- Tabatha (2/5): For the price to stay here is horrible - Most of the time ive got to go get my wash cloths and towels. The floor isnt clean at all. The microwave on the outside bottom has rust on it and i didnt even have the plate in it when i first got here a month ago. You can see the outside light fron the gaps on the roomdoor. There is a cleaning lady that works here and is more worried about washing the clothes of the people staying here then cleani g the rooms.

The rooms were clean enough but were lacking a comforter and lamp, but I assume it’s due to the remodeling, so no biggie. It was clean enough, but the floor had kind of a film on it. Walls are thin, tv had some discoloration on the screen. My room, unfortunately, smelled like someone had smoked weed in it. It was pretty strong. That’s my biggest complaint. But comfortable enough bed and the air worked great. Good for a quick one night stay.

- Jacqueline (10/5): My Birthday Weekend - I thought when my husband and I view the outside of the building it would be something I wish I would of never put in for reservation for. But the room were clean I checked the sheets I looked for before bugs too everything was all good.

- Erik (8/5): Bring some food - We went to Mansfield for the 4-H State Shooting Competition. I stayed at the Rodeway Inn last year, and I did it again this year. Not a bad hotel, but be advised that even though the email will tell you that there's coffee and breakfast available, coffee is only in the lobby, and there's no breakfast. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and I remembered this from last year, so I just brought food. If I have to go to Mansfield again, I'll be staying at the Rodeway Inn again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - My husband and I have stayed at RodeWay Inn several times while coming into town to visit family. We have never had an issue with this place. Comfy beds, has mini-fridge, and microwave. Its always clean. The A/C works great as well as the heater. The receptionists are always nice. Not really sure about the breakfast. They do have it, but we usually go out for breakfast. I would recommend to anyone.

- Erik (8/5): Give it a shot - Older hotel, starting to show some age, but a clean and quiet hotel at a good price. Never ran out of hot water, clean, and very spacious rooms. TV selection was not the greatest, but who goes to watch tv? Appliances were relatively new, my only complaint was there is not a coffee pot in the room. There’s coffee in the lobby, but who wants to get dressed for that first cup?
- Nicolena (10/5): Nice, clean motel - This was the second time my husband and I have stayed here while visiting family. It has a comfortable bed, mini-fridge that gets really cold, microwave, and a pretty good size flat screen TV (not too big or too small for the room size). The room was clean. The staff at check-in was very nice and friendly. She talks to you like she knows you and makes you feel welcomed. They have a pool, but not the right weather to have checked it out. Maybe next time we stay. The whole town was having an internet black-out (AT&T), but the front desk lady still made it very easy to check-in and made every effort to get the room we requested.

- Justin (6/5): Update - Hotel is dated and needs to be updated in a biig way. All rooms smell like smoke and have burn hole in the carpet bedding and burn marks on some of the tubs. I always stay in a non smoking room and this room had burn marks everywhere. Other than being dated and checking in early if your working nights be prepared to spend extra money.
- cody (6/5): Rooms - Stay is pleasant the only complaint I have is that the room smells like cigarette smoke and it's a non smoking room. It's a dated hotel that needs updating. Burn marks on the side of the tub, bedding, and the carpet. Other than that's is its a nice hotel for the price. Don't expect coffepot,shampoo, conditioner, or soap in the rooms because there is none they don't provide.

I was a little uneasy about the bedding- Old. The air was super cold and I liked that. Over all it was just OK- If other hotels had not been booked, I would've stayed elsewhere.

The room had a strong odor, the bed comforter and sheets had Strains on it and when I contacted the front desk regarding it. I was told by the Front Desk agent, they have Construction workers who stays here a lot and the Strains could be from them. Wow! So, you're basically telling me. The bedding isn't Clean from a previous Customer. So, immediately asked for a refund which the Manager stated she could only Give me half of it back. Even though I was only they for less than 15 minutes. ALSO THE RESERVATIONS INCLUDED FREE BREAKFAST! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! THE MANAGER SAID THEY STOP THEYRE HAVING FREE BREAKFAST YEARS AGO! SO SHE DIDNT KNOW WHY THAT WAS INCLUDED! I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE!

The lady told me there was a $50 pet deposit!!! $50! Plus $15 a night for a pet. I've stayed a year much much nicer and it was $10 a night for a pet with no deposit. Pet slept in crate in vehicle. Took forever to check in. Room was pretty clean overall. There was a dirty washcloth behind the dresser, I didn't dare touch it haha.
