You truly can’t beat waking up, enjoying breakfast, and strolling just a few steps to reach the sea. Nestled in a peaceful part of town, the villa is still within easy walking distance of shops, bars, and restaurants along the beautiful coastline. The stunning beach lies just steps across the promenade, meters from the hotel. Another major plus was the convenient parking arrangement, one of the key reasons we chose this place. You can drop off your belongings at the villa and then drive just a minute or two to park your car nearby. A special shoutout to Biljana, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Her warmth made our stay even more memorable.

Parking is at the very end of the promenade for the hotel. I got the receptionist and she walked down and showed us where to park. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was great! Ellensúlyozva a lift hiányát segítettek felvinni a csomagokat is. A reggeli elég szegényes volt, egyhangú, maximum 2-3 csillagos. A lift hiánya eléggé kellemetlen. A tulajdonosok nagyon lekezeloen, ellenszenvesen viselkedtek, ha koszontunk nem is fogadták. Látszott rajtuk, hogy csak a pénz számít, és menjen mindenki el gyorsan. nagyon nehezukre esik ez a munka, az nyilvánvaló. Vendégszeretetrol messzirol sem hallottak.

Die Liegen sind zum reservieren, so dass man keinen Stress hat , Zum Thema Frühstück muss ich mich negativ äussern die Kaffeemaschine war defekt es kam Wasser statt Milch für Cappuccino nach 11 Tagen war sie noch nicht repariert. Die Wurst war billiger Schinken das Obst jeden Tag Melone, Ananas Das Frühstücksei war roh, keine Abwechslung. Einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht angemessen, trotz respektablem Preis!

Blízko ma krásnu a nepreplnenú pláž. V okolí aj FKK. Na recepcii je skriňa s uterákmi, ktoré si môžete zobrať na pláž, skvelý nápad. Stihli sme si pozrieť aj Royal suite, aj keď sme v nej neboli ubytovaní, no určite by sme chceli. Vila je blizko pekných pláži a zaroveň aj mesta, kde je večerný život. Lavičky pri mori, priamo pred hotelom su super na každovečerné sedenie. Lehátka hneď pri hoteli na plázi. My sme však viac využili blízku pláž, kde bolo menej ľudí. Zaslúžia si pochvalu, robia to dobre. Trošku skromnejšie raňajky, ale z každého bolo niečo. Personál nestíhal (alebo nechcel? ) dopĺňať napríklad ovocie, poĥáre a taniere.

Arno (9/5): Great beach hotel! - What stands out is Villa Andrea’s hosts and cleaning ladies! They went above and beyond and really made a difference with their friendliness. The rooms are very clean and spacious and super comfortable, with amazing views of the boulevard, the sea and the town. We saw dolphins jump in the morning. The hotel is located on a very busy boulevard and beach during day time which gets quiet in the evening. There’s plenty of less busy beaches nearby (10-20 minutes by car). The hotel makes sure you have chairs steps away from the sea (we got them free of charge as a present of the hotel’s host). Breakfast is offered with a good variety of food. Dinner at the restaurant below is not the greatest, but there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.

Jon-Geir (8/5): Vakkert beliggende hotell med noen rom for forbedringer - Beliggenheten rett på stranda og at det var rolig der. Ansatte var hyggelige og gav god service. Ballongen med utsikt til strand og sjø var kjempefin og rommet vi hadde var stort og fint. Når man betaler såpass mye, må en kunne forvente topp nivå. Det manglet en del på det. Her er noen eksempler: Air condition anlegget sto rett ved siden av sengen og blåste kald luft rett på den som lå nærmest. Bare mulig å slå den av for å unngå det, og da ble det for varmt. Frokosten var ok, men heller ikke mer. Savnet grovt brød og hvis du kom litt sent var utvalget dårlig. Ekte juice må forventes, ikke kunstig. Vi droppet juicen. Kaffemaskinen var vanskelig å forstå for den som ikke forsto kroatisk. Vi spiste en middag her, og bestilte en pastarett med prosciutto i sausen. Da vi påpekte at dette kjøttet manglet, fikk vi beskjed fra kjøkkenet at bitene var så finskåret at de hadde smeltet inn i sausen. Dette var det vanskelig å tro på. Men salatene var veldig gode! Til en såpass høy pris bør solstoler være gratis for hotellets gjester.

