• Victoria (8/5): Excellent value for money. Will revisit. - There are laundry facilities & suitable coins can be obtained from reception for them, same for laundry powder. There is a gym & the pool was very clean and quiet. The room was spacious & accessible by lift. The bed was huge & the room was very quiet. It is not far from an excellent retail complex for supplies. Mosquitoes at the dining room, even first thing in the morning (6.30am). The shower was one of those instant heat things so pressure wasn't great. Also it was a wet bathroom as there was no shower cubicle. It is too far to walk anywhere (too hot).

Loved the Library & Gym, although somewhat dated, but absolutely excellent gym ball workout chart! No noise from Airport next door. Decent selection for Breakfast Location not great & Hotel tired in many places. Lift floor covering does not give best impression & dead pigeon on way to breakfast each morning not the most appealing.

• Sunniva (7/5): Nice enough, but à little sad. - The room was very large and pleasant. Uninteresting view, but no matter. Great value for the price. Staff spoke poor English, but were friendly and helpful. Remote location in dead part of Hua Hin. Perhaps because of that, the hotel was a little dead. No other westerners, only Asian families. The hotel is built in a U-form around the pool, making sure most of the outdoors space is in shadow most of the day, so not that tempting to use. And you cannot order a glass of wine. Or Cola zero. Or coffee outside of breakfast time. They do not have it. Stay here if you need a chill night hanging out in your hotel room, but if not, opt for a more central option.

• วนันธร (10/5): nice and recommend place to stay in Huahin - Nice and very helpful staff Breakfast was better than the previous reviews said. It has many types of food that the hotel needs to have. cornflake, bread with jam and butter, porridge, ham and sausage, fried-egg, salad ,rice dishes. Room was clean, facilities was good. Sea-view was beautiful, similar to the advertising photos. but there is no direct pathway going to the beach from the hotel. nothing to complaint

• Emma (10/5): Very nice stay - Very good value. Nice big rooms. Sea view. Pool area very well maintained and looked just like the pictures. The beds are huge and easily slept 2 adults and one child. Breakfast was lovely and cooked to order on the first day (so very fresh) and a delicious buffet on the 2nd day. Staff were very helpful and helped us book a taxi to another town. Nice little gym area with treadmill ( has air con if you turn it on).

There was also a washing machine and dryer, which was great. The breakfast was also good. The room was not very clean. The description of how far away the hotel was from the sea was misleading; the hotel was over an hours walk to the beach and the town centre. That said, there were buses, a short walk away, to the town centre and beach. The hotel was near the sea but there was no beach and we were looking for a hotel on the beach, which was disappointing as we booked two nights….although not the end of the world.

Nice weather if you wish to do jogging in the morning. It is windy and all rooms opening to the seaside in V shape. Swimming Pool is there. The location is a bit far from convenience store, the internet need to be improved though request to use but staff advise to work at common room instead. In fact, it is good for working and long stay as environment is good but need improvement on reading light in the room and internet providing.

• Pia (4/5): Kommer inte boka det igen - Nej ingen höjdare, internet var tvungen att förnyas var 4e timme och varje dygn fick receptionen trycka igång det, endast Thailändska kanaler på TVn, ingen frukost framdukad, kanske lite gäster och många studenter som bodde där, nära flygplatsen och hysat lätt att ta taxi/tuctuc till stan.

The hotel is not well looked after - linen grey, TV channels missing, breakfast buffet was a simple plate of cheap sausage, burnt bacon and omellette. Staff just sat around and talked to each other. No welcome or help anywhere. Very dissappointed especially as the rate as higher than their competitors in Hua Hin.

• Ernesto (6/5): Staff with terrible customer service. - This hotel is relatively comfortable. It is clean, and well maintained. My biggest problem was the staff. I felt as though every staff member was having a bad day. The biggest challenge of course was the language. I asked the front desk receptionist to please order me a taxi. She made the call and explained to me that the taxi would run me 250 bath the local currency. The driver that came to pick us up, was driving a personal suv, unmarked and full of personal items inside the car as if was the woman's personal transport and not a business vehicle. I later found out that the cost of the trip from the Sala hotel to the center of town runs approximately 100-150 bath. I was left with the impression that the driver who picked me up was somewhat related to the receptionist at the hotel that made the call for the taxi.

• Punasri (8/5): Great for short stay - Breakfast was plenty, all facilities are all great with microwave, refridgerator, hairdryer. Staffs ar-e very nice and accommodating. The location is quite far from sea beach and it's not easy to walk too, the wall of hotel room is extremely thin that you can hear voices from next door to people walking outside or even chatting voice of maid. But overall is great for short stay.

Staff don't care, we had a problem because the Internet allowed connections for only one device but we're told " IT lady go home ". Breakfast, well they try hard but overall, disgusting. And, don't be fooled by the Junior Suite, it's a regular room with a sofa and a microwave. Don't expect any plates though, and don't ask the receptionist because it will be far too much trouble for her.
