Affordable, comfortable, would stay again. - The reception staff were exceptional - so friendly, great communiction, incredibly accommodating of requests. Loved the location, convenient to South Bank and West End, close to public transport including airtrain, and lots of restaurants. Pool area was great, access to property easy. Beds comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom had some minor mould, as did the area around air conditioner vents. Otherwise the apartment was very clean.

- Emily (4/5): Disappointed for how much we paid for the accommodation - We stayed in the deluxe 2 bedroom place the mattress in both rooms are sinking and very soft. The couch for four people is far too small, the tv doesn’t have any platforms to watch anything else on.

We advised hotel of our arrival flight and got in late that evening.The keys to get in wasn’t available due security code wasn’t letting us access the keys.A couple of phone calls were made to someone to help but still code wasn’t accepted.A night manager arrived after half an hour or so to let us in.Long day for us and it just made us felt that this security codes need to be considered for late arrivals to check in without hassle.

- Mindy32 (2/5): Very disappointing experience - By far the most disappointing serviced apartment experience I have had in a long time. I specifically went into reception to book an extra night’s accommodation on the day, but said I could only do so if we could be provided with a cot as I needed to return the one I had. The front desk staff confirmed at 9am that they would be able to do so and I therefore booked and paid for the night. They assured me the cot would be up later. Housekeeping came up not long after, before I left for the day and asked what I was after and I confirmed a cot (I had also requested the ensuite shower be cleaned as the floor was not clean.) Housekeeping said ‘I’ll mop the shower floor now then come back.’ (Which was clearly just mopped and not properly cleaned as the shower floor still did not look pleasant afterwards). We then went out for the day and returned at 7:30pm to put baby to bed and there was no cot. Front desk was closed so I called the central reservations line to ask them to have their night manager bring the cot. It took almost 1.5 hours of phone calls and arguing with the very dismissive central line staff who kept telling me the cot wasn’t on my booking and cots were not guaranteed despite me explaining I had already had the cot confirmed as it was the only reason I booked the night. I had a screaming baby waiting for bed and multiple people telling me they would ‘see if the night manager could find a cot in storage but it wasn’t guaranteed.’ The first person said it would be up to 20 minutes max. After half an hour I called again and had to have the same debates with the next person. No manager was available to speak to so I had to just sit and wait. Very disappointing experience, particularly the way the staff continued debating with me. Mistakes happen and things get missed but to continue telling me it was essentially my issue and the cot was never guaranteed, was a very unpleasant experience. The night manager finally arrived at 9pm with a cot. We have used Cllix before but unfortunately after this experience would not again.

Apartment is a decent size, good value for family. We didnt end up trying the on-site pool due to short walk to Streets beach.
Pillows were too large for comfort so we slept terribly, not a problem if you don't mind that.
Check in was a bit trouble some, staff error in sending us payment link and check in kiosk did not work for us.

- Trisha (9/5): Would definitely stay again. - We loved the apartment. Great size. Great location and lovely view of the park from the balcony. Our kids really enjoyed playing in the pool. Lots of great restaurants with a couple of blocks, supermaket less than a 5 minute walk. Secure underground car parking. It had everything we needed! Ladies at reception were very friendly and helpful. We loved the accommodation. The showers could have been a bit cleaner, as the grout was a bit dirty and scale had built up over time. I am find this is a common problem everywhere we stay though.
- Phamon2026 (4/5): Such a terrible experience and deep disappointment have taken a serious toll on my emotional health。 - For a hotel to fail at providing even the most fundamental services—and then offer only weak remedies when problems arise, forcing guests to wait for extended periods—is absolutely terrible. It creates serious safety concerns, wastes time, and is just utterly, utterly unacceptable.

- Manusione (8/5): A quality bargain for families - Came for Easter as a quick getaway. Absolutely loved the stay. It was half the price we were going to pay to stay on the Gold Coast. Our favourite was the great comfortable beds and the location. There was a fire alarm during our stay though and we had no idea what to do as reception was uncontactable. It ended up being tower 1 (we stayed in tower 2). Best to let guests know about emergency fire evacuations at check in and include the details in your documents. Other than that, we loved our stay!

- adp1501 (8/5): Great Location and Plenty of Restaurants Close By - Two couples shared a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment, access from the Motorway was very easy, and it was just a couple of bus stops from QPAC and one further to Brisbane CBD.
Amenities were good. We had a couple of minor issues which were resolved in a timely fashion as soon as they were reported to reception.
The price was also good value and we would definitely stay there again.

Instructions for after hours check in came through very late and then the QR code system didn’t work. Access to the carpark was also difficult and the remote to the gate stopped working. The apartment itself was in pretty average condition - ripped and stained couch, marks on the walls and curtains.

We even got takeaway instead of eating at a restaurant just to eat on the patio and enjoy the night time view of the city. The hotel is located between South Bank Parklands and the West Village Shopping Precinct, both very desirable destinations. The staff was very helpful with every aspect of our stay. We were even able to purchase a late 1 pm checkout.

We even got takeaway instead of eating at a restaurant just to eat on the patio and enjoy the night time view of the city. The hotel is located between South Bank Parklands and the West Village Shopping Precinct, both very desirable destinations. The staff was very helpful with every aspect of our stay. We were even able to purchase a late 1 pm checkout. Our parking spot was under Tower 1 and we were staying in Tower 2, so direct elevator access to our parking area was not an option.

- Aline (7/5): Good location and clean - The location is fantastic, and the two-bedroom apartment was really good, with a kitchen and a terrace. It was clean—maybe it would help to leave a bit of oil, salt, and pepper—but otherwise everything else was great. Although I had sent all my personal information (email, etc.) to receive the check-in instructions, I didn’t receive anything in time. As a result, I had to manage on my own by stopping a woman who was leaving the building and asking to borrow her phone so I could contact reception. I didn’t have an Australian number, only internet access, and even when I tried sending messages, no one responded ! I was very frustrated and my friends lost patience waiting in the street. I am very grateful to the kind lady who helped me retrieve the apartment key.

- Christine (10/5): Excellent location for exploring the city, apartment bright, comfortable and had everything we neede - Location was great and the view from room 2103 was excellent, loved to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset. Shower was good and powerful and provision of shampoo etc was a bonus. The bed was comfortable. The microwave worked but was not in the best condition and probably needed replacing.

Apartment very spacious and clean - had everything we needed No Netflix and had to pay for parking per night which is a lot when you stay for 8 days. Also kids in the pool not being looked after by parents - need some child-free times

- Kirsty (5/5): Convenient, tired. Needs a refurb - I like the convenience. Gym is really good, location to west end and the staff are lovely. It’s very tired. I’ve stayed here several time over the course of about 8 years. Carpets are worn /ripped in parts. Bathroom doesn’t feel clean due to rust and limescale buildup. Bins in kitchen were filthy. Could do with some scissors in kitchen. No pictures or rug to make it more cosy.

I wasn’t disappointed the staff on reception were great and so helpful and the apartment was clean and really well equipped to make it fully self contained a home from home definitely book again