Modern eingerichtet Zimmer / Bad ebenfalls. Alles super. Frühstück sehr eintönig. Es gab nur 3 Wurstsorten, immer gleich und Käse. Leider sehr wenig Obst. Beim nächsten würden wir ohne Frühstück buchen.

Daniel (10/5): Wonderful Week In Villa Andrea - Fantastic location on the far side of the Tučepi promenade, so it isn't too busy, but still just a few minutes by foot to the town center. The beautiful beach is just across the promenade, literally meters away from the hotel. The staff at the hotel and the adjacent restaurant is very friendly, helpful and professional. We had a wonderful time there. Access to the hotel and the parking lot by car can be a bit cumbersome, because you have to drive a couple hundred meters on the promenade, but the same goes for all of the other hotels/apartment complexes along the beach, so it isn't a strike against Villa Andrea. The great location makes up for it.

Radoš Jovanović (10/5): Jesmo li uspjeli pronaći savršeno mjesto za odmor? - Odgovor je jedno veliko DA! U vremenu kada se s odmora često vraćamo umorniji zbog "sitnica koje pokvare dojam", Villa Andrea pruža potpuno suprotno iskustvo – mir, udobnost, ljubaznost i pravi odmor. Lokacija je predivna: tiha, čista, plaža i privatni parking doslovno su minutu hoda od smještaja. Sobe su jako uredne, klimatizirane, s odličnim Wi-Fi signalom skroz do plaže (najmanje 100/50 Mbps). Naš smještaj je bio bez balkona, ali smo i kroz visoki prozor vidjeli more. Sobe su praktične, s dovoljno ogledala (što je, znam da se slažete, važno!) i frižiderom u kojeg stanu osnovne potrepštine. Kupatilo nije tijesno, sve je tu i sve je dostupno. Posebno hvalimo osoblje – divne, divne, divne Biljana i Marela su srce Ville i brinu da sve funkcioniše savršeno, uz konstantnu toplinu i osmijeh. Čim ih upoznate znate da ste na pravom mjestu. :) Tim dama koje održavaju sobe je također fantastičan – sve miriše, sve je besprijekorno 0/24h. Svakodnevno imate i besplatne peškire za plažu, a možete rezervisati i ležaljke ispred Ville (€10/dan, udobne, s mrežom – nije ona tvrda plastika!). Restoran Ruzmarin u sklopu objekta nudi odličan doručak (švedski sto), kao i vrlo ukusna i razumno cijenjena jela tokom dana. Usluga i osoblje na nivou, tu su za vas. Lokacija je općenito idealna za one koji žele mir, ali i za one koji vole prošetati do centra (cca 15 min laganog hoda) gdje je "življe", pa imate sve na jednom mjestu. Mojca (10/5): Odličen dopust. - Nastanitev je na odlični lokaciji. Plaža pod hotelom ima lepo borovo senco. Vsak dan dobiš svežo brisačo za plažo. Gospe Marela in Biljana na recepciji sta super prijazni in vedno prijazno uredita vse želje. Do mesta s številnimi restavracijami in trgovinicami je prijeten sprehod ob morju. Dostop z avtom do hotela je po ozki obalni cesti, kjer se je težko srečevati.

Andreas (8/5): - Ein sehr herzliches hotel die zwei Schwestern einfach top immer aufmerksam und immer ein offenes Ohr hier ist man wirklich Gast und nicht nur eine Nummer. Das Frühstück ist leider nicht so gut gewesen. Und ich finde für den Zimmer preis sollten die strand liegen inklusive sein oder zumindest nur 10euro für zwei liegen kosten zumindest für Hotelgäste.

Za preplnenosť pláže už hotel nemôže… ani za nepochopiteľné správanie niektorých ľudí, ktorí na pláži absolútne nerešpektujú akýkoľvek osobný priestor… sú schopní si ľahnúť napríklad medzi vaše dve lehátka…. To je tiež makarska riviera :))

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist super. Frühstück war ausreichend und vielfältig. Man ist schnell zu Fuß über die Promenade im Ort mit vielen Geschäften.

