- Ingrid Iliana (10/5): - Cleanliness & Comfort Very high marks for how clean the rooms and common areas are. Beds, sheets, general room comfort are Great. Staff & Service The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel team goes out of their way to accommodate needs. Good Location It’s in a safe, upscale part of Bogotá (Chicó / Chapinero / near the World Trade Center / Parque 93) with easy access to restaurants, commerce, etc. Breakfast & Food Breakfast: variety, freshness, decent restaurant food. Dining on site is appreciated. Spacious Rooms / Luxury Feel Suites are large, often with apartment-style features, which many guests like. There’s a sense of luxury in decor and amenities. Carolina, Hector, Romain, Ernesto, Luis they go above and beyond in service, very accommodating. Will come back for sure!!

- Julia (6/5): - The room was lovely but some of the elements disappointed and reduced my rating. The soap dispenser was broken and it took 3 complaints to get it fixed. The gym had a water cooler but no water and the spin bike no battery for tracking. No water was provided in the room a couple of complimentary bottles would not go amiss. The breakfast was nice as was the restaurant food and the staff were very nice.
- Joshua (8/5): Lies, lies, lies - I have to say the hotel was really nice, the stuff was friendly and courteous, however there was a terrible situation that I did not appreciate at all. For the first 2 mornings I would come down to the lobby and ask the restaurant stuff if I could get some coffee to take up to my room, and one very nice lady offer a cup of coffee, which I offer to pay immediately, and charge to my room, at which point she replied not worry and that it was courtesy of house, the second day another lady did the same, but the third morning a new guy “Mauricio” said that I had to pay for it, which I was ok with it, but did ask why today I had to pay for it, while The other days I did not, and which point he replied that “THERE WAS NO WAY I COULD HAVE GOTTEN THE FREE COFFEE SINCE HE IS THE ONLY SERVING THE COFFEE IN THE MORNINGS” Obviously, this was a lie, and to my face saying tha, knowing that for the first two days it was the nice ladies, serving and giving the coffee. It is not about the money at all, but being lied to my face by the stuff, is just a terrible perception of the place, and when checking out - After I paid the coffee and a bottle of water from the room, I mentioned to the counter, which did not seem to care much, and even told him to please check the cámaras to see when the lady provided the coffee. Very sad and terrible reputation for the place.

- Nadia (10/5): - The brakefast was excellent and the staff at brakefast was the best ever. The hotel is so well situated! A few steps from a bank, mall Andino, Andres DC restaurant, more restaurants and stores Park 93 with many more restaurants all walking distance. Very safe neighborhood with guard at several places, even if it’s walking distance from all of this it’s in the middle of a very quiet residential upper scale place. We went with our kids and were delighted by this hotel. Will definitely go back!

Se siente frío porque no tiene decorativos, solo te dan 2 vasos, 2 platos, nada equipado para cocinar.. decidimos por comer fuera. El servicio es igual muy seco, nada de un hotel de categoría. Adicional los shampoos son básicos, y el mini bar es un robo. Te cobran 7 USD por una botella de agua de 1 litro, es un abuso.

- Walter (10/5): Outstanding property - This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a hotel. The customer service was beyond 10. The restaurant was good the property was spotless. They went above and beyond. My first night I couldn't sleep the mattress was extra firm. I mentioned it enquired about a not so firm mattress. When house keeping came to clean the room they added mattress pads to my bed.

- Walter (10/5): Fantastic stay - This property is amazing. It's home away from home. Everything you need is here. I booked a suite because it was the middle of my travels. I was able to prepare meals in the kitchen.I was able to wash my clothes to continue to my next destination. They were so accommodating I told them my bed was too firm they added a mattress pillow to my satisfaction. The food in the restaurant was good. The amenities where nice. I cant say enough about the property. I liked it so much I extended my stay.

