across from a QT. On my second stay I got in early enough to venture out and see the property during the day. I love the area and the drive in was breathtaking!
If I did have one complaint, it would be about the enclosed area. The area by the gate opening was muddy. Obviously people walking in and out and the area is worn. The gate was damaged and I worried for smaller dogs off a leash getting through it. Lastly, there was a gap between the part of the fence in the corner which was being blocked off by a bench on its side. Not good. The area was fine besides that. My second stay I saw a lot more dogs there and as a pet owner, I would love to see this kept up more.
- Alena W. (7/5): Clean & Modern - We enjoyed the hotel as it was very clean, the room was awesome, bed comfy, lots of pillows, nice couch. Great shower. The noise from street/highway.
- Scott (10/5): -
- Philip (6/5): - The room is not completely clean
Soap dispenser was very low almost empty 0
- John (7/5): - Our room was next to the ice machine. It would turn on every hour for 1 minute vibrating the room. Too noisy

- lica60804 (10/5): No carpet, YAY!!! - I stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga -
Lookout Mtn. The hotel was very, very clean. I travel a lot and this is the first hotel in the states that does not have carpeting!! Hallelujah!!! All hotels should don the same. Carpets are disgusting, dirty and bad for people that suffer from allergies. The fitness center could be improved. The speed on the treadmill machine only went up to 3. Overall, nice place and not expensive.

- Fabel Alexander (1/5): Nada agradable - Nada. No nos recibieron. Según ellos problemas con la aplicación y no aparecía la reservación…. Estuvimos por más de 1 hora esperando para tener que irnos a otro hotel..
- Claudia (6/5): - Location was nice. Breakfast was good. We found two roaches in our bathroom running around. It was gross.
- Dennis (10/5): - Convince off INTERSTATE Nothing
- Christopher (9/5): Overall very nice stay - Clean and friendly staff The room had an echo which add a rug in the rooms and that would help with that.
- Terri (8/5): Had a good experience. Nice room and comfortable beds. - Breakfast was good. Location was excellent as we were stopping for the night on a road trip.
- Tim (10/5): Great Place Great Stay - Your front desk person, Mary, was an absolute joy! She was super helpful and informative.
