- Angela (4/5): - Clean every day. First of all all the services appear when I booked was far different. It says a free pick up and drop of shuttle, but when I arrived they charged me for the pick up from airport. They should update their hotel services information on the app.Poor services.

- Anne (7/5): Friendly staff and a great central location in Apia, but quite noisy rooms with very little natural light. - The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always helpful during our stay. The location was also very convenient, right in the middle of Apia, which made it easy to get around and find taxis quickly if needed. We also loved having the fresh fruit market right next door. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and overall the hotel had everything we needed for a short stay. Breakfast was basic but still good. The biggest downside was definitely the noise. The walls seem very thin, so you can hear almost everything from neighbouring rooms, including conversations and TVs, even on low volume. It was difficult to sleep at times, so we would definitely recommend bringing earplugs. Our room was located in an internal hallway area, so we unfortunately had no real natural daylight, as the window only faced a dark corridor instead of outside. We noticed that some of the front rooms seemed to have proper natural light, which would probably make a big difference. For the price we paid, we personally felt the internal rooms without daylight were a bit too expensive compared to what you get. The breakfast could also offer a few healthier options, such as more fresh fruit.

- Graycee (7/5): 1 week stay at Moatoga Hotel - Breakfast every morning is delivered to the room, except for Sundays. Convenient and across the road to Makeki Fugalei. Daily room service. Affordable accommodation. Kitchen with a mini fridge and microwave, which was nice. We were not informed about there being no breakfast served on Sunday. There is no wifi available at the property. Bathroom is quite small with the sink being very small and can only be used to wash your hands, not ideal for brushing teeth and skincare.

- Adi Talanaivini (8/5): Great location - I liked the location and cleanliness of facilities. Moatoga has supermarkets on either side and the municipal market across the road. Farmer Joes (supermarket) is open on a Sunday. There is also a laundromat closeby. Breakfast gets delivered to your room Wifi was not available free of charge. Noise from early morning sermon at the market startled me (6AM on a Saturday). Some prior notice from management would've been great. Staff don't take notice of "do not disturb" sign when delivering breakfast.

- Pauline (9/5): Comfortable and affordable with very accommodating and friendly staff. - The deluxe rooms and family rooms were wonderfully spacious and the aircon was so good to be able to cool down in. We were able to have all our family housed in different rooms that suited them at very short notice. Close to the market, staff never complained and they put up with a lot of noise from our very big family! Having stairs to negotiate but not too big a problem. Sometimes the parking could be difficult in the small space but managed to navigate it safely.

Receptionist was always kind,helpful and friendly and nothing was too much hassle for her when helping out with any questions that we had. Lots of guests so parking was sometimes trivky but had a kind and friendly security guard on hand in the late evenings. Room was always cleaned by the lovely ladies. Nothing was ever too much for the staff. Room had good air-conditioning and tv- so evenings were relaxing. Kettle and fridge in room; just wished we could have easier access to a microwave because kitchen ares away from room was being refurbished, which should be all done when we stay another time.pleased with stay overall.

Reminded front staff and passport was given upon final checks. This was a pleasant experience and appreciate efforts made by staff members for a smooth check out. House keeping staff are great at what they do the room was very clean, amenities worked well. Especially loved the water pressure and comfy beds. Ample storage provided for the family which is very helpful for those who have a lot to lug around. Location is amazing!! Close to everything. Reception staff weren't available at all times based on times we were advised from 0700-1900. Numbers on brochure just rang through. There is no document in the room that shows numbers we can call and the times we can call if we need anything (we were advised to speak with security if we need anything outside trading hours). It would be helpful to have a paper or information on a pamphlet for guests other than massage info as we assumed there was a lunch/dinner room service and later found out they only do breakfast which is included in the price. (Not an issue at all as location is close to other restaurants and the market too) The reception area is a little awkward as you walk in there's a dining table and usually someone sitting there not sure if they were a staff member or not but they seemed too busy to acknowledge anyone walking through the door including paying customers. It is probably best to divide the space or cover that working area. I was standing at reception at one point and waited for someone to come, eventually walked out even though people walked in and talked with the other person sitting on the table in front of the reception entrance door. Wasn't a good look from my perspective. If you rent a vehicle, be warned parking is a nightmare it's first come first serve and seems like the business has multiple vehicles that take up much of that space also. Staff are helpful with allocating space and parking but still frustrating for any guest. Breakfast times should be clearly advised. We received breakfast one morning after 0930 and the next at 0730. It's a little awkward because food is delivered to the room, and some people sleep in. Usually I don't care about this but I was also travelling with others who prefer a little more structure. The overall layout of the room was not thought out and a little awkward.