- CHARBELA (4/5): - El hotel no tiene aire acondicionado. Ciertamente esta especificado en Expedia. El problema fue que la habitación es tan calurosa que ni con dos ventiladores pudimos estar cómodos. La conexión a el internet es intermitente, inestable. Dijeron que la arreglarían, pero aun asi no era estable. Hicimos un alquiler por seis noches. Avisamos que por el calor queríamos irnos, y lo hicimos 24 horas antes. La gerencia, que nunca dio la cara porque estaban de vacaciones, no lo autorizo. Expedia hizo el intento y tampoco le autorizaron. Hablamos con el coordinador comercial, quien prometio darnos el mismo una respuesta. Nunca nos devolvió la llamada ni nos dio la cara nuevamente. Al final, nos fuimos y se quedaron con mi pago de 4 noches. Me pareció injusto, pero, eso hicieron. El restaurante que externo a la administración del hotel fue excelente.

- Ercan (8/5): - This is my second time staying at this hotel. Overall good hotel but the smaller and cheaper rooms have no air conditioning making it hot to sleep. Plus, the windows are razor thin allowing outside noise inside the room. Despite my earplugs I can hear the street noise mostly traffic jams inside the room. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast should have been better. They keep serving old bread. Not a single day I had fresh bread. They put the bread out there without any protection and the air is drying them quickly. But I also asked fresh bread at one time, day bring a day or two old bread. That’s true for all four different kind they bread they serve. I won’t stay there any longer.
- Dayan (4/5): “Shortage of coffee” = scandal - The Hotel itself was ok. We were shocked when the Hotel did not have coffee for our room. We asked for 2 coffee but the clerk only brought 1 cause didn’t have more!!!! Can you believe it! Colombia being the third worldwide exporter! This happened for 2 days. Also when we checked in, the clerk at reception made a mistake in the payment and my wife had to go down again and pay again. Same thing the day of check out, another clerk took ages to gives the bill. The only time pleasant person was the waiter Gabriel who was kind, quick and professional.

- Reinaldo (10/5): Great service , location. - Excellent location and service. Room had a Kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. Bed was very comfortable. Gym and steam room were available upon reservation. The breakfast buffet had not many option and very small portions.

The first were the windows: if you’re not careful you could very likely have a serious accident because they’re like doors—and I was traveling with two toddlers and got a family room. I felt that was nuts! Second, AND MOST INFURIATINGLY, they decided to come inside our bedroom under pretext to drop off the bags and decided to offer things to my children without my express consent. THAT IS NOT OKAY. I felt it was a violation of my privacy and completely inappropriate. If you are traveling with children, don’t let the good looks fool you, it most certainly is a dangerous place for them in every sense of the word. And they will try to take pictures of your children too without asking if it’s okay too! So please, do yourselves a favor and stay away from this place.

Hotel is set up with different room types where could be just a normal hotel room or like a small apartment with a kitchen. Staff is very friendly and helpful, restaurant is nice, and the overall design of the hotel is good. I think the site says they may have a pool but there is not one here. I have stayed here several times and would consider staying here again in the future.

BUT... they definitely MUST fix these things: 1. Internet is horrible, absolutely horrible. I'm here for business, and this is a deal breaker. I'm here for another 3 weeks, but I'll probably need to move to another hotel because of this reason alone. If internet was stable and fast, I would stay here my entire stay. 2. The building is fairly new, and the smell of paint is still pretty strong. They need to do something about this. 3. This hotel has no air conditioning. If you feel hot, they can only bring you a fan.

- Daniel (4/5): CONSTRUCTION NOISE AT 6 AM EVERY DAY !!! - You get a nice value for the price you pay, hotel is comfortable BUT there is a CONSTRUCTION right behind the hotel so if you don't want to sleep its perfect !! I woke up at 6 am because of the noise everyday !! I had a really BAD experience

- Johnny (8/5): Great Business Hotel. - Great Business Hotel in the middle of Bogota's business district. Excellent service by the staff, and excellent facility. Only aspects that could be improved are the gym area (just a small area next to the restaurant) and the fact that there is no pool. It would be great if it had an indoor pool.
