• Richard (1/5): - The location and proximity to venue. The entire place needs to be knocked down and replaced. The staff communication skills needs improvement. We actually left without spending the night there.

• Ramirez (4/5): It barely served our purpose. Unfortunately we did not use the shower. We will not stay there again. - Close to downtown area. Stairwell bannister was dirty and unsat. The shower tub was chipping from being painted over concealing the dirty tub. Old bath towels seemed unserviceable and should have been replaced.

• Weatherford (7/5): It was decent and provided the min of what I needed. - The bathtub was nice. Room seed clean, but I still wondered about how clean. Having a mini fridge and microwave was nice, just wish there wasn’t rotten food in the fridge. There was old food left in the mini fridge that gave it a terrible rotten smell. It made me paranoid, like maybe they didn’t even clean the room or change the sheets since the last guest. I also don’t remember reading online that there’s an extra $10 for parking, and wasn’t prepared. Nevertheless, they didn’t charge me full price, which I appreciate.

• Lawson (8/5): - An excellent location for a person wanting to explore and enjoy all that Southtown/ King William have to offer. A bit shabby around the edges, but a very accommodating and helpful staff.
• James (5/5): Excellent location the only redeeming feature - Great location for city attractions and ammenities, good-sized room and easy to find. One of the staff members was very rude, and barely spoke English. Upon arrival I said 'Hello, how are you?' and he looked at me like I was an alien. Very poor. Moreover, the bedding and towels were covered in long strands of hair, which was disgusting. The towels were completely unusable as a result. There was also a very musty smell in the corridors and even in the room. There was a lot of dust in the room as well.

• Vanessa (10/5): Ótimo - Gostei muito da minha estadia! A localização é excelente — perto de tudo, consegui fazer muita coisa andando. O atendimento foi ótimo, todos muito atenciosos e prestativos. No primeiro quarto tive alguns problemas com o ar-condicionado, o barulho da geladeira e o banheiro, mas assim que falei com o hotel eles imediatamente se prontificaram a resolver e me mudaram de quarto. O novo quarto foi perfeito: espaçoso, confortável e super aconchegante. O lugar é arrumado. Gostei da estadia e recomendo! Nada

• Maria (6/5): No iron No sufficient towels - Near river walk Owner gave away our room inspite we have paid since August.2025 in advance. I booked 2 double beds . We end up with one kings size. Check in is anytime after 2 pm We were offered refund when we checked it in but if was late to find one new hotel We have to take it. We are 4 seniors from out of town. My quest took the bed and I took the floor Attendant gave us 2 thin comforter and a blanket Ashamed I booked it myself I took the floor
• Christina (8/5): Location is everything! - Loved the location, in walking distance to lots. On site covered parking for a fair price, easy check in and out. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot and room was clean. We needed a place to lay our heads for the night that was comfortable and clean and we got it! Didn't realize how small this place is, it really is an inn, don't expect lots of extras here and that was perfectly fine with us! Overall had a great stay, just some feedback, we could've used enough bath towels for the number of guests indicated on our reservation and a full roll of toilet paper would have been nice.

• Skotti (5/5): Affordable, but at the cost of cleanliness. - The location was convenient, walking distance to the river walk, convention center, etc., and check-in/check-out was easy. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, though the bed and sheets seemed fine. The location is also immediately next to a club, so there was loud music playing late into the night.

• Richard (5/5): The location of this motel and the price is why we chose to stay here again in spite of its lack of cleanliness. - The location was the best part of our trip. For the price in downtown San Antonio this Place is great! The property needs a renovation. Dirty carpet. Old ice machine. Dirty rooms. It is an older facility. Time for a makeover. Also there is a $10 parking fee. This makes no sense you are already paying for the room why parking. It seems they are taking advantage of how close it is to the riverwalk by charging for parking.

Dirty, old carpet on stairs 2 uncomfortable smell in the room 3 lack of coffee 3 first of all cocroches. when we returned to the room in the evening, there were white cockroaches everywhere, big and small. Our room was changed immediately but the bad impression remained.

• Crystal (8/5): - The rooms were clean and comfy. I loved that there was no carpet. The price was amazing and it took about 15 minutes to walk to the riverwalk. I felt safe in the neighborhood and they have their own parking that is covered. We came to San Antonio for our anniversary and we will stay here on our future trips.

• Ivette (6/5): I got what I paid for - We liked how close we were to the Riverwalk and restaurants. We were able to walk there. We had no cold water and the room was hot. The AC was on but it wasn’t enough. We were sweating while trying to sleep for the night. I also had to shower my son in the bathroom sink since the tub had no cold water just scorching hot water.

It was was very difficult to communicate with them due to glass being between the customer and people at the front desk. Also it has a pretty bad bug problem. Just a gross place and wouldn’t recommend currently.

• Jenny (8/5): Good location and a short distance to the riverwalk. - Location, location, location. It is a fairly, good short walking distance to the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, maybe less than 15 minutes depending how fast you walk. Accessible to area restaurants and attractions. Close to bus stops and 1/4 mile away from H-E-B store. Not a fancy motel but it served the purpose. They changed the bath towels the second day of my stay and emptied the trash can. Fridge and microwave are a plus. The room was adequate. The bed sheets have stains, however, I brought my own set of sheets that I put on top of the bed that I slept on.