Fussläufig kann man in die Innenstadt und den Hafen laufen. Frühstück ausreichend. Zimmer groß und man kann gut in den Betten schlafen. wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick. nachts blieb der Balkon auf und man hörte die Wellen. alles prima. wir haben nichts zum meckern.

Peter LG Andersson (8/5): Fantastiskt boutique hotell beläget vid strandpromenaden i Tucepi, med otroligt trevlig och service inriktad personal. - Detta 4-stjärniga boutique hotell är fantastiskt välskött och läget är perfekt direkt vid havet, och speciellt lämpat för den som vill ha lugn och ro. Mycket trevlig och service inriktad personal. Stranden är som merparten av stränderna i Kroatien av typ klapperstensstrand, och vattnet är kristallklart.

Hilde (10/5): Het personeel, het hotel en omgeving doen je batterijen terug opladen. - Personeel: een persoonlijk warm welkom, in rust en vertrouwen de administratie afwerken, goede communicatie onderling, stelde ons wel gemeende vragen over hoe onze uitstap was geweest. Ze wisten exact in de avond waar we naartoe waren geweest wat een fijn persoonlijk gevoel gaf. We waren op doorreis en onze kleding was beperkt. Na het vragen om een wasje te doen was dit allemaal mogelijk: gewassen en licht gedroogd. Het lag netjes op onze kamer klaar bij terugkomst. Het is een klein hotel en dat voel ja aan de betrokkenheid, empathie en een actief luisteren van het personeel, het geeft je vakantie een extra dimensie van rust, vertrouwen, welkom. Tof team van keuken tot receptie, die in rust werken, een zonder haast gevoel. Ik schrijf graag nog verder en had bij vertrek hierover een fijn gesprek met de vrouw aan de receptie: DANKBAAR voor de periode dat we hier waren. Plaats: alhoewel we geen strandmensen zijn, is dit hotel gelegen aan het einde van een straat, waar ook hun priveparking is, heel handig. We hebben een halve dag op het strand gezeten (stoelen zijn te huren via hun) en van de rust van de zee genoten. Ontbijt: vers verser verst: heel veel afwisseling en gezond: chiapudding met vers fruit ea, veel keuze in verse producten van fruit tot vlees tot yoghurt, een hele verzorgde ijskast vol en veel soorten brood, .... Je ontbijt met zicht op zee, in rust, heerlijk! Prijs kwaliteit: fantastisch! niets
Eva (8/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt auf der Durchreise - Grosszügige, zweckmässige Zimmer (Meerblick), geeignet für mehr als einen Tag. Hübsche Balkonnische. Grosszügige Dusche. Am Ende der Strasse, somit kein Durchgangsverkehr. Wir nehmen diese Unterkunft gerne in unsere Liste auf für ein anderes Mal. Der Kaffee zum Frühstück ist nicht das, was wir uns wünschen würden. Schon "Nespresso" wäre eine bessere Möglichkeit.
Melanie (6/5): Frühstück viel zu schlecht für 4 Sterne! - -sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption/guter Service -tolle Lage -bequeme Betten -sehr sauber -Frühstück qualitativ sehr schlecht, billiger Automatencafé, Orangensaft besteht aus gelbem Zuckerwasser, Wurst minderwertig, wenig und größtenteils altes Obst, heiße Theke bestehen aus Resten vom Abendessen, Besteck und Geschirr teilweise noch schmutzig, Brotscheiben wie von einem Kind geschnitten, einfach nur schlimm für ein vier Sterne Hotel 😅 -Personal im Restaurant sehr reserviert und teilweise kommt man sich sehr unerwünscht vor, die dunkelhaarige Kellnerin war an unserem ersten Tag sehr unfreundlich bis sie merkte das wir Hotelgäste sind, dann durften wir uns netterweise zum frühstücken hin setzen -Restaurant gehört nicht zum Hotel, daher wahrscheinlich auch der große qualitative Unterschied zwischen Restaurant und Hotel -sehr viele Treppen im Hotel, kein Aufzug
